Abstract

Zakat produktif dan wakaf produktif merupakan instrumen keuangan Islam yang bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan dana keagamaan secara produktif guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial. Tulisan ini menyajikan tinjauan fikih muamalah terhadap kedua konsep tersebut, serta menganalisis peran dan implikasi mereka dalam menjalankan fungsi sosial dalam masyarakat. Dengan menggali prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam yang mendasari zakat produktif dan wakaf produktif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kontribusi potensial mereka dalam membantu mengatasi masalah kemiskinan, ketimpangan ekonomi, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat

Abstract

This study discusses the economic development of Islamic boarding schools in Probolinggo Regency by empowering coastal Muslim communities by producing marine processed products. Islamic boarding schools have provided a new nuance for coastal communities in the form of economic improvement. The researcher uses a qualitative phenomenological method with data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews and several references obtained from reputable books and journals related to empowerment and economic development. The results showed that; 1) The efforts made by the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in formulating a pattern of empowering coastal communities are based on two approaches, namely increasing the ability of the community independently and creating opportunities for economic development for the community; 2) Economic development of coastal communities is carried out through strengthening the social structure, economic equity, education on the values of economic independence, community participation, and community involvement in regional development.

Abstract

This study seeks to find out and analyze tourism conditions, the development of Bletok beach tourism strategies in an effort to improve the economy of the surrounding community carried out by the Village Government, POKDARWIS, POKMAS, BUMDES, and the community. what supports and hinders the development of Bletok beach tourism in Bletok Village, Bungatan District, Situbondo Regency. However, the tourism sector still has several obstacles so that it is necessary to develop a tourism strategy by the village government on the economy of the surrounding community. To find out the strategy for developing Bletok beach tourism in an effort to improve the economy of the surrounding community, in this study, researchers used a qualitative research method, a case study type. Based on the results of the study that there are strategies carried out by the Village Head in the development of coastal tourism in an effort to improve the economy of the surrounding community, among others, the existence of infrastructure development, maintenance of facilities, and improvement of the community's economy. However, in implementing this strategy, there are supporting and inhibiting factors that arise both internally and externally

Abstract

Pesantren Merupakan suatu perubahan sosial, yang tidak hanya bertitik pada aspek mendalami ilmu saja, melainkan juga aspek perkembangan ekonomi. Dalam membangun perkembangan ekonomi pesantren tidak hanya sebatas mempelajari tentang ilmu agama saja, melainkan pesantren dituntut untuk memberikan peran terhadap kebutuhan universal, terutama pada risiko-risiko bisnis yang tidak dapat di tebak. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya enje mart di pedantren nurul jadid dengan slogan Produk Nurul Jadid Go Publik yang di tangani oleh Badan Usaha Milik Pesantren (BUMPes) Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid.  Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi tolak ukur dan bagaimana cara mengantisipasi dan siapa yang mengendalikan manejemen risiko di enje mart pesantren nurul jadid. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (survey) deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara pengamatan (observasi), wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya adalah Risiko merupakan suatu peluang (kemungkinan) terjadinya suatu bencana atau kerugian yang mana tidak dapat di hindari oleh setiap Perusahaan atau bisnis yang di jalani, sedangkan di enje mart pesantren nurul jadid terdapat 3 risiko yang terjadi, diantaranya adalah: risiko persediaan, risiko sumber daya manusia dan risiko pengelolaan keuangan.

Abstract

Economic growth in various sectors, such as industry, production, and modern markets, has undergone changes as a result of advanced economic growth, particularly in large cities. Conversely, the shift from traditional lifestyles to modern lifestyles has led to changes in consumer spending patterns. The goal of this study is to determine the impact of modern market development on people's economies and lifestyles. The second factor that most influences consumers' decisions to shop at modern markets rather than traditional markets is the factor that most affects their decision to shop at modern markets. The research method used in this study is qualitative. Research findings indicate that consumer behavior has shifted from traditional markets to modern markets for several reasons, one of which is that modern markets offer convenient facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the characteristics and patterns of adolescent consumer behavior related to their participation in coffee shop culture and to determine the impact of adolescent consumer behavior on coffee culture from the perspective of Islamic Economics. The phenomenon of the increasing popularity of coffee shops among teenagers indicates a change in consumption patterns, which has the potential to lead to consumerist behavior. Consumerist behavior is considered excessive and inconsistent with the principles of justice and balance in wealth management. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with teenage visitors to Cafe Rooster, observations, and documentation. The results of this study show that: 1) Coffee shops have become a symbol of social status and a popular gathering place among teenagers, driven by peer pressure and the desire for acceptance. Teenagers are driven to spend money at coffee shops to express themselves, seek enjoyment, and follow trends promoted through social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, which also influence their purchasing decisions. 2) From the perspective of Islamic economics, the consumer behavior of teenagers in coffee shop culture has negative impacts, such as uncontrolled spending and being contrary to the principle of prudence in Islam, which is opposed to the value of blessings in Islam and has the potential to cause financial problems in the future. Therefore, a balance between consumption and saving needs to be maintained.

