Abstract

Dusun Dalam Village Government established a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Karya Dermawan is a policy utilization. The main pillar was established BUMDes Karya Dermawan in accordance with the mandate of the objectives whose activities were oriented to encourage the welfare of the village community. Therefore, this study was conducted aimed at looking at the welfare provided by BUMDes Karya Dermawan Dusun Dalam village especially to the beneficiary community and compare the level of welfare before and after BUMDes Karya Dermawan was established. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, and data sourced from primary data by using Paired Sample t-Test as a data analysis tool. This study shows that BUMDes Karya Dermawan provides welfare to the beneficiary communities through businesses that have been established including Cooperatives;, Alsintan; and Workshop, which is directly able to change or succeed in providing an increase in welfare for the beneficiary community after the establishment of BUMDes as evidenced by the results of the Paried Sample t-Test analysis. With this evidence of success, for all elements should give intensive attention;, so that the development of BUMDes Karya Dermawan exists even more as a driver of community welfare. And also integratedly invites and becomes a valuable lesson for existing villages to establish BUMDes or villages that already have BUMDes, but have not succeeded in providing a common thread for the welfare of their citizens

Abstract

The purposed of this study was to analyze the influence between income and household consumption on the welfare of potatoes taffy business in Lubuk Nagodang Village, Siulak Subdistrict, Kerinci regency. This study was assessing the welfare of taffy business in Islamic economic concepts and indicators. Field research with quantitative-qualitative (Mixed Method) as the method and approach used in this research. The research data was sourced from primary data, using multiple linear regression equations as a data analysis tool. This study was shown that the income partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business that assessed from the Islamic economic concept. Then, household consumption partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics. Besides, the income with household consumption simultaneously has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, and both variables contribute 69.2% together, while the remaining 30 ,8% influenced or explained by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kecukupan modal kerja dan menganalisis besarnya kebutuhan modal kerja di PDAM Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi dan PDAM Tirta Sakti Kabupaten Kerinci 2013-2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah Komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini dilihat dari analisis tabel menunjukkan bahwa analisis kebutuhan modal kerja pada PDAM Tirta Mayang Kota Jambi dan PDAM Tirta Sakti Kabupaten Kerinci mengalami fluktuasi selama 5 tahun terakhir. Pada 2015 analisis kebutuhan modal kerja terbesar PDAM Kota Jambi dengan angka Rp36.725.261.051,55, sedangkan pada 2017 analisis kebutuhan modal kerja terbesar PDAM Kabupaten Kerinci dengan angka Rp13.589.692.686,57. Pada 2013 analisis kebutuhan modal kerja PDAM Kota Jambi adalah yang terkecil dengan angka Rp 22.484.602.508,19, sedangkan pada 2014 analisis kebutuhan modal kerja PDAM Kabupaten Kerinci adalah yang terkecil dengan angka Rp5.573.143.108,43. Dengan rata-rata kebutuhan modal kerja untuk PDAM Kota jambi adalah sebesar Rp23.661.204.073,25 dan Rp7.568.176.762,16 untuk PDAM Kabupaten Kerinci.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengidentifikasi potensi ekonomi kreatif dalam pengembangan Ekonomi Syariah di Kota Padang.Penelitian ini bercorak fieldresearch dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder.Data primer diperoleh dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pelaku ekonomi kreatif. Data sekunder diperoleh dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang, Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kota Padang, dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Perindustrian Kota Padang serta Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Padang. Data serta informasi yang diperoleh melalui penelitian lapangan kemudian dianalisis. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan analisis SWOT. Analisis SWOT merupakan analisa terhadap lingkungan internal dan eksternal.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dilihat dari matrix SPACE, pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kota Padang menempati kuadran I yang tergolong agressive dimana posisi potensi ekonomi kreatif terhadap perkembangan Ekonomi Syariah memiliki perkembangan yang kuat dan sedang berkembang dengan stabil. Dari segi pengembangan ekonomi syariah pelaku usaha ekonomi kreatif menerapkan prinsip produksi Islam yaitu memproduksi produk yang halal dan baik, menerapkan nilai-nilai sosial, membuka peluang kesempatan kerja dan usaha bergerak di sektor riil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of career women in improving the family economy in Kerinci Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, the authors used data analysis of the Miles and Huberman Models, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification. In addition, the data was processed with the help of Nvivo software. 12 Plus. The results of the study concluded that career women have a relatively large role in increasing the family's economic income, with the additional income of these career women, all family expenses can be covered and all primary to tertiary needs can be met so that the family economy gradually increases. In addition, because of the economic improvement, many of the informants said they could even set aside a portion of their income to save and invest for the future. The impact of improving and increasing the family economy makes the family more harmonious and prosperous.

