Abstract

Every year, the library must be buying books in order to increase the collection of books that are in the libraries. When purchasing books, it is necessary to make various considerations so that the books that will be used are relevant to the needs of students and lecturers in academic activities. The procurement of books in the library is still done manually with book selection carried out by the librarians is still one-on-one of the list of submissions of books that have been made by the lecturer. Therefore, there is a need to have a renewal of the system of book acquisition in the libraries one of which uses the decision support system in the process of the book acquisitions. In this study the decision support system used is the MOORA method in determining the rating of the recommendation book to be held. The alternative submission data will be obtained from the library's proposal with the book data from the publisher's book collection. The study uses five criteria for book acquisition, including book price, year of publication, book stock, number of book proposals, and availability of books. This decision support system will provide a recommendation for purchase of books from the alternative data for book submission that will be calculated using the MOORA method to obtain any book recommendation that matches the criteria and budget of the book procurement. Accuracy level testing using the Confusion Matrix by comparing the results of manual calculations with the system to obtain 100% accuracy.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan dampak yang positif pada berbagai bidang, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Internet merupakan bagian dari teknologi informasi yang dapat menyediakan berbagai informasi tentang lembaga pendidikan, baik formal maupun nonformal, sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Di Indonesia terdapat lembaga pendidikan nonformal, salah satunya Alam Privat Indonesia. Ditengah perkembangannya saat ini, sangat penting dalam meningkatkan user experience pada website agar dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan menciptakan branding atau identitas perusahaan yang kuat. Evaluasi dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) untuk mengidentifikasi area pengalaman pengguna (user experience) yang memerlukan perbaikan. Selain itu, implementasinya dilakukan dengan pendekatan metodologi Human Centered Design (HCD) guna meningkatkan nilai usability yang meliputi efisiensi, kepuasan pengguna, dan efektivitas. Skor rata-rata UEQ dari hasil penelitian ini adalah 1,94 (Excellent) untuk aspek attractiveness, 1,67 (Above Average) untuk aspek perspicuity, 1,81 (Good) untuk aspek efficiency, 1,61 (Good) untuk aspek dependability, dan 1,83 (Excellent) untuk aspek stimulation, serta 1,07 (Above Average) untuk aspek novelty. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa prototype yang dihasilkan mengalami peningkatan dalam semua aspek UEQ dan prototype dapat dikatakan berhasil.

Abstract

Layanan Digitalisasi Desa Gombolirang untuk menunjang Program Smart Kampung Kabupaten Banyuwangi belum berjalan optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya ketersedian perangkat desa yang mengelola kanal informasi elektronik. Hal ini menyebabkan masyarakat untuk saat ini hanya bisa melihat informasi yang tersedia melalui papan informasi yang berada di kantor desa sehingga informasi program kerja dan informasi berkaitan dengan desa kurang tersampaikan dengan optimal. Pada kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik (KKN-T) ini, diusung program implementasi website desa dan kanal media sosial untuk mendukung proses digitalisasi dalam pemerintahan desa di Kabupaten Banyuwangi, terutama di Desa Gombolirang. Program yang dicanangkan meliputi implementasi website desa dan kanal media sosial serta pelatihan untuk penggunaan dan pengembangannya. Hasil yang didapatkan, program KKN-T ini dapat berjalan dengan baik, seluruh program kerja dapat berjalan dengan optimal dan mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik dari mitra dengan prosentase kepuasan mencapai 76,95%. Adanya program ini diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan penerapan digitalisasi desa untuk mendukung program smart kampung yang dicanangkan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuwangi sehingga dapat mempercepat penerapan konsep smart city di Kabupaten Banyuwangi.

Abstract

The growth in the number of vehicles in Indonesia has always increased from year to year. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency, it shows that from 2018 to 2020 there has been an increase of around 5.62% (2018-2019) and 1.89% (2019-2020). This condition causes the condition of parking lots in every public facility to always be a concern considering the lack of availability of parking spaces accompanied by an increase in the number of vehicles. This causes, in some places, especially for areas such as malls, the parking area is always filled with vehicles. Finally, it caused several visitors to experience difficulties in parking the vehicle. In this study, developing an automatic parking system by detecting, tracking and counting vehicles in real time. The proposed detection system is based on YOLO and to carry out vehicle calculations using calculations by checking vehicles that have crossed a predetermined center line. The system performance results show that the detection results show performance with an accuracy percentage of 85% and the results of counting or object calculations with an accuracy of 77.55%.

