Abstract

Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi, kebutuhan akan layanan reservasi secara online meningkat. Saat ini, Vera Salon masih menggunakan metode pemesanan yang memanfaatkan aplikasi WhatsApp, sehingga memungkinkan pesan tidak terbaca dan kurang optimalnya pelananan karena harus membalas pesan satu persatu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi booking berbasis website yang dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam proses reservasi tanpa perlu menunggu pesan dibalas oleh admin. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall, yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan secara berurutan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, Javascript, dan PHP serta manajemen basis data MySQL. Untuk tampilan antarmuka, sistem ini memanfaatkan Codeigniter sebagai framework CSS. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pelanggan akan lebih mudah dalam melakukan proses reservasi, sementara pihak salon dapat melakukan pekerjaan dengan lebih efisien. Sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efesiensi proses booking di Vera salon.

Abstract

The PKK of Nglele Village plays an important role in supporting family development and welfare through various work programs. In implementing these programs, PKK cadres are required to be able to manage administration, compile activity reports, and create accountability reports (LPJ) independently. The main problem faced by PKK cadres of Nglele Village is limited skills in operating Microsoft Word and Excel, so that the creation of accountability reports (LPJ) and administrative documents still depends on external parties. The Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) training program for PKK cadres of Nglele Village aims to: (1) Equip PKK cadres with basic Microsoft Word skills for document and report preparation. (2) Train PKK cadres in the use of Microsoft Excel for data processing and administrative recording. (3) Encourage PKK cadres' independence in compiling accountability reports (LPJ) without relying on external parties. Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of PKK cadres' work in carrying out organizational administration. The method applied in this training is a Hands-on Training-based Workshop combined with a Service Learning (SL) approach. Service Learning is a learning approach that integrates theory with real-world practice in the community. The conclusion of this community service activity is that it can increase the independence of PKK cadres, eliminating their reliance on external parties for administrative document management. This activity supports the capacity building of PKK cadres and empowers the Nglele Village community in the digital era, resulting in more structured, efficient, and professional work.

Abstract

This research focuses on enhancing education at SMA Negeri Ploso by creating a web-based e-learning platform that offers organized access to educational resources, tasks, tests, and interaction between educators and students. The platform was developed to overcome the drawbacks of traditional teaching methods by providing more flexibility, easier access, and improved efficiency for both in-person and remote learning experiences. A qualitative methodology was used in conjunction with a development process that involved analyzing requirements, designing the system, implementing it, and conducting testing. The platform utilizes a structured access model based on user roles for administrators, educators, and students, allowing each group to execute specific functions aligned with their duties. Administrators handle user information, course management, and feedback, educators can upload and oversee educational content and assess students' work, while students can view course materials, turn in assignments, and check their grades. During the testing phase, it was confirmed that all primary functions worked properly and delivered accurate outcomes as designed. The user interface was crafted to be straightforward, easy to navigate, and usable on multiple devices including laptops, desktops, and smartphones. The launch of this web-based e-learning system significantly enhanced the adaptability and effectiveness of the educational process and has the potential for future developments such as incorporating online quizzes, automated feedback, and communication tools to further improve the learning journey.

Abstract

This study describes the creation and development of an online academic evaluation system aimed at handling student test scores in primary schools. The system was designed to solve problems associated with the traditional assessment method, which frequently results in inefficiencies, delays, and risks of losing data. A qualitative research method was used, which involved collecting information through observation, documentation, and the examination of how academic data is managed in educational institutions. The system features easy-to-use interfaces, organized databases, and secure access designed for varying user roles such as teachers and administrators. It allows for the input, processing, and reporting of student scores from midterm and final exams within a comprehensive and centralized system. During the design stage, system analysis, database design, and interface mockups were conducted to ensure the solution meets the specified requirements. Testing was carried out to assess functionality, data precision, and user-friendliness, resulting in a dependable platform for academic record management. This system aims to enhance the efficiency of score administration, diminish calculation and reporting errors, and provide a centralized data storage that is accessible in real-time. The result of this investigation is an operational web-based academic evaluation system that assists schools in improving their data management practices and guarantees that academic records are kept securely and systematically for future reference.

