Abstract

In realizing the aspirations as a democratic nation, the provision of high-quality information transparency by the government is essential, especially for the legislative body as the people's representation. To transform information into a fundamental consideration for public policies, effective knowledge management is needed from the community, who act as active users of this information transparency. This study aims to analyze the trends in research concerning knowledge management and open government. Data sources were obtained through the Web of Science for publications from 2019 to 2023, focusing on the fields of political science, management, and social reform. The applied method utilized bibliometric analysis with tools such as VOSviewer and Biblioshiny. The study's results identified a total of 2251 keywords, which were then refined to 259 keywords through data selection. From the VOSviewer analysis, the study yielded 1144 links and 4 clusters, indicating the interconnectedness among keywords. This interconnectedness was further illustrated through Network Visualization, Overlay Visualization, and Density Visualization. Meanwhile, the Biblioshiny analysis, conducted using the R Application, involved visualizations like WordCloud, TreeMap, and Trend Topics related to the keywords.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai pusat sumber pengetahuan memiliki peranan penting dalam kualitas masyarakat dalam aspek pengetahua.. Namun pada era digitalisasi saat ini, perpustakaan dihadapkan pada permasalahan minimnya minat masyarakat dalam mengunjungi perpustakaan. Untuk itu dibutuhkan metode yang sesuai dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut yakni dengan meningkatkan perasaan nyaman terlebih dahulu sehingga kecintaan terhadap perpustakaan akan tumbuh dengan sendirinya. Namun, kenyataannya tidak semua perpustakaan dapat memenuhi persyaratan tersebut. Apalagi faktor geografis juga menjadi alasan kenapa minimnya minat masyarakat dalam mengunjungi masyarakat terjadi. Seperti yang terjadi pada desa Ngrimbi Jombang yang memiliki permasalahan geografis yakni susahnya akses maupun jauhnya lokasi perpustakaan dari jangkauan masyarakat. Untuk itulah kami mengajukan delivery service sebagai konsep yang akan digunakan dalam meningkatkan motivasi pemustaka dalam mengunjungi perpustakaan di desa Ngrimbi Jombang. Dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi serta membentuk kecintaan masyarakat di Desa Ngrimbi terhadap perpustakaan dan ilmu pengetahuan sehingga membentuk masyarakat yang berkualitas. Disamping itu, tujuan lain dalam program ini yakni meningkatkan fasilitas perpustakaan guna memudahkan masyarakat mengakses, mengenal maupun menyadari betapa pentingnya perpustakaan.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan penelitian digital government. Penelitian ini menjadi penting untuk dikaji karena membahas mengenai kehadiran digital government yang menjadi salah satu inovasi dari pemerintah untuk menjawab tuntutan masyarakat atas persoalan pelayanan publik selama ini. E-government merupakan inisiatif penggunaan TIK untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan efektivitas kinerja pemerintah dalam pemberian layanan publik yang lebih baik. Metode penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Data analisis. Data dianalisis dan divisualisasikan menggunakan perangkat lunak Vosviewer berdasarkan network visualization, overlay visualization, dan density visualization. Selain itu, digunakan pula aplikasi biblioshiny untuk menganalisis dan memvisualisasi data berdasarkan worldcloud, co-occurrence network, dan thematic map. Hasil Penelitian. Analisis bibliometrik dengan visualisasi menggunakan VosViewer menemukan 4 cluster dari 157 item kata kunci terkait. Cluster pertama berwarna merah 54 items dengan kata kunci terbesar “sector”. Sedangkan analisis bibliometrik menggunakan biblioshiny menunjukkan bahwa “e-government” merupakan kata yang paling dominan digunakan oleh para peneliti.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik untuk penyandang disabilitas saat ini masih menjadi topik pembahasan yang perlu banyak dikaji. Masih banyak pelayanan publik yang tidak ramah akses untuk para penyandang disabilitas.  Pelayanan publik yang tidak merata untuk para penyandang disabilitas yang dimana jumlah penyandang disabilitas tergolong cukup banyak menimbulkan adanya rasa iri atas ketimpangan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perkembangan riset dalam melihat perkembangan pelayanan publik untuk penyandang disabilitas.  Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dalam memberikan gambaran terkait sebaran publikasi studi pada bidang pelayanan publik terkhususnya pelayanan publik untuk penyandang disabilitas. Analisis bibliometrik ini menerapkan limit dalam penentuan data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian dengan melihat pertumbuhan penelitian terkait pelayanan publik untuk penyandang disabilitas. Hasil dari penerapan limit kemudian di export dalam format RIS dan BibTex. Format RIS digunakan pada visualisasi menggunakan bantuan aplikasi VOSviewer. Sedangkan format BibTex digunakan pada visualisasi menggunakan  bantuan aplikasi Biblioshiny. Hasil akhir analisis bibliometrik ini adalah memvisualisasi jurnal dan penulis yang relevan dengan topik bahasan dan analyze result yang menghasilkan visualisasi dari bidang kategori yang relevan, jenis dokumen, afiliasi yang turut berkontribusi, persebaran wilayah, dan tingkat publikasi setiap tahun dari data 145 data dokumen. Visualisasi yang dihasilkan dari analisis bibliometrik ini selain dapat mempermudah memperoleh data dan memahami aspek-aspek pendukung dalam pembahasan pelayanan publik untuk penyandang disabilitas. Dapat juga memahami ada beberapa aspek yang kurang diteliti dalam adanya pelayanan publik untuk disabilitas.

