Abstract

This thesis discusses the design of a tool for planting lowland rice seeds which aims to reduce the time for planting rice seeds and reduce the impact of back pain. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive design. Sampling with purposive sampling involved 100 rice farmers from one sub-district consisting of 10 villages in Lakbok sub-district to be interviewed and filled out a questionnaire to determine the wishes and needs of farmers for rice planting tools.The results of the analysis with the House of Quality (HOQ) in the QFD method of 23 questionnaire items resulted in 12 points that must be applied to the design, namely: the corner is not tapered, has three seed places, there are two iron pipe handles and hollow galvanized, coated with anti chat. carat, adjustable height, can plant 3 seeds at once, lightweight material, 95 cm wide, adjustable spacing, uncomplicated design, materials available in building shops.The results of anthropometric calculations on rice farmers obtained the size of the rice grower tool with a lever height (height) of 95.55 cm, the distance between the legs and the tool (base) 35.48 cm and the lever slope of 101.93 cm.The results of the test tools, the speed test of planting time with a land area of 1000 m2 resulted in 112 minutes 9 seconds or 1 hour 52 minutes 9 seconds. Capacity test, this tool has three lines, so this tool can represent two workers, so there is an increase in productivity of 66.67% with a tolerance of 10%, then the productivity of 56.67%. In total there is a 125.53% increase in productivity. In addition, this tool can reduce the burden on the waist because the designed tool is carried out standing upright when compared to planting rice in the conventional way.

Abstract

Sumber makanan penunjang pertumbuhan anak yang penting adalah kandungan omega-3 dan protein, baik untuk anak dan dewasa. Peran ibu dalam rumah tangga berpengaruh terhaadap kesehatan keluarganya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan bekal pengetahuan kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk menyediakan makanan sehat bagi keluarga terutama anak-anak dalam tumbuh kembangnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan diskusi yang diakhiri dengan monitoring dan evaluasi hasil. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi kenaikan sebesar 70% pengetahuan kandungan protein, 80% pada kandungan omega-3, dan 100% tentang cara pengolahan ikan yang baik. Hasil kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah kegiatan sosialisasi pengolahan makanan berbasis ikani berhasil dengan baik, dibuktikan dengan terjadi kenaikan siginifikan pemahaman pengetahuan tentang kandungan protein dan omega serta pengolahannya. Abstract. Important sources of food to support children's growth are omega-3 and protein content, both for children and adults. The role of mothers in the household affects the health of their families. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to housewives to provide healthy food for families, especially children in their growth and development. The methods used are socialization and discussion which ends with monitoring and evaluating the results. The results of the community service show that there was an increase of 70% in knowledge of protein content, 80% in omega-3 content, and 100% in how to process fish properly. The activity results can be concluded that the socialization activity of fish-based food processing was successful, as evidenced by a significant increase in understanding of knowledge about protein and omega content and their processing.

Abstract

Background: Dengue remains a significant public health issue in the Western Pacific Region. In the absence of a vaccine, vector control is the mainstay for dengue prevention and control. This study aimed to explore the effectiveness of Indoor Residual Spraying as A Method of Controlling Dengue Fever in Communities. Subjects and Method: A systematic review was conducted by searching articles from PubMed, ResearchGate, Science Direct, Google Scholar, and EBSCO is an article published from 2013 to 2023. The keywords were “dengue hemorrhagic fever” OR “DHF” AND “community” OR “family” AND “disaster” AND “IRS” OR “indoor residual spraying”. The inclusion criteria were a Cross-sectional study. The articles were selected by PRISMA flow diagram method. Results: A total of 9 studies were included in this review. All of the studies stated that IRS can have both an immediate and sustained effect on reducing adult and immature A. aegypti populations and should be considered as an adult mosquito control strategy by dengue vector control programs also IRS led to 86-96% reduction in dengue cases in sprayed premises, compared to unsprayed controls. Abstract

Background: Religion and spirituality play a role in coping with illness for many patients. This study examined religiousness and spiritual support in patients of diverse racial or ethnic backgrounds and associations with quality of life (QOL), treatment preferences, and advance care planning. This study aimed to analyze the association between nursing spiritual managament on quality of life based on previous studies.Subjects and Method: This study is a meta-analysis with PICO, population: inpatient. Intervention: nursing spiritual management. Comparison: without nursing spiritual management. Outcome: quality of life. The articles used in this study were obtained from three databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct. Keywords to search for articles are “Nursing” OR “Nursing Management“ AND “Nursing Spiritual Management” AND “Quality of Life” OR “QoL” AND “Multivariate”. Articles included are full-text English from 2007 to 2022. Articles were selected using a PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application.Results: A total of 8 cross-sectional study articles from Asia (Indonesia), Europe (Germany), South America (Brazil and Peru), and North America (Boston and US) were reviewed in the meta-analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that implementing of nursing spiritual management increase quality of life among patients 2.79 times compared to nurse does not implementing spiritual management (aOR= 2.79; 95% CI= 2.43 to 3.35; p< 0.001) and the result is statistically significant.Conclusion: Good hospital management increase nurse work motivation.Keywords: nursing management, spiritual points, quality of life, QoL.Correspondence:Sarwoko. Abstract

