Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Implementation of Education and Training of State Apparatus of State Apparatus (ASN) in Pekanbaru City Regional Secretariat Year 2016 and Barriers Factor in Implementation of Education and Training of State Apparatus (ASN) in Pekanbaru City Regional Secretariat 2016. Based on the results of research on the implementation of Education and Training Method On The Job Site conducted in the Regional Secretariat of Pekanbaru In practice used the method of Debriefing, Job Rotation, Apprenticeship and Assignment While using methods of Information Presentation Techniques and Simulation Techniques, As for factors that become obstacles in the implementation of education and training (Training) Employees of State Civil Apparatus in the Regional Secretariat of Pekanbaru (1) It is not easy to obtain experienced staff from within because of the limited ability or time. (2) The number of participants must meet a favorable ratio. (3) The difficulty of arranging study time, meaning many things to consider. (4) experienced staff (senior) lack of encouragement or encouragement to new employees, so that when the learning begins the atmosphere is not conducive and the employees tend not to be passionate to follow the Training. (5) Participants may not directly apply the knowledge or skills gained from the exercise. (6) The cost is relatively larger than the cost if the exercise is held by the agency itself

Abstract

Siak Regency is one of the areas in Riau that has the potential to develop tourism in the region, precisely in Kecamatan Mempura include: natural potential, historical potential, socio-cultural potential, and the potential of agriculture and condensation. They are: Tangsi Belanda, Tomb of Sultan Buang Asmara, Kotler House and Office, Datuk Pesisir House, Dome of the Dome, Wedana Office at Lower Hilir. The tourism sector requires a good development of tourism. The potentials that are owned can be developed and get maximum results. From the explanation the authors use descriptive research type using qualitative research methods with the focus of research 1.Policy Ecotourism development in Siak District 2. obstacles in ecotourism development in Kecamatan Mempura Siak regency. The research results explained that the development of ecotourism area in Districk Mempura is still not yet Maximum because there are still many obstacles faced by local government Mempura

Abstract

Organizational Culture is a shared value system in an organization that is a reference for how employees carry out activities to achieve the goals or goals of the organization. This is stated as the vision, mission and goals of the organization. Organizational culture is developed from a collection of norms, values, beliefs, hopes, assumptions, and philosophies of the people in it. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Organizational Culture of the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Services Office of Riau Province and to analyze the obstacles in the Organizational Culture of the Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services of the Riau Province. In this study the authors use the concept of theory according to Jerald Greenberg and Robert A. Baron (2010: 36) suggesting that there are seven elements that show the characteristics of organizational culture, among others, innovation, stability, orientation to people, orientation to results, being calm , attention to details, orientation to collaboration

Abstract

Fenomena yang peneliti temui dilapangan berkaitan dengan bagaimana seorang pemimpin perempuan berkoordinasi,berkomunikasi dan menyeimbangkan antara karir dan rumah tangga, serta kultur yang kurang mendukung wanita bekerj .Konsep teori dalam dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada konsep kepemimpinan. teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Adapun jenis penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan deskriptif Kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa ibu lurah harus lebih intensif melakukan pendekatan pendekatan kepada pegawainya,melalui komunikasi yang intensif,selalu memotivasi pegawai dalam bekerja dan mengutamakan disiplin dan kejujuran kepada pegawai. Hambatan yang dimiliki ibu lurah berasal dari kurangnya sarana dan prasarana kantor kelurahan,usia ibu lurah yang relative muda sehingga sulit berkomunikasi dengan pegawai yang lebih tua dan hambatan ekternal kantor kelurahan. saran penulis adalah bahwasanya ibu lurah harus lebih intensif melobi kepala kecamatan untuk kelengkapan sarana prasarana kantor, harus bisa lebih mempengaruhi pagawai dalam kebijakan kebijakannya.

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan lingkungan dalam kota dan menciptakan lingkungan bersih dan sehat dibentuklah ruang terbuka hijau. (RTH). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Pemerintah dalam penertiban Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kawasan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Putri Kaca Mayang dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Tunjuk Ajar Kota Pekanbaru.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Berdasarkan Konsep Teori Jones (dalam Mahsun, 2006:8) menyebutkankan bahwa organisasi sektor publik terdiri dari tiga peran penting yakni: Perencanaan Kebijakan (Regulatory Role), Pelaksanaan Kebijakan (Enabling Role), dan Pengawasan Kebijakan (Direct Role). Peran Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Pekanbaru dalam penertiban Pedagang Kaki Lima di Kawasan Ruang Terbuka Hijau sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, namun pelaksanaan penertiban di nilai belum tegas. Hal itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk melihat bagaimana penertiban yang dilakukan sesuai dengan fungsi dan tugasnya.
