Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan proses interaksi antara siswa dengan pendidik dan sumber belajar pada suatu lingkungan belajar. Pada kurikulum 2013 Permendikbud No 13 pasal 2 tahun 2014 menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran dilaksanakan berbasis aktivitas atau siswa harus bersifat aktif dengan karakteristik: 1) interaktif dan inspiratif, 2) menyenangkan dan memotivasi, 3) kontekstual dan kolaboratif, 4) memberikan ruang yang cukup untuk berkreativitas, dan 5) sesuai dengan bakat dan minat. Banyaknya kesenjangan ataupun kekurangan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sejarah sehingga kurang maksimal dalam mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Terdapat permasalahan pembelajaran secara umum seperti berikut: (1) masih banyak pendidik yang menggunakan paradigma konvensional, yaitu pendidik sebgai pembicara dan siswa sebagai pendengar. (2) pendidik hanya terpacu pada buku teks, (3) rendahnya tingkat imajinasi. Hal ini disebabkan pendidik hanya terfokus hanya pada tujuan pembelajaran secara kognitif sedangkan kemampuan secara psikomotorik kurang di perhatikan. Penggunaan VR memberikan sensasi yang berbeda dari pada dinikmati oleh layar monitor. Tidak hanya perkembangan games dengan VR memberikan konten yang mencoba mensimulaskan rangsangan kepada indera kita. Format penyajian berupa film pendek yang dikemas dengan teknologi VR ini juga memberikan tatacara yang diakomodasikan dengan interaktivitas yang seolah-olah membawa dan mengahnyutkan kita kedalam dunia virtual yang dibawakan. Discovery based learning merupakan pembelajaran berbasis penemuan (inquiry-based), konstruktif dan teori bagaimana belajar. Model pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada siswa memiliki skenario pembelajaran untuk memecahkan masalah yang nyata dan mendorong mereka untuk memecahkan masalah mereka sendiri. Dalam memecahkan masalah mereka, karena ini bersifat konstruktif, para siswa menggunakan pengalaman mereka terdahulu dan memecahkan masalah. Kegiatan mereka lakukan dengan berinteraksi untuk menggali, mempertanyakan selama bereksperimen dengan teknik. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, Discovery Based Learning, Vr.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of humanistic learning theory in learning Islamic religious education in one of the State Middle Schools in Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research instruments used were observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers used the snowball sampling technique or snowballs. To increase the validity of qualitative research data, a process of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability is carried out. The results of this study indicate that students can maximise their potential or abilities by applying humanistic learning theory in Islamic religious education. For this reason, humanistic education is essential: each student has their own unique personality and skill set, and it would be unfair to expect each student to learn in the same way. The implementation of this humanistic theory has been successful. This is evident in the kids' daily life, as they worship in congregations with order, respect their elders, memorise large portions of the Al-Qur'an, and have warm, friendly relationships with their teachers. Teachers help pupils learn and develop strategies for overcoming challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to develop android-based digital teaching materials in local history courses at the University of Riau. This Android-based local history teaching material integrates the character values of Sultan Syarif Kasim II which are in accordance with the needs of history education students. This development research uses a 4D model, developed by Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Semmel. This research model consists of 4 steps, namely: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The first step is to conduct a preliminary study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The second step is to design an android-based teaching material product. The third step is product printing, product validation by experts, feasibility trials, and product revisions. The fourth step is to disseminate the product so that it can be used as lecture material by students of history education in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the reasons for the ban on marriage between ethnic groups in the Air Tiris community, to find out the reasons for the shift in ethnic marriage traditions in the Air Tiris community, and to determine the impact of the shift in ethnic marriage traditions in the Air Tiris community. This research uses qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were 1 tribal chief from the Air Tiris state, 1 person who committed marriages between tribes, 1 community member from the Air Tiris state, 3 young men and women from the Air Tiris state. The results of this research indicate a shift in tribal marriage traditions in the Air Tiris community, Kampar district. The causes of the shift in traditions in the people of the Water Water Country are educational factors, religious factors, economic factors and globalization factors. The impact of the shift in traditions in the people of Air Tiris is that people are starting to ignore the traditions that have been in effect for generations in society.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Kabun is one of the high schools in Kabun sub-district, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. At SMAN 1 Kabun, there are several students who still encounter problems in the learning process in the field, one of which is that when studying history, students listen more to explanations from teachers or educators. The learning resources used are printed books or packages and the use of learning media is less varied, during the learning process the teaching media used are books and projectors. So that students don't get bored quickly in learning and to improve students' historical thinking skills, researchers took the initiative to create a historical media calendar to improve students' thinking skills at SMA Negeri 1 Kabun. The research was carried out with the aim of developing the enthusiasm of students at SMAN 1 Kabun towards the subject. history by developing historical calendar learning media and conducting historical calendar feasibility tests for history learning at SMAN 1 Kabun, and seeing students' responses regarding historical calendar learning media. The research method used is the ADDIE development model. Based on research conducted, the historical calendar learning media was declared suitable for use in the teaching and learning process after analysis was carried out by material experts, media and students. The results of the validation of historical calendar learning media on World War I and II material by material experts obtained a total of 53 assessments while the percentage obtained was 96% in the very appropriate category, media experts with a total of 62 assessments while the percentage obtained was 88% in the very appropriate category, and the results of student respondents before using the media, the assessment given was 911 while the percentage obtained was 52% in the Fairly Good category. The results of student respondents learning using historical calendar media included a total of 1577 assessments, while the percentage obtained was 90% in the very good category. This research still experiences research limitations, where the research produced is still at a beginner level, so the researcher hopes that there will be research that can develop this historical calendar learning media so that it can be applied to other schools.