Abstract

The need for Personal Data Protection must be supported by policies that are able to guarantee the security of personal information so that it is not misused by irresponsible persons. The development of research on personal data protection policy can be a good reference for the government and stakeholders in formulating policies that can guarantee the security of personal data. This study aims to determine research trends and explain the relationship between keywords and researchers in research articles on personal data protection policies. This study uses the bibliometric analysis method assisted by the VOS Viewer and Biblioshiny Rstudio tools so that it can display interesting network visualization. The findings from this study are the development of research publications on related topics from year to year, mapping of subject areas of research publications on related topics, mapping of countries of origin of research publications on related topics, relationships between authors/researchers, relationships between keywords from a number of research articles on related topics, distribution of journals that publish research articles on related topics, and productivity of researchers/writers of articles on related topics. The results of this study can help researchers find novelty opportunities and use appropriate reference sources in conducting research on related topics

Abstract

Training evaluation is an evaluation of the results of training that has been carried out. This evaluation includes technical and non-technical factors which are very important for the company to pay attention to when implementing training in the future. Many companies only implement training evaluations as a formality and only include evaluations that are limited by choice, such as closed questionnaires, training evaluations using open questionnaires can provide the freedom to provide positive or negative input that can be of concern to the company. This research aims to find out the words or topics that appear most frequently in open comments on training evaluation results by using the FP Growth algorithm and association rules to find out the relationship between topics or words from the training evaluation results. They are applied to 516 open-ended comments submitted via the post-training questionnaire. The research results showed that 15 association rules were created using Rapidminer using the FP-Growth algorithm with a minimum support of 0.02 and a minimum confidence of 0.5. All rules have a lift value>1 which indicates that all rules are valid or have a strong association relationship. This research can determine the pattern of comments or suggestions given by workers regarding training evaluation.

Abstract

The activities of small medium enterprises (SMES) are assessed to have a significant impact on environmental conditions if not balanced by post management of post-production waste that can lead to environmental degradation. The circular economy model is considered to be a new model to replace the linear economic model. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the development of the economic circular model used in the management policy of SMES waste. Bibliometric research method by using Vosviewer and RSTUDIO software. Sampling used in this study is a journal article with subjects related to public policy. Data are collected using the Scopus database then the data is analyzed manually to generate the relevant articles. The results showed that research has been developed massively in 2018, 7 years since the first time the research was conducted. The focus of research has been in the simplification of production and policy flow. Later, a study to achieve the innovation of the economic circular concept on the management of the SMES waste. Finally, regulations or policies in waste management significantly have linkages with attempts to achieve development goals.

Abstract

Post-pandemic COVID-19, many companies have re-implemented work from office policies for their employees. However, the policy has been controversial among social media activists, especially in Twitter. The sentiment arose according to them, during the pandemic COVID-19 they believe that working from home has many advantages over working in an office. The emergence of 'work from office' sentiments is an interesting target for opinion-mining research. Opinion mining or sentiment analysis is a general research area of ​​data mining that helps to explore and analyze existing views and opinions to obtain useful information. The analysis process involves the use of machine learning with several supporting algorithms. This study used four classification algorithm models of supervised learning, including naive Bayes, support vector machines, k-nearest neighbors, and random forests. The selection of those algorithms also aims to find out which model produced a good performance for the results. The performance results of each model were evaluated by the confusion matrix and the k-nearest neighbor algorithm model with an accuracy value of 96.62% was found to give the best results and to be the most used model in the classification process. On the other hand, the algorithm model that obtains the lowest accuracy is a random forest with 72.08%.

Abstract

The massive use of the Internet has a pretty significant impact on information-seeking behavior. That's why the public's need for information is increasing. It has an impact on information providers, especially libraries. A library must be able to adapt to the needs of users, especially in services and collections. In order to meet the needs of librarians, libraries use the interlibrary loan method, in which libraries cooperate with other libraries. The library can not only receive material but also supply the library's collection material. The aim of this research is to learn about the development of publications on interlibrary loans in libraries over the last 10 years (2013-2023) which includes key information, annual productions, core sources by Bradford’s Law, quotations, affiliations, trend topics, and authors. Using the "Web of Science" software, a quantitative approach based on bibliometric analysis is used to detect research progress.The results of the research show that the research publication Interlibrary Loan indexed Web of Science in 2013-2023 has 371 articles with 30 authors.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence technology is artificial intelligence which is then associated with the ability of machines or computers to do things that humans do. Artificial Intelligence originally started in 1942 when the American science fiction writer Isaac Asimov then included AI in his book entitled Runaround which then told about robots. Then, in 1956 MarvinMinsky and John McCarthy began conducting research on artificial intelligence. Artificial Intelligence technology has become increasingly popular among the wider community, in all circles, including in the world of education. One of the products from AI which is quite popular at the moment is GPT chat which is often used in the world of education. This is because Artificial Intelligence technology makes it very easy to do work or assignments. This article will then examine using bibliometric analysis the trends in the use of Artificial Intelligence technology in the world of education. This article analyzes using the bibliometric analysis method using a database from Scopus with a research range from 2011 to 2023, with the keywords artificial intelligence, impact, and education, which then produces 1565 articles. These articles were analyzed using bibliometric methods with biblioshiny. The aim of this article is to analyze trends in the use of artificial intelligence technology in the world of education based on bibliometric analysis by observing the number of publications on this topic from year to year. It was found that from year to year research on the use of artificial intelligence in the world of education, the graph continues to increase and shows a percentage of 43.71% for the development of publications from year to year. This article is divided into several parts (1) introduction which explains each research component starting from scopus bibliometrics and biblioshiny as well as the topics studied; (2) research methods carried out using bibliometric analysis; (3) results and discussion of the bibliometric analysis; and (4) conclusions.