Telemedicine has emerged as a transformative approach in healthcare delivery, particularly in addressing accessibility and efficiency challenges in traditional systems. While prior research has emphasized its technological and operational benefits, studies investigating the intrinsic drivers of patient engagement, especially from a value cocreation perspective remain scant. Grounded in self-determination theory (SDT) and service-dominant logic (SDL), this study investigates how intrinsic motivation, external regulation, and identified regulation influence value cocreation behavior and, subsequently, patient-perceived value and well-being. Data were collected through an electronic survey targeting telemedicine users in Greater Jakarta who had used digital health services within the past six months. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the data and assess both the measurement and structural models. Results confirm that all hypothesized relationships are significant. Identified regulation demonstrates the strongest influence on value cocreation behavior, followed by intrinsic motivation and external regulation. Furthermore, value cocreation behavior significantly enhances both perceived value and well-being, with perceived value also positively affecting well-being. The model exhibits strong explanatory power and predictive relevance. This study contributes by highlighting the importance of motivational quality in shaping patient engagement and outcomes thus provides actionable insights for healthcare providers aiming to design telemedicine platforms that foster meaningful interaction, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance overall health-related well-being.

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Pasien rawat inap membutuhkan tidak hanya perawatan fisik namun juga perawatan spiritual. Perawat berusaha untuk memberikan perawatan holistik, termasuk perawatan spiritual, untuk semua pasien. Persepsi mereka terhadap spiritualitas dan asuhan keperawatan spiritual kemungkinan berkontribusi terhadap permasalah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi dan praktik keperawatan spiritual pada pasien rawat inap, menggunakan desain fenomenologi eksploratif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan focus group discussion. Partisipan adalah 9 pasien sebagai partisipan utama, 6 perawat pelaksana dan 3 kepala ruang sebagai partisipan trianggulasi yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa hasil rekaman wawancara dan catatan lapangan yang dianalisis dengan menerapkan teknik Collaizi. Keabsahan data dijamin dengan memenuhi prinsip credibility, dependability, confirmability, dan transferability. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi enam tema utama: (1) Makna, tujuan, dan harapan pasien rawat inap; (2) Hubungan pasien rawat inap dengan Tuhan; (3) Praktik spiritual pasien rawat inap; (4) Kewajiban agama pasien rawat inap; (5) Hubungan interpersonal pasien rawat inap; (6) Interaksi pasien rawat inap dengan perawat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) Kebutuhan keperawatan spiritual pasien tercermin dalam praktik spiritual dan kewajiban agama yaitu mengingatkan waktu sholat mengajarkan tayamum sebagai pengganti wudlu, bimbingan berdzikir dan berdo’a; (2) Keperawatan spiritual dilakukan dengan cara mengingatkan waktu sholat, membimbing dzikir, berdoa dan beristighfar; (3) Praktik keperawatan spiritual pada pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit umum Islam BanyuBening belum terlaksana secara optimal. Rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan perawat dapat mengidentifikasi kebutuhan keperawatan spiritual pada pasien rawat inap. Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi Online Travel Agents (OTA) seperti Traveloka dari sekadar platform pemesanan menjadi bagian penting dalam ekosistem pariwisata pintar. Dalam konteks ini, keterlibatan pelanggan melalui konsep value co-creation diyakini berperan dalam membentuk kepuasan (satisfaction) dan loyalitas (loyalty). Namun, kajian empiris mengenai mekanisme ini masih terbatas, terutama pada layanan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived service quality dan intention to revisit terhadap customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty, dengan satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi serta value co-creation behavior sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif survei dengan 216 responden pengguna Traveloka di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert 7 poin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction, sementara intention to revisit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap satisfaction dan loyalty, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Namun, value co-creation tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan satisfaction dan loyalty. Kesimpulannya, loyalitas pelanggan OTA lebih ditentukan oleh niat untuk kembali dibandingkan hanya pada kualitas layanan. Saran penelitian selanjutnya adalah memperluas sampel pada platform OTA lain serta memasukkan variabel tambahan seperti perceived price, trust, dan customer engagement untuk memperkaya pemahaman perilaku pelanggan digital. Kata Kunci: Online Travel Agents (OTA); Perceived Service Quality; Intention to Revisit; Customer Satisfaction; Customer Loyalty; Value Co-Creation ABSTRACT The development of digital technology has driven the transformation of Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such as Traveloka from merely booking platforms into an essential part of the smart tourism ecosystem. In this context, customer engagement through the concept of value co-creation is believed to play a role in shaping satisfaction and loyalty. However, empirical studies on this mechanism remain limited, particularly in digital services. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived service quality and intention to revisit on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, with satisfaction as a mediating variable and value co-creation behavior as a moderating variable. The research employed a quantitative survey approach with 216 Traveloka users in Indonesia as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a 7-point Likert scale. The results indicate that perceived service quality has a positive effect on satisfaction, while intention to revisit significantly affects both satisfaction and loyalty, directly and indirectly. However, value co-creation was not found to moderate the relationship between satisfaction and loyalty. In conclusion, OTA customer loyalty is more strongly determined by revisit intention rather than service quality alone. Future studies are recommended to expand the sample to other OTA platforms and include additional variables such as perceived price, trust, and customer engagement to enrich the understanding of digital customer behavior. Keywords: Online Travel Agents (OTA), Perceived Service Quality, Intention to Revisit, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Value Co-Creation
