This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of physical work environment and social support on work stress on nurses of the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh. In this study the population was 103 nurses of the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh. In this study the sampling method used was total sampling. The analytical method used to prove the hypothesis is to use multiple regression models and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it was found that the first workload had a negative and significant effect on work stress on nurses of the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh, while the second hypothesis was successfully proven the social support had a negative and significant effect on the work stress of Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital in Payakumbuh. This study aims to determine the effect of Role Conflict on nurse job satisfaction with work family conflict as a mediating variable. The variables of this study include role conflict, job satisfaction and work family conflict. This research is a quantitative explanatory study. This study reaches out to inpatient nurses who are married RS Level III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang with a total sample of 70 nurses. The sample was obtained by the total sampling method. Data was obtained directly through respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which is used using SPSS.16. this study showed role conflict had a positive and significant effect on work family conflict, work family conflict had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and role conflict had a significant negative effect on nurse job satisfaction through work family conflict as a madiation variable. Role conflict cannot directly influence work satisfaction but must work through conflict family.Keywords: Conflict Role, Job Satisfaction, Work Family Conflict

This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of physical work environment and internal communication on employee morale, (2) the effect of physical work environment on employee morale, (3) the effect of internal comunication on employee morale. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. The total sample is determined using the Slovin formula and cluster proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 125 employees were obtained as research samples. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) physical work environment and internal communication had a positive and significant effect on the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (2) physical work environment had a positive influence and significantly affected the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (3) internal communication had a positive effect and significant to the morale of employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of job insecurity and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of sales department employees at PT Suka Fajar Padang Branch. In this study, a sample of 64 sales employees at PT Suka Fajar Ltd, Solok Branch was used. To get information and data, a questionnaire was distributed. The analytical method used to prove the truth of the hypothesis is by using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention of sales department employees in PT Suka Fajar Branch of Solok, while job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention of sales department employees at PT Suka Fajar Solok Branch.Keywords: Job Insecurity, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention

This study investigated the influence of organizational climate and attitude toward knowledgesharing on knowledge sharing intention. The populations in this research are all administrativeemployees in Padang State University. Technique of sample analysis is proportional clustersampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire using Likert scale. Convergent anddiscriminative validity were used to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Partialleast square (PLS) was chosen as the structural equation model (SEM) analysis methods to testthe hypotheses. The findings of the research are: (1) organizational climate has significanteffect on knowledge sharing intention, (2) organizational climate has significant effect onattitude toward knowledge sharing, and (3) attitude toward knowledge sharing has significanteffect on knowledge sharing intention.Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh iklim organisasi dan sikap berbagi pengetahuan terhadap niatberbagi pengetahuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan administrasi diUniversitas Negeri Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional clustersampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Konvergendan validitas diskriminatif digunakan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner.Kuadrat terkecil parsial (PLS) dipilih sebagai model persamaan struktural (SEM) untukmetode analisis pengujian hipotesis. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) iklim organisasiberpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berbagi pengetahuan, (2) iklim organisasi berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap sikap terhadap berbagi pengetahuan, dan (3) sikap berbagi pengetahuanberpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat berbagi pengetahuan.

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) the influence of Brand Attitude on Brand Loyalty, (2) the influence of electronic word of mouth on Brand Loyalty, (3) the influence of Brand Attitude on Consumer Brand Identification, (4) the influence of electronic word of mouth on Consumer Brand Identification, (5) the influence of Consumer Brand Identification on Brand Loyalty, (6) The influence of Brand Attitude on Brand Loyalty through Consumer Brand Identification, (7) The Influence of electronic word of mouth on Brand Loyalty through Consumer Brand Identification. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study were female students in the city of Padang who used Emina's products. The total sample of this study was 160 people by using online questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study uses the PLS-SEM analysis method. Based on the result of data processing that has been found, the result of hypothesis testing shows that brand attitude, electronic word of mouth and consumer brand identification positively affects on brand loyalty. Also brand attitude and electronic word of mouth positively affects on consumer brand identification. Furthermore, Brand Attitude and electronic word of mouth positively affects on brand loyalty through consumer brand identification. This study analyzes: (1) the effect of authentic leadership on employee creativity (2) The effect of authentic leadership on work engagement (3) The effect of work engagement on employee creativity (4) The effect of authentic leadership on employee creativity through work engagement. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Singkil Regency, amounting to 97 people. The sampling technique used was Total Sampling. Data obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is through the SmartPLS software.3. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) Authentic leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee creativity in the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh SingkilRegency (2) Authentic leadership has a positive and significant impact on work engagement in the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Singkil Regency (3) Work engagement has a positive and significant impact on employee creativity in the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Singkil Regency (4) Authentic leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee creativity through work engagement in the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Aceh Singkil Regency.

The Relationship between Three Constructs of Employee Attitudes towards Organizational Change. This research examines three constructs that represent employee attitudes towards organizational change; commitment to change, readiness for change, and openness to change. This research analyzed the influence of readiness for change and openness to change on employee commitment to change in public sector organization in West Sumatra. It would help the public organization to understand their employee attitudes during change. This research is a quantitative research. Respondents are 100 employees in public sector organization in West Sumatra Province. Data was collected using questionnaire. The result shows both independent variables; openness to change and readiness to change have positive and significant effect on commitment to change. Employee commitment to changes in this research is influenced by the readiness for change and openness to change. These results show that employees in public organization in West Sumatra Province felt that if they would benefit from change, then they would do what was needed to make the change successful. This poprpuse of this reserch is to analyze the effect of job autonomy, organizational learning, and work environmnet commitment of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang. Data was collected using questionnaires to 74 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang. The data that has been collected is then processed using SPSS. The results showed that job autonomy had a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. Further findings organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, lastly the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

This study aims to analyze: (1) The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office (2) The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office (3) The Effect of Perceived Organizational Support for the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees at the Nias Regency DPRD office.
