Abstract

Resource limitations, costs, time estimates and changing requirements are some of the importat factors that must be considered in the small-sclae software development stage. This research aims to develop a web-based Medical Records System (MRS) to accelerate the registration and storage of patient medical records. The software development method used is Personal Extreme Programming (PXP), which assists individual developers in building systems that are responsive to changing user needs. The PXP stages include requirements and planning, iteration initialization, design, implementation, system testing, and a retrospective. The requirement planning stage is represented by 8 user stories. There are 4 iterations in the development process with an estimated development time of 38 days. The system was designed using wireframe, implemented using the Laravel framework, and tested using Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Test results showed that the system was well received by 10 users, with average UAT scores of Very Good for patients, doctors and clinic administrator. The system development time was 8 days faster because the PXP method minimized system development documentation. So, it can be concluded that the PXP method can be a solution for individual developers in developing small-scale clinical systems.

Abstract

The growth in the number of vehicles in Indonesia has always increased from year to year. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency, it shows that from 2018 to 2020 there has been an increase of around 5.62% (2018-2019) and 1.89% (2019-2020). This condition causes the condition of parking lots in every public facility to always be a concern considering the lack of availability of parking spaces accompanied by an increase in the number of vehicles. This causes, in some places, especially for areas such as malls, the parking area is always filled with vehicles. Finally, it caused several visitors to experience difficulties in parking the vehicle. In this study, developing an automatic parking system by detecting, tracking and counting vehicles in real time. The proposed detection system is based on YOLO and to carry out vehicle calculations using calculations by checking vehicles that have crossed a predetermined center line. The system performance results show that the detection results show performance with an accuracy percentage of 85% and the results of counting or object calculations with an accuracy of 77.55%.

Abstract

Online shopping or commonly known as an online shop or online shop is a place to purchase goods via the Internet. With so many e-commerce websites today, we can easily access information on goods from prices, specifications, and purchase transactions. However, e-commerce websites have now been built and used by many sellers, this sometimes makes it difficult for buyers to choose the items they are looking for. That way, it is certain that we do the manual method, namely visiting one by one e-commerce website to find out information on price comparisons about the item being sought. Therefore an application was created that aims to make it easier for users to compare the prices of fashion from three online stores, namely tokopedia, Bukalapak and Blanja.com. The method used is Extreme Programming (XP) and this application was built using the laravel PHP framework and using web crawling techniques.

Abstract

Upaya preventif dalam meminimalisir penyebaran virus Covid-19 terus dilakukan. Salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan presensi dengan menggunakan metode tanpa kontak dan pencatatan suhu pengguna secara langsung. Anjuran untuk tidak menyentuh atau tidak melakukan fisik langsung ini mempengaruhi perubahan metode presensi karyawan atau tenaga kerja dalam melakukan cek kehadiran di tempat kerja. Hal ini juga menuntut setiap instansi/perusahaan untuk dapat menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi agar kinerja dari instansi tersebut efektif. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan sistem presensi dengan menggunakan metode pengenalan wajah sebagai autentikasi pengguna dan deteksi suhu untuk memonitor kondisi pegawai yang melakukan presensi. Sistem dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model pengenalan wajah yang telah dikembangkan pada penelitian sebelumnya dan menggunakan sensor Thermal untuk mendeteksi suhu tubuh pegawai. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode RAD yang telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sistem. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa sistem presensi yang digunakan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dimana didapatkan seluruh fitur yang dikembangkan 100% sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah didefinisikan dan dapat berjalan 100% sesuai dengan scenario pengujian yang dilakukan. Selain itu, pada pengujian pada perangkat sensor, sensor kamera dapat menerima foto pengguna sampai intensitas jarak 15 m, sedangkan sensor suhu dapat terbaca dengan benar sampai dengan jarak 2 meter.
