Abstract

The digital economy has changed the global economy with the existence of electronic money which is currently a very popular average payment that is used by all circles, especially among Islamic boarding schools. Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School is one of the boarding schools that implements electronic money (e-money) as a medium of payment, although in its use there are still many obstacles and risks. This study wants to know and analyze what are the risks involved in the use of electronic money and how to overcome them. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach and data collection. The results of this research conclude that the use of electronic money makes it easier for students to make transactions even though there are still risks and obstacles in their use, in this case the Islamic boarding school tries to overcome this problem, the aim is to improve services to students. Abstract

Bank Muamalat is the first pioneer of Islamic financial institutions whose business activities are based on the sharia system. The presence of Bank Muamalat in Indonesia is getting stronger after being able to get through the monetary crisis that occurred in Indonesia in 1997. But in the last few periods, PT Bank Muamalat Tbk has experienced problems in its financial system which resulted in developments in its financing system which resulted in a decline in its finances which led to a reduction in customer interest in Bank Muamalat. This study aims to describe the financial performance of Bank Muamalat in Indonesia which can be seen from the Profitability ratio which is submitted periodically in each period. This research is a field study research in the form of data documentation from the financial statements of PT Bank Muamalat Tbk for five years by describing the results of the company's financial performance to assess bank performance from the aspect of profitability ratios and then compared with the standard value of Bank Indonesia's assessment criteria. This can be seen based on the calculations of ROA, ROE, NPM from 2017-2021 which show a very unfavorable financial condition, this is because the value generated from the ratio calculation is below the standard value of Bank Indonesia's assessment criteria. The average ROA of 0.04%, ROE of 0.51%, and NPM of 63.50% do not meet Bank Indonesia's assessment standards. This shows that Bank Muamalat is not competent in managing capital and does not increase financing to obtain bank profits and minimize bank operational costs properly. Meanwhile, the average GPM over the five-year period was 29.43% indicating a very good financial condition. This shows that the higher the GPM value, the better the operational conditions of the bank itself.

Abstract

This study aims to illustrate the importance of accelerating digital literacy to increase the literacy of Bank Jatim Syariah digital services to customers, so that customers are not easily exposed to digital-based fraud in online transactions, so as to minimize the risk of digital transformation. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach based on the discovery of a social phenomenon or human problem that is currently occurring. The results of this study show that the acceleration of digital service literacy of Bank Jatim Syariah Capem Probolinggo applied to its customers is; First, providing literacy directly to customers when socializing Jconnect Mobile Bank Jatim Syariah. Second, conveying information in various media by following trends so that it is more attractive and easy to understand by customers and secures customer data information. Thus, it is an effective way to overcome the risk of digital transformation in the form of social engineering.

Abstract

This research is focused on the investatation  marketing strategy of Peer to peer lending investment at PT. Alami Fintek Sharia (Alami). The purpose of this research is to improve the marketing strategy of the Fintech P2P (Alami) marketing platform to increase consumers in UMKM funding. The main theory is Marketing Mix (4P). The object of this research is the marketing strategy of the marketing team at PT. Alami Fintek Sharia (Alami). The research method used  qualitative with a library research approach. The results of this research are  the products that  offered by Alami are different from other products and provide benefits for users so that users can attract consumers' purchasing power. The price offered is also affordable, this is also one of the attractions for consumers to help determinings their choice in investing using Alami.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan deskriptif yang sesuai dengan fenomena atau keadaan secara sosial yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi penggunaan deposito dengan menggunakan akad mudharabah dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya di bank BSI KCP Sumenep. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya pihak bank dalam penyaluran dananya selain digunakan untuk kegiatan operasional juga disalurkan kepada pembiayaan, hasil dari dana yang disimpan nasabah dikelola oleh bank sehingga  mendapatkan nisbah di akhir sesuai dengan akad di awal yaitu mudharabah sebagai akad kerja sama. Adanya produk simpanan deposito tentunya sangat menguntungkan pertama, bagi nasabah karena dana yang disimpan akan bertambah sebab simpanan deposito sangatlah minim terjadinya risiko kerugian. Kedua, bank juga dapat meratakan atau menstabilkan jumlah uang yang beredar di masyarakat dengan menawarkan produk simpanan dan disalurkan kepada pembiayaan.

