Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana penggunaaplikasi MyTelkomsel merasa puas, apakah pengguna mampu menerima aplikasiMy Telkomsel atau sebaliknya. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan metodedengan mode TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) dimana terdapat 3komponen utama variabel pengukuran yaitu Perceived Ease of use, PerceivedUsefulnes, Behavioral Intention to Use. Informasi diperoleh melalui distribusikuesioner kepada 100 responden dengan menerapkan teknik pengambilansampel Lemeshow. Selanjutnya, informasi tersebut diproses melalui analisisregresi linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan penggunaterhadap aplikasi MyTelkomsel berpengaruh secara signifikan oleh variabelPerceived Ease of use, dan Perceived Usefulness terhadap variabel BehavioralIntention to Use. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian uji F, f hitung lebih besar dari ftabel, f hitung sebesar 148,899 dan f tabel sebesar 3,09. Berdasarkan UjiKoefesiensi Derterminasi diketahui nilai koefesien R Square sebesar 0,754 atau75,4%. Jadi bisa disimpulkan pengaruh variabel X1, X2 terhadap Y sebesar75,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel kemudahan, kemanfaatan, danminat perilaku berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi My Telkomsel.

Abstract

Asset management in the company is an important part of ensuring smooth operations and supporting employee performance. However, the lack of a structured lending system often causes problems such as damage, loss of assets, difficulties in monitoring and recording. Those who still use Microsoft Excel are also very vulnerable to input errors and data loss. Therefore this study aims to design and build a website-based information system for borrowing office tools assets that can simplify the process of borrowing assets, improve monitoring of office tools assets, and provide accurate reports regarding borrowing office tools. The system development method used in this study uses the waterfall method, and for system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The final results of this study are a website-based office tools asset lending system using the Laravel framework which can facilitate monitoring of the condition and availability of assets, reduce the risk of data loss, and increase the accuracy of reporting.