Abstract

The development of the era of globalization has brought many very rapid changes, especially in the financial sector, both in making investments, banking activities, and individual financial behavior in managing their money. Lack of adequate understanding of finance can have a negative impact on a person's ability to manage their finances, as well as on the economy of a country as a whole. The purpose of holding financial literacy education and saving habits is for students to understand the meaning and benefits of saving. The method used in this community service is the socialization and mentoring method. The mentoring was carried out on August 19, 2025, where the community service partners were students of SDN Nglele in Nglele Village, Sumobito District, Jombang total of 29 students participated in this activity. Based on the results of a questionnaire consisting of 7 statement items using a Likert scale (score 0–2 per item), the average score of students' understanding after the activity reached 92% of the maximum score, the average score of knowledge about the importance of saving reached 95%, and the average score of satisfaction with the implementation of the activity reached 94%. Thus, the activity was declared overall successful.

Abstract

IPNU IPPNU is a social institution that is a forum for youth that develops awareness and social responsibility towards productive youth. IPNU and IPPNU in Mancilan Village are one of the pillars of youth organizations followed by the wider community who are faced with a number of problems. From the results of pre-program identification, several problems faced by partners were found. The first problem is that the implementation of organizational management is not running well so that many organizational programs are not running optimally. The main obstacle faced is limited funds to carry out various activities aimed at achieving the organization's vision and mission. Currently, their main source of funding is membership fees, which are not always sufficient to support all the initiatives they undertake. With this background, the service team conducted training in understanding digital marketing in Mojoagung District, Mancilan Village, Jombang Regency. This service is carried out to increase sales efforts by utilizing digital platforms. Writing skills in marketplace media are very important for increasing brand awareness for potential consumers. The problem that partners have is that partners have not been able to create captions, taglines, descriptions for products that will be marketed online. Apart from that, regarding digital marketing planning, the service team brought in a resource person, one of the practitioners managing Jombang students' official Instagram accounts, to provide material related to digital marketing. This service activity uses the CBL (Community Based Learning) approach which integrates the involvement of a community in learning consisting of copywriting and digital marketing planning techniques. Then continue creating content that can be uploaded directly to partner social media.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a soil pH and fertility measuring device based on a microcontroller. Fertile soil is crucial for plant growth, and one of its indicators is soil pH. This device is designed to help farmers understand the quality of their soil, especially in areas less accessible to modern technology. The methods used in this research include hardware and software development. A pH sensor, soil moisture sensor, and temperature sensor are used to measure relevant parameters. The data obtained is displayed via an OLED LCD and can be accessed wirelessly using the ESP32, which serves as the main processor. The results of this research indicate that the developed device can provide accurate information regarding soil pH and fertility. By using this device, farmers can better understand their soil conditions, which in turn can improve agricultural yields. This research also aims to stimulate public interest in microcontroller technology and its applications in agriculture, as well as to contribute positively to increasing agricultural productivity in rural areas.

Abstract

Each year, MTs Al Anwar faces two lessons learned from managing the student admission process (PPDB). This manual process traditionally applied raises many problems like Time (Inefficiency in times management), Errors and Difficulties to follow up enrollments. This research focuses on the development of a web-based student admission information system to solve these problems. The research method that authors apply is the system development method with Waterfall model such as analysis, design, implementation testing maintenance. The System Developed with PHP and MySQL system has been developed by the programming language. The system offers a number of features such as registration, vetting and data collection (student information), monitoring & evaluation. In this study, the sample is some of the registration staff at MTs Al Anwar in Jombang City and also parents who are enrolling their children. The findings of this study showed a new implementation web-based PPDB Information System that is increasing efficiency and the accuracy on New Student Admission Process at MTs Al Anwar. After being currently used by users (PPDB committee and prospective students/parents), the response they gave was good because of its user friendly features as well transparency provided. This system is a great addition not only providing positive values for both prospective students and their family members or legal guardians, but also it improves KTSP at MTs Al Anwar.