Abstract

Isu-isu yang menyebar bahwa eksistensi kayu manis di Kabupaten Kerinci sudah menjadi pentas pasaran global. Hampir semua kayu manis yang di produksi Indonesia berasal dari Kabupaten Kerinci. Penghasil kayu manis terbesar di Kabupaten Kerinci berada pada bagian wilayah Kecamatan Gunug Raya. Lebih kurang 12 (dua belas) Desa di wilayah Kecamatan Gunug Raya mempunyai lahan kebun kayu manis yang sangat luas. Harapan bagi para petani dengan berkebun kayu manis dapat berkontribusi bagi ekonomis dan kesejahteraan mereka. Dari sini, penelitian dilakukan bermaksud melihat pengaruh harga kayu manis terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan petani petani di tinjau dalam aspek religiusitas, dan juga melihat pengaruh pendapatan dalam memoderasi hubungan harga kayu manis dengan tingkat kesejahteraan petani di tinjau dalam aspek religiusitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, dan data diambil dari sumber data primer, dengan model regresi linier sederhana digunakan sebagai alat analsis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga kayu manis berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan petani ditinjau dari asepk religiusitas. Sementara hasil analisis variabel pendapatan petani sebagai variabel moderator, tidak memoderasi hubungan antara harga kayu manis dengan kesejahteraan petani ditinjau dari aspek religiusitas.

Abstract

This study aims to identify internal and external factors of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Agam Madani in Banuhampu districts. The problem in this study is to see the strategy for developing Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil. The data that is used in this study uses primary data that has been collected using question and analyzed using internal and external factor analysis also SWOT quantitative analysis, SWOT stage assumptions the effective strategy that maximize strengths and opportunities and minimized weaknesses and threats. The finding of this research showed that BMT (1) Development strategy through improving the quality of human resources owned by BMT, (2) Development strategy through improving the quality of organizational management, (3) Development strategy through providing infrastructure and technology needed in service. This study also revealed that in the strategy for improving the quality of organizational management other strategies are quite important for future BMT development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence women's decisions to have a career and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for women in a career in Kerinci Regency. The study uses a qualitative approach, the authors use data analysis of the Miles and Huberman models, namely data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions/verification in addition, the data is processed with the help of Nvivo 12 software. Plus. The results of this study conclude that the factors that influence women's decisions to have a career in Kerinci Regency are economic factors, besides that some informants decide to have a career in addition to economic factors because they are also influenced by social factors and education level. Factors supporting women in their careers are because of the support from their families (husband and parents), education, and the informant's environment, while informants who work from home, do not feel too much of a barrier, because while they are working they can still do domestic work for a woman. Unlike the case with career women who work outside the home, the obstacles to their careers are childcare issues and family management..

Abstract

Research Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of two X variables, namely Net Profit Margin (X1) and Total Asset Turnover (X2) on Profit Growth (Y) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 30 samples from 6 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Design/Methodology/Research Approach: This study uses a type of research using time series. This research is a causal type of research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 23 software. Research Results: The results showed that the t-test results of the Net Profit Margin (X1) variable showed tcount > ttable, namely 4.043> 2.050 with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha1 is accepted and Ha0 is rejected. From the results of the t test for the Total Asset Turnover (X2) variable, it shows that tcount > ttable is -0.342 < 2.050 with a Sig value of 0.735 > 0.05, it can be concluded that Ha2 is rejected and H0 is accepted.