Abstract

Pasar tradisional merupakan kegiatan tempat bertemunya penjual dan pembeli serta ditandai dengan adanya transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli secara langsung dan ada proses tawar menawar didalamnya, yang terdapat pula bangunan biasanya terdiri dari kios-kios atau gerai, los dan dasaran terbuka yang dibuka oleh penjual maupun suatu pengelola pasar. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang di gunakan adalah: pendekatan sosiologis karena peneliti melakukan interaksi lingkungan sesuai dengan unit sosial, Individu, Kelompok, Lembaga atau Masyarakat. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Survey pustaka, Observasi dan Wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasar tradisional prapatan berpotensi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi pedagang. Adapun potensi pasar prapatan yaitu pertama, harga yang lebih murah dibanding pasar tradisional lainnya. Kedua, Produknya yang berfariasi, waktu dan lokasi strategis. Selain itu, faktor yang mendukung adalah adanya perhatian pemerintah daerah yaitu pertama, adanya pengawasan harga. Kedua, mencegah penipuan dipasar seperti mencegah masalah kecurangan dalam timbangan dan ukuran. Ketiga, pencegah penjualan barang yang rusak, serta tindakan-tindakan yang dapat merusak barang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the level of technical efficiency and eco-efficiency in potato harvesting in the district of Sukapura Probolinggo. Usahatani potatoes have a vital role in the economy of the community in Sukapura district, Probolinggo district. The study aims to analyze the technical efficiency and economic efficiency of potato farming in the region. The analysis method involves collecting primary data from potato farmers through field surveys and in-depth interviews. The data collected included production costs, input used, harvest yields, and other factors affecting business efficiency. Technical efficiency analysis is carried out using the stochastic frontier approach, taking into account variability in data and identifying the level of technical efficiency of each farmer. Meanwhile, economic efficiency analysis involves comparisons between income and the total cost of production, providing a holistic picture of the economic well-being of potato farmers. The results of this research are expected to reveal key factors that affect the technical and economic efficiency of potato farming in Sukapura district. Policy recommendations that could increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve economic efficiency were proposed based on the findings of the analysis

Abstract

On cosmetic products, the halal label indicates a product made from ingredients that do not contain haram elements. The halalness of cosmetic products is also determined by the manufacturing process. Although using parts of animals that are categorized as halal, these animals must be ensured that they have been processed according to Islamic law. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to determine the preferences and perceptions of millennial consumers towards halal cosmetics at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study indicate that students or millennial generation consumers in Islamic boarding schools have the same preferences and perceptions of halal cosmetics, namely prioritizing the halalness of every cosmetic product that will be consumed, even though there are one or several of the students who use cosmetics whose halalness is not clear. But so far, the boarding school has guaranteed the halalness of every cosmetic product sold in the boarding school environment, because all the shops that operate in the boarding school environment have been confirmed to sell halal products that are allowed in Islam in accordance with the sharia.

Abstract

Kebab Turki Baba Rafi franchise is one of the pioneers of kebab food in Indonesia, one of the worldwide local franchisees, and a work motivation that aspires to be the largest franchise in the world. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi has made a major contribution to the economy in Indonesia, by implementing a precise development strategy. Work motivation plays an important role in developing business in Kebab Turki Baba Rafi. This motivation is what makes the success of Kebab Turki Baba Rafi to successfully penetrate the international market. This study aims to reveal and analyze: (1) what work motivation is applied in Kebab Turki Baba Rafi (2) contributions made, and (3) its development strategy, the approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with survey research methods . Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the theory of Miles and Huberman which is done in three steps, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The checking of the validity of the data is done by: (1) checking the methodology used, (2) correcting the results of the research report, (3) triangulating sources and methods. The results of the study found several factors of work motivation that were applied including: (1) achievement, namely giving a bonus if it exceeded the sales target, (2) responsibility, namely decisive in enforcing regulations and punishing those who made mistakes, (3) development, namely providing guidance in every religion once a month. (4) administrative policy, namely providing direction using good and polite speech, (5) interpersonal relationships that are mutually supportive, (6) working conditions namely providing comfort and complete work facilities. His contribution provides extensive employment, creating professional expertise. Whereas in its development strategy applying the Prophet's business style which includes Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fatanah
