Abstract

The use of physical server for Bank Mandiri branch office operations has several shortcomings, namely the high server procurement costs, limited part upgrading, maintenance costs, land requirements and electricity consumption. An alternative that can be used is cloud computing technology based on virtualization with the ROCCA adoption method. In this research, cloud computing is implemented to run the operational applications of Bank Mandiri branch offices using Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization. Then the performance and value of cost efficiency are compared to the physical server. Implementation results indicate the ROCCA method can be used for cloud computing adoption in the banking sector. Measurement of physical server performance reaches a score of 36% while the cloud server 9%, physical server memory reaches a score of 35% while the cloud server 50%, and the physical server harddisk reach a score of 48% and cloud server 52%. A higher percentage indicates better performance. Regarding to network speed, the physical server reaches a bandwidth of 94.9 Mbits / sec, while the cloud server 94.1 Mbits / sec. In terms of investment efficiency is not too significant, where in 5 years the efficiency value is 1.8% and for 10 years it is 2.81%.

Abstract

Ease of accessing and delivering information makes the Internet more and more needed. But the ease also provides greater opportunities for leaking of information that is confidential. To handle the security of information exchange that is confidential then developed the method of data security on audio using AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) and EAS (Enhanced Audio Steganography) algorithm. From the research results can be concluded by using AES method as cryptography and EAS as steganography, audio file quality can be said good because of the overall test scenario conducted the lowest SNR value obtained is 49.33dB while the highest SNR value is 51.10dB.

Abstract

Tata Kelola TI merupakan konsep yang dapat menjamin TIK sebuah organisasi mendukung tercapainya obyektif organisasi tersebut. Paper ini bertujuan untuk menyusun sebuah kerangka kerja (framework) pengelolaan infrastruktur TIK di Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung, berdasarkan model framework COBIT 5. Dari hasil implementasi COBIT 5, maka dipilihlah 13 proses dari 5 domain, yaitu proses APO01, APO02, APO03, APO07, APO08, BAI02, BAI04, DSS01, DSS03, EDM01, EDM02, EDM04, dan MEA01. Pemetaan RACI chart terhadap struktur organisasi Dishubkominfo sebagai instansi pelaksana dan pengelola TIK di Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung, menunjukkan hanya terdapat 4 peran yang melakukan proses dan satu peran di Dishubkominfo bisa merangkap lebih dari satu peran dalam COBIT 5. Framework Pengelolaan Infrastruktur TIK di Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung adalah hasil pembahasan dari 13 proses COBIT 5 yang digunakan sebagai prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan. Framework ini berisikan uraian deskripsi, tujuan, ruang lingkup, kebijakan, dan RACI chart dari aktivitas dan peran masing-masing proses. [TURNITIN CHECK 16%, 27032017]

Abstract

Penggunaan energi pada jaringan sensor nirkabel saat ini bisa dikatakan sangat boros, sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah metode komputasi pada teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dengan sumber yang terbatas. Konsep penggunaan energi pada IoT perlu diawasi dan dikelola supaya terdapat peningkatan efisensi penggunaan energi sehingga dapat menekan biaya tanpa harus mengurangi kinerjanya. Dalam penelitian ini dibuatlah sebuah prototype sistem kontrol penggunaan energi pada IoT yang nantinya digunakan untuk model Smart Building dalam upaya penghematan energi. Konsep prototipe yang dibuat adalah hybrid network. Pada prototipe digunakan beberapa sensor berfungsi untuk membaca, mengontrol, dan mengirimkan informasi secara realtime dengan protokol zigbee IEEE 802.15.4 dan Wi-Fi ESP8266-01. Model ini diamati dan dianalisis konsumsi energi dan Quality of Service (QoS) transmisi pengiriman data dengan metode clustering. Kinerja pada jaringan bekerja dengan baik dilihat dari kondisi pada lingkungan indoor maupun outdoor. Pengujian konsumsi energi seluruh proses pengiriman data sensor yaitu 0.32 Watt sampai dengan 0.64 Watt dalam waktu 10 Menit, dapat dikatakan komunikasi jaringan pada pengembangan hybrid network ini mengonsumsi energi yang sangat rendah. Total durasi waktu pengujian dengan baterai 12 Volt hingga batas tegangan minimum didapatkan 70 Menit dan tegangan minimal mencapai 7 Volt.

