The purpose of this community activity is 1) increasing knowledge of administrative officers in District 2 x 11 Enam Lingkung concerning the creation and reception of the archives, distribution, use, as well as depreciation of the archive, 2) realizing the sub-district office employee are capable of doing the handling or management of archieves. Implementation of training using a variety of methods and approaches, namely as follows: 1) methods of lectures and discussion; a to deliver the theoretical material about the program handling of archives, namely creation and acceptance Archive, distribution, use, as well as depreciation of the archive, 2) method of training and individual guidance related to the management and activities of archives rearrangement, 3) method resitasi or administering the tasks performed to find out so far where the ability of participants in the care of the archives. The result of the activities of this devotion is 1) 90% of the participants understand the concept of archives, 2) 90% of the participants was able to do the handling or management of archives.

This study analyzes (1) the effect of work stress on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (2) the effect of work stress on resilience in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (3) the effect of resilience on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (4) the effect of work stress on burnout through resilience in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital. This research is a causal research. The population of this study were all nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital. The number of samples used was the total population of 64 people taken using total sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The analysis technique used through SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) work stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (2) work stress has a negative and significant effect on resilience in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (3) resilience has a negative and significant effect on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital (4) resilience mediates the effect of work stress on burnout in nurses at Madina Bukittinggi Hospital.

This study investigated the influence of organizational climate and attitude toward knowledgesharing on knowledge sharing intention. The populations in this research are all administrativeemployees in Padang State University. Technique of sample analysis is proportional clustersampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire using Likert scale. Convergent anddiscriminative validity were used to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Partialleast square (PLS) was chosen as the structural equation model (SEM) analysis methods to testthe hypotheses. The findings of the research are: (1) organizational climate has significanteffect on knowledge sharing intention, (2) organizational climate has significant effect onattitude toward knowledge sharing, and (3) attitude toward knowledge sharing has significanteffect on knowledge sharing intention.Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh iklim organisasi dan sikap berbagi pengetahuan terhadap niatberbagi pengetahuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan administrasi diUniversitas Negeri Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional clustersampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Konvergendan validitas diskriminatif digunakan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner.Kuadrat terkecil parsial (PLS) dipilih sebagai model persamaan struktural (SEM) untukmetode analisis pengujian hipotesis. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) iklim organisasiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berbagi pengetahuan, (2) iklim organisasi berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap sikap terhadap berbagi pengetahuan, dan (3) sikap berbagi pengetahuanberpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berbagi pengetahuan.

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of transformational leadership on sharing knowledge (2) the effect of sharing knowledge on innovative work behavior (3) the effect of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior (4) the effect of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing. This research is a causal research. The population of this study are all employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia (Tbk) Witel West Sumatra with a total of 58 people. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling where the number of samples is equal to the total population, namely 58 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is through SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study show that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing among employees of PT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara pembelajaran organisasi dengan perilaku kerja inovatif pada pegawai Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang, dengan keterikatan kerja sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Jenis investigasi yang digunakan adalah investigasi kuantitatif. Investigasi ini adalah analisis kausal. Jumlah karyawan Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang yang termasuk dalam populasi penelitian ini adalah 60 orang, tidak membedakan antara karyawan tetap dan kontrak. Sementara pengambilan sampel lengkap digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah sampel untuk penyelidikan ini, jumlah sampel sesuai dengan ukuran populasi enam puluh individu. Analisis SEM menggunakan SmartPLS3 adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan. (1) Organizational Learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Pegawai Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang. (2) Organizational Learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap Work Engagement pegawai Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang. Work Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Insan Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang. Organizational Learning berpengaruh kuat terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif di kalangan Insan Perumda Air Minum Kota Padang, dengan Work Engagement sebagai variabel pemoderasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Career Self-Efficacy terhadap Career Choice pada mahasiswa Generasi Z tingkat akhir di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Padang, serta menguji peran Career Exploration sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 100 responden, yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan proportionate stratified random sampling, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Career Self-Efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Career Choice. Sementara itu, Career Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Career Exploration, serta Career Exploration berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Career Choice. Selain itu, Career Exploration terbukti memediasi hubungan antara Career Self-Efficacy dan Career Choice, menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dengan efikasi diri tinggi lebih mungkin membuat keputusan karier yang tepat jika mereka secara aktif terlibat dalam eksplorasi karier. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi mahasiswa dan institusi pendidikan mengenai pentingnya eksplorasi karier dalam pengambilan keputusan karier. Institusi pendidikan disarankan untuk memperkuat program bimbingan karier guna meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja

The flagship program of Pariaman City is Smart Village. An effort to increase knowledge and awareness of the importance of managing correspondence and document management in marketing local products, the solution provided to the target audience, namely all administrators in the North Pariaman District, Pariaman City, is through life skills training for Optimizing Village Administration Services based on the Smart Village innovation Web. The method of this Community Service activity is in the form of training and assistance to village community servants, Bumdes/bunag, UMKM actors and togama in North Pariaman so that it is hoped that community servants will be able to manage e-documents and standard correspondence as a reference for villages in North Pariaman in improving the quality of public services to end users in a smart way. The final result of this activity is an increase in partner understanding in utilizing sideka technology in village administration services (e-administration), increasing community participation in promoting local products that meet e-Business standards. The sideka design which is equipped with a guide can be used as a model for developing an e-document and business information system in a smart way in Pariaman.

In organizational behavior, organizational commitment is crucial. Every person who is dedicated to themselves wants to keep helping the company succeed. According to this study, the primary elements that boost an individual's commitment to their company are work-life balance and job satisfaction. ThusThe goal of this research is to ascertain how work-life balance and organizational commitment are mediated by job satisfaction. The objects in this study were 113 nurses from dr. Reksodiwiryo Military Hospital, who were selected based on cluster proportional random sampling technique and using questionnaire to gather data. This research employed a quantitative methodology and version 4.1.1.2 of SMARTPLS was used to evaluate the data. The findings show that job satisfaction drives organizational commitment, Organizational commitment is influenced by work-life balance, and the connection among work-life balance and organizational commitment can be mediated by job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to explore in greater depth how consumers’ perceptions of trust, ease of use of the Tokopedia platform, and product prices influence their intention to repurchase on the platform. The main focus of this research is the community of Padang City residents who have previously made purchases on Tokopedia. A total of 150 respondents were involved as samples in this study, selected using a purposive sampling technique. In analyzing the data, the researcher employed a multiple linear regression method. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) the level of trust has a positive and significant effect on consumers’ repurchase intention; 2) the level of ease in using the Tokopedia platform also has a considerable influence on buyers’ interest in making repeat transactions; and 3) price plays an important and significant role in influencing consumers’ desire to shop again.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap E-Loyalty dengan E-Satisfaction sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada pengguna E-Commerce Lazada Di Kota Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna E-Commerce Lazada di Kota Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 125 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online dan pengolahan data melalui perangkat lunak SmartPls. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkab bahwa (1) E-Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap E-Loyalty pada pengguna e-commerce Lazada. (2) E-Service Quality memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap E-Loyalty pada pengguna e-commerce Lazada. (3) E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap E-Satisfaction pada pengguna e-commerce Lazada. (4) E-Service Quality mempengaruhi E-Loyalty secara positif dan signifikan melalui E-Satisfaction pada pengguna e-commerce Lazada.