Abstract

Paiton, Among the financing products that are the choice of members at BMT-UGT is Rohn Akad financing. The type of research used in this research is analytical descriptive. Analytical descriptive is a research model by describing and describing the condition of research objects and subjects based on visible facts or as they are. According to the results of interviews with the BMT UGT. rahn tasjily is one of the financings that members are interested in from some of the existing financing.

Abstract

This research focuses on management strategies in traditional markets. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies that will be applied by traditional markets in facing the existence of modern markets (super markets). This management is to increase the purchasing power of consumers who have started to switch to modern markets. The object of this research is the trader's strategy in market management. The research method used is qualitative with a field study research approach. The results of this study are that the products offered by traditional markets are different from other products and provide benefits for users so that users can attract consumers' purchasing power. The price offered is also affordable, this is also one of the attractions of consumers to help determine their choices in shopping.

Abstract

Pentingnya implementasi prinsip prudential dalam industry perbankan tidak dapat dipandang remeh, terutama dalam konteks produk tabungan. Penelitian ini membahas Upaya implementasi prinsip prudential banking pada produk tabungan easy mudharabah dengan tujuan meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah. Prinsip prudential, yang mencakup pengelolaan risiko, kepatuhan, dan transparansi, dianggap sebagai fondasi yang krusial dalam memastikan kestabilan sector perbankan. Tabungan easy mudharabah, sebagai produk berbasis prinsip ekonomi islam, menawarkan pendekatan berbagi keuntungan dan kerugian antara bank dan nasabah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penerapan prinsip prudential untuk memitigasi risiko yang mungkin timbul akibat fluktuasi pasar atau perubahan kondisi ekonomi. Kepercayaan nasabah, sebagai elemen utama dalam hubungan perbankan, menjadi focus utama dalam penelitian ini. Dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip prudential banking pada tabungan easy mudharabah, diharapkan dapat memperkuat dasar kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk ini. Ketersediaan informasi yang jelas dan akurat mengenai kebijakan perbankan, manajemen risiko yang baik, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip ekonomi islam dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih transparan dan dapat diandalkan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi prinsip-prinsip prudential banking pada produk tabungan easy mudharabah dengan focus pada peningkatan kepercayaan nasabah. Dalam menghadapi kompleksitas lingkungan perbankan syariah, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana prinsip-prinsip tersebut diterapkan dan dampaknya terhadap kepercayaan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sejauh mana prinsip-prinsip tesebut dapat memberikan keuntungan dan membangun kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk tabungan berbasis mudharabah. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan holistic tentang bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip prudential banking dapat menjadi pendorong penting dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap produk tabungan easy mudharabah, sementara juga memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan praktik keuangan islam yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The application of halal certification has an important role in a product because it shows that the product does not contain ingredients prohibited by Islamic Sharia and has been processed in a way that complies with Islamic Shari'a. Therefore, the Indonesian government is also trying to develop the halal food and beverage industry in the country to encourage the growth of the halal industry. Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance was created to encourage the acceleration of the implementation of halal standards, one of which is halal certification.  This law, in Article 4, stipulates that products must have halal certification. One of the objectives of this research is how the application of halal certification and education about halal product assurance is applied to the arabica coffee powder business in Pokmas Walida Situbondo. This study uses a type of qualitative research method, using descriptive analytical techniques to see in depth the application of halal certification and education on halal product assurance on Arabica coffee powder in Pokmas Walida, Sumbermalang District, Situbondo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the interest of Muslim entrepreneurs in Sharia P2P lending. The determinant factor used is perceived ease of use, the subjective norm in Muslim circles, perceived usefulness, knowledge about riba, and review from the experience of financing partners. This study used a quantitative method tested by structural equation model (SEM) analysis techniques. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Data was obtained through an online questionnaire. Respondents who were used by UMKM, UKM, or startup business actor, Muslim, and had attended online classes and seminars on Sharia fintech. The number of respondents used was 90. The results show there were three predictors, perceive ease of use, the subjective norm in Muslim circles, and perceive usefulness that did not have a significant effect on behavioral intention, but two predictors of knowledge about riba and review from the experience of financing partners have a significant influence on behavioral intention