Abstract

In the current pandemic era, every learning process forced to do transition in a short notice, this action taken to prevent the widespread of COVID-19 virus in the school and university area. This hasty transition proceses are not companied by the readiness of Learning Management System platform that suitable for the education institution. This research is done by doing literature study and platform testing selected Learning Management Systems in order to fulfill its aim, to provide insight about Influencing Factors that can be used to segmenting Learning Management Systems Platform according to its suitability. This studi founds that there are 5 main factors and 3 supporting factors on deciding what Learning Management Systems Platform that will be use on any institution. The main factors consist of ease-of-use, course features, communication features, flexibility, and accessibility. The supporting factors consist of technician requirement, infrastructure requirement, and community support. From influencing factors, we also can devide Learning Management Platforms into 3 categories, there are free open-source, free cloud-based, and premium cloud-based.

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan bermotor mengakibatkan terjadinya penumpukan kendaraan terutama di persimpangan-persimpangan yang terdapat traffic light. Untuk itu perlu dibuatkan suatu sistem yang disebut Smart Traffic Light, sehingga dapat memberikan prioritas pada jalur yang dilalui oleh kendaraan-kendaraan kegawatdaruratan. Ada dua tahapan utama dalam perancangan smart traffic light ini yaitu integrasi hardware berupa integrasi RFID dengan Aruino UNO dan algoritma Smart Traffic Light sebagai dasar dalam pembuatan software. Realisasi pada hardware dilakukan dengan penggunaan RFID module Mifare RC522 dan mikrokontroller Arduino UNO. Realisasi Software menggunakan aplikasi Arduino dengan menambah library RFID dan membuat perintah sesuai dengan algoritma. Hasil integrasi hardware dan realisasi algoritma ke dalam sebuah software memperoleh hasil tingkat deteksi dan akurasi deteksi dari RFID yang sangat tinggi yakni mencapai 100%, dengan waktu respon yang baik yaitu rata-rata 0,8s.

Abstract

Advances in Internet technology has provided a new market for the growth of the service provider. New sites appear in large numbers every year. This gives a new problem for users of the service. Users are forced to memorize many username and password to access the service. Overcoming it is a new emerging technology, the technology called Single Sign On (SSO). SSO offers simple authentication process for users to access many services sites. But the level of confidence of users and service providers, in the use of SSO technology have not been investigated. In this research shows that the rate of utilizing the SSO technology of the top 500 sites on alexa.com by 31% (155 websites). And the level of utilization of the SSO more than one provider, by 41%. In studies it appears that the most used SSO services provider is google followed by facebook and twitter. Abstract

The most frequently used instrument by College Indonesia nor the world as reference materials to evaluate performance and productivity based on website is through the database of appraisers, including World University namely Webometrics and 4ICU. There are a number of differences regarding the indicators used by the two ranking databases. The difference was certainly potent determination of ranking colleges that are also different. The purpose of this study is to devise a strategic plan policy that is capable of being a guide for local colleges in improving its quality to global competition. Based on the results of the calculation Spearman Rank, then retrieved the value of the koefisiensi correlation of 0,867 (very strong). Based on the correlation or relationship between indicators and 4ICU Webometrics rating, backlinks and the number of scientific publications is a factor that affects the ranking.

Abstract

Universities are currently implementing information technology to create bureaucratic reform. This is done because the demands of the era and information technology are increasingly growing to be more sophisticated. In higher education both management and service are supported by the role of information technology. In the application of information technology, it certainly must be supported by apparatus resources that have good performance. In higher education the application of information technology is used in managing performance and service management. The application of information technology in performance management will encourage universities to achieve their mission. While in the service process, the application of information technology will have a positive impact because services will be carried out efficiently, effectively and transparently. Information technology is applied to services to create a service that is fast, precise, efficient and professional. In addition, to create good governance in bureaucratic reform, information technology must be integrated so as to foster rapid information between units in higher education. Abstract

The development of Moodle E-Learning technology has progressed rapidly to meet and support diverse learning needs. In the learning process of Moodle E-Learning, various activities are involved, such as creating assignments, providing assessments, and other activities. However, these processes have limitations, such as students not being immediately aware when assignments are created or when assessments are given. This often leads to delays in completing tasks as students wait for manual notifications from their instructors. Additionally, students sometimes forget to regularly check Moodle for updates. To address these shortcomings, the researcher aims to develop a MCA notification BOT application that integrates Moodle with social media platforms like Line and Telegram using webhooks. The purpose of this system is to help students receive real-time information about assignments and assessments provided on Moodle by their instructors. The testing results demonstrate that the implemented features function well and align with the intended design.
