Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of workload and physical work environment on work stresson study the sampling method used was total sampling considering the number of samples used was less than 100 people. The analytical method used to prove the hypothesis is to use multiple regression models and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it was found that the first workload had a positive and significant effect on work stress on employees of the Padang Timur Sub-District Office, while the second hypothesis was successfully proven the work environment had a negative and significant effect on the work stress of employees of the East Padang District Office.Keyword: Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Stres Kerja

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out (1) the effect of job promotion on job satisfaction (2) the effect of supervisory conducted by leaders on employee job satisfaction. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. The total sample is determined using the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling cluster. From this pattern, 125 employees were obtained as research samples. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The validity test instrument uses Collected Item-Total Colleration and for reliability testing using alpha coefficient formula. Prerequisite tests were carried out by normality test, heterocedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) Job promotion had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in the West Sumatra Provincial Education Office (2) Supervision conducted by the leadership had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction in the West Sumatra Provincial Education Office.Keywords: Job Promotion, Supervision by Leaders, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of physical work environment and social support on work stress on nurses of the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh. In this study the population was 103 nurses of the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh. In this study the sampling method used was total sampling. The analytical method used to prove the hypothesis is to use multiple regression models and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it was found that the first workload had a negative and significant effect on work stress on nurses of the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh, while the second hypothesis was successfully proven the social support had a negative and significant effect on the work stress of Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh. Keywords: physical work environment and social support on work stress

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Role Conflict on nurse job satisfaction with work family conflict as a mediating variable. The variables of this study include role conflict, job satisfaction and work family conflict. This research is a quantitative explanatory study. This study reaches out to inpatient nurses who are married RS Level III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang with a total sample of 70 nurses. The sample was obtained by the total sampling method. Data was obtained directly through respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which is used using SPSS.16. this study showed role conflict had a positive and significant effect on work family conflict, work family conflict had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and role conflict had a significant negative effect on nurse job satisfaction through work family conflict as a madiation variable. Role conflict cannot directly influence work satisfaction but must work through conflict family.Keywords: Conflict Role, Job Satisfaction, Work Family Conflict

This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. The total sample is determined using the Slovin formula and cluster proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 125 employees were obtained as research samples. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) physical work environment and internal communication had a positive and significant effect on the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (2) physical work environment had a positive influence and significantly affected the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (3) internal communication had a positive effect and significant to the morale of employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province. Keyword: physical work environment, internal communication, employee work spirit

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of job insecurity and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of sales department employees at PT Suka Fajar Padang Branch. In this study, a sample of 64 sales employees at PT Suka Fajar Ltd, Solok Branch was used. To get information and data, a questionnaire was distributed. The analytical method used to prove the truth of the hypothesis is by using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention of sales department employees in PT Suka Fajar Branch of Solok, while job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention of sales department employees at PT Suka Fajar Solok Branch.Keywords: Job Insecurity, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention
