Abstract

Taxibike (grab) is a pick-up service with a modern, order-based Taxibike. Taxibike is a two-wheeled motor vehicle that is a very effective transportation.This application allows users who can order Taxibike online. Also known as a modern and professional Taxibike. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of online Taxibike in public services in Malang Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative description approach. The purpose of this research is to examine natural objects, to get an overview of the development of the transportation industry and the contribution of online Taxibike to public service in Indonesia, especially the Grab company. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of this online transportation application work system has a major impact on improving driver performance and is very beneficial for consumers and drivers of online transportation companies. Also this online Taxibike is a breakthrough in online business which is currently in demand by the Indonesian people, especially in the Malang district.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of trading special edition banknotes with a nominal value of 75,000 rupiah in the market mechanism and assess its compliance with Islamic economic principles. The approach used is qualitative with a type of library research thru descriptive-analytical analysis of various relevant literature. The research results show that special edition currency has undergone a transformation in function from a medium of exchange to a collectible object with collectible value. The value is influenced by factors such as rarity, historical significance, design, and collector preferences, causing market prices to often exceed the nominal value. In the perspective of Islamic economics, this practice is contextual, meaning it can be justified if the money is positioned as a collectible item and the transaction is conducted without elements of riba, gharar, and maisir. However, if it is dominated by speculation, it has the potential to deviate from the principles of Sharia. Therefore, ethical and legal boundaries are necessary to ensure that transactions remain in accordance with the maqasid of Sharia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh lokasi dan lahan parkir terhadap minat beli pelanggan di Toko Basmalah Bantaran Probolinggo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner model angket melalui google drive, selanjutnya sampel atau responden harus memilih salah satu jawaban dari beberapa alternatif jawaban yang tersedia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel independen yakni Lokasi (X1) dan lahan parkir (X2) terhadap variabel dependen yaitu minat beli (Y). Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni adanya pengaruh positif dari kedua variabel terhadap minat beli konsumen. Lahan parkir memiliki pengaruh paling tinggi dengan nilai 0,344 lebih besar dari variabel Lokasi yang hanya memiliki nilai 0,335. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel independent (minat beli konsumen) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas (Lokasi toko dan lahan parkir) sebesar 29,9% dan sisanya 70,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pemahaman tentang seberapa besar pengaruh lahan parkir dan lokasi toko terhadap minat beli konsumen sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan bagi pengusaha retail dalam meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen.
