Abstract

Rapid transformations in the global labor market driven by digitalization, automation, and artificial intelligence require higher education graduates to possess adaptive employability skills that extend beyond technical competencies alone. However, conventional career guidance services in higher education have not yet been fully effective in developing these competencies holistically. This study aims to examine the implementation of Career Coaching 5.0 as an innovative career guidance model that integrates humanistic approaches with digital technology to enhance students’ employability skills. This research adopted a qualitative exploratory case study design conducted over six months at Universitas Islam Ahmad Dahlan, Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis involving undergraduate students, academic advisors, and professional career coaches. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis through open, axial, and selective coding stages. The findings reveal four main themes: increased students’ career self-awareness, strengthened core soft skills, the transformation of coaches’ roles into reflective facilitators, and the integration of digital approaches through online learning platforms, digital career assessment applications, and virtual communication media, which enhanced service flexibility and accessibility. This study contributes by proposing and empirically examining a Career Coaching 5.0 strategic model that effectively develops students’ adaptive career competencies. These findings imply the need for higher education policies that support the development of coaching-based, human-centered, and digitally integrated career services. Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) was initiated due to the fact that some students of the Islamic Education Study Program (PAI) were not yet optimal in reciting the Qur’an in accordance with the rules of tajwid and had limited understanding of the educational values contained within it. Therefore, this program aimed to improve the students’ tahsin (Qur’anic recitation improvement) skills and their understanding of tadabbur (Qur’anic reflection) through mentoring on Surah Luqman verses 12–19. The method applied was participatory mentoring conducted in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation, using observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the program indicated an improvement in the quality of students’ Qur’anic recitation in terms of makhārijul huruf (proper articulation of letters), application of tajwid rules, and fluency in reciting the Qur’an in a tartil manner. In addition, students were able to identify and comprehend the Islamic educational values contained in Surah Luqman verses 12–19, such as the values of monotheism (tauhid), gratitude, filial piety, awareness of Allah’s supervision, the obligation to establish prayer, enjoining good and forbidding evil, patience, and social ethics. The integration of tahsin and tadabbur in this program provided a comprehensive and applicable learning experience in shaping the religious character of students as prospective Islamic educators

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of humanistic theory in optimizing student learning styles at MTsN 1 Sinjai. The method used in this study is descriptive, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews and documentation of teachers and students. The results of this study indicate that the application of a humanistic theory approach can optimize learning motivation, self-confidence, active participation, and the effectiveness of diverse student learning styles, such as visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Teachers act as facilitators who understand students' emotional needs and learning styles. Problem-based learning strategies and hands-on practices such as public speaking have been proven to create a comfortable and supportive learning atmosphere. However, challenges such as gadget misuse are obstacles that need to be managed through collaboration between teachers and parents. A supportive learning environment, freedom of self-expression, and recognition of diverse learning styles are key factors in the successful implementation of this approach. Therefore, the application of humanistic theory is recommended as an alternative approach in creating humanistic, adaptive, and meaningful learning in the school environment.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang ada pada masyarakat Desa Bacu Kecamatan Tonra Kabupaten Bone khususnya bagi remaja adalah kurangnya kesadaran akan potensi yang dimiliki oleh remaja disekitarnya yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tambahan sumber daya yang berguna untuk pendidikan masa depan. Terselamatkan dari era globalisasi karena globalisasi seperti sebuah kebebasan, sehingga banyak budaya asing yang masuk, sedangkan budaya tersebut tidak sesuai dengan budaya khususnya di Indonesia. Untuk lebih baik lagi dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda juga sangat tergantung dari kesiapan masyarakat yaitu dengan adanya budayanya, teknologi terasa begitu dekat dengan manusia terutama di remia karena memudahkan manusia dalam melakukan cuci pakaian. Tapi teknologi. Sering disalahgunakan untuk membuka situs yang tidak manusiawi seperti yang dibuka oleh remaja sehingga keingintahuan remaja seringkali berujung pada seks di luar nikah. Maka melalui lokakarya layanan konseling remaja dan dalam upaya mengatasi masalah konseling, konselor harus dapat memahami dan mengembangkan setiap motif dan motivasi yang melatarbelakangi perilaku konseli selain itu.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang ada di Desa Muara, Kec. Tonra, Kab. Bone khususnya bagi anak usia dini adalah kurangnya kepedulian orang tua terhadap anaknya sehingga anak tersebut kurang memahami nilai keagamaan. pembinaan TK/ TPA dilaksankan dihari- hari tertentu dikarekan desa tersebut jauh dari perkotaan. Dalam hal ini orang tua yang seharusnya sebagai faktor utama dalam memberikan pendidikan kepada anak khususnya mengenai pendidikan agama ternyata tidak bisa menjalankan perannya dengan maksimal. Sehingga orang tua mengalihkan peranannya tersebut di TK/TPA. Anak Usia dini adalah anak yang berada pada rentan usia 0- 6 tahun. hal ini dalam menanamkan niali- nilai keagamaan bagi anak usia dini secara cepat untuk memahami adalah dengan menggunakan beberapa metode pembelajaran seperti memberikan gambar dan huruf- huruf hijaiyah yang berwarna sehingga anak tersebut mudah memahaminya.

Abstract

Self-confidence is a positive evaluation of oneself, including attitudes towards personal beliefs and abilities in facing life as well as a comprehensive view of oneself. Self-confidence shows a positive assessment of an individual's competence or skills. Therefore, holding a counseling guidance training for PIK M cadres to increase self-confidence. The objectives to be achieved in this research are: (1) increase cadres' understanding of self-confidence, (2) cadres can have self-confidence, (3) can solve problems experienced by cadres in terms of lack of self-confidence through counseling guidance. Researchers use the Service learning method with three stages: planning stage, implementation stage, reflection stage. The solution given is to give appreciation to the cadres, suggesting that they continue to practice, increase their reading and vocabulary. The results of this training show that the implementation was carried out from start to finish, cadres already understood what self-confidence is like, and there were several cadres who were able to prove their self-confidence by appearing to speak in public