Abstract

Online shopping or commonly known as an online shop or online shop is a place to purchase goods via the Internet. With so many e-commerce websites today, we can easily access information on goods from prices, specifications, and purchase transactions. However, e-commerce websites have now been built and used by many sellers, this sometimes makes it difficult for buyers to choose the items they are looking for. That way, it is certain that we do the manual method, namely visiting one by one e-commerce website to find out information on price comparisons about the item being sought. Therefore an application was created that aims to make it easier for users to compare the prices of fashion from three online stores, namely tokopedia, Bukalapak and Blanja.com. The method used is Extreme Programming (XP) and this application was built using the laravel PHP framework and using web crawling techniques.

Abstract

Upaya preventif dalam meminimalisir penyebaran virus Covid-19 terus dilakukan. Salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan presensi dengan menggunakan metode tanpa kontak dan pencatatan suhu pengguna secara langsung. Anjuran untuk tidak menyentuh atau tidak melakukan fisik langsung ini mempengaruhi perubahan metode presensi karyawan atau tenaga kerja dalam melakukan cek kehadiran di tempat kerja. Hal ini juga menuntut setiap instansi/perusahaan untuk dapat menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi agar kinerja dari instansi tersebut efektif. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan sistem presensi dengan menggunakan metode pengenalan wajah sebagai autentikasi pengguna dan deteksi suhu untuk memonitor kondisi pegawai yang melakukan presensi. Sistem dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model pengenalan wajah yang telah dikembangkan pada penelitian sebelumnya dan menggunakan sensor Thermal untuk mendeteksi suhu tubuh pegawai. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode RAD yang telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sistem. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa sistem presensi yang digunakan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dimana didapatkan seluruh fitur yang dikembangkan 100% sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah didefinisikan dan dapat berjalan 100% sesuai dengan scenario pengujian yang dilakukan. Selain itu, pada pengujian pada perangkat sensor, sensor kamera dapat menerima foto pengguna sampai intensitas jarak 15 m, sedangkan sensor suhu dapat terbaca dengan benar sampai dengan jarak 2 meter.

Abstract

Dragon fruit is one of the favorite commodities in Banyuwangi Regency's agriculture. In 2019, this commodity had the fourth largest harvest area among other fruit commodities in Banyuwangi until it was exported to China. However, disease attacks often appeared in several dragon fruit plantations in Banyuwangi, and the identification system was still conventional. Many farmers did not know the types of disease and how to handle it, causing the quality and quantity of their crops to decline. Therefore, this study implemented two feature extraction methods. Both methods include color feature extraction using the color moments method and texture feature extraction using gray level co-occurrence matrices (GLCM). The methods used to develop a system that recognized or detected the three types of dragon fruit stem based on digital image processing using Support Vector Machine and k-Nearest Neighbors methods as comparison methods. The results obtained from this study indicated that the combination of the two proposed feature extraction methods could distinguish between stem rot, smallpox, and insect stings with an optimal accuracy score of 87.5% obtained by using Support Vector Machine as a classification method.

Abstract

A holticulture plant known as dragon fruit (pitaya) is a fruit that has many benefits and is widely cultivated by farmers in several areas of Banyuwangi. In dragon fruit plants there are various kinds of diseases that attack including red spot, stem rot, black rot, scab, and mosaic. Farmers still recognize diseases on dragon fruit stems manually so that sometimes there are errors in disease recognition. In this research, a system was developed to identify the types of diseases on dragon fruit stems. This system was built by proposing the Convolutional neural network method with the proposed architecture using the Python programming language with the Tensorflow, Keras, and Scikit-Learn libraries. The proposed system is tested using k-fold cross validation with tunning parameters fold = 5 and epoch = 5. The training results show that the highest accuracy performance value is 85.06% with the data used as test data as many as 191 images producing 147 correct data and 44 data wrong, while the average overall accuracy score was 76.43%.

Abstract

Travel Destinations are an inseparable part of human life today. As one of the provinces with a large area, East Java is one of the most visited areas for its tourism. Many people are competing in finding information related to these tourist destinations on the internet, one of which is the Tripadvisor application. Of the many tourist attractions, several tourist attractions have different attractions and experiences each time. Tourists have widely used the Tripadvisor application in determining the location where they will visit on their vacation activities. With various features ranging from reviews and recommendations for sharing photos, TripAdvisor is one of the best applications in the inventory of tourist attractions. Of the many tourist destinations, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate both tourist attractions that have many visitors with tourist attractions that are rarely visited by both local and foreign visitors. This goal, information mining (web mining), was carried out on the TripAdvisor application to obtain information on East Java Province's popular destinations. Crawling results on the TripAdvisor website, obtained various kinds of information such as names of tourist attractions, locations, visitor reviews, photos, and ratings of these tourist attractions. Spatial Analysis, a Tourist Sentiment Analyst on tourist objects, can then be carried out. It can also be developed into the recommendation system for the best tourist attractions in East Java Province
