Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of public perceptions of e-wallets or electronic wallets on Interests in Using the LinkAja e-wallet application in Tangerang Regency. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling technique of 130 respondents with an age limit of 17 years and a minimum of having used the LinkAja e-wallet application. The number of statements submitted to respondents was 26 statement items, consisting of 6 items of Perceived Convenience statement, 6 items of Promotional Attractiveness statements, 6 items of Perceived Usefulness Statement, and 8 items of Interest in Using. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Convenience, Promotional Attractiveness, and Perceived Usefulness simultaneously influence Intention to Use. Partially, the variable Perceived Ease of Use has a significant and positive effect on Interest in Using. Perceived usefulness has a significant and positive effect on Intention to Use, while the Attractiveness of Promotion has no significant effect on intention to use, this shows that apart from the fact that the existing promotions are less attractive, users do not see promotions as an aspect that influences decision making in using the LinkAja e-wallet. Respondents see more about the extent to which the e-wallet provides ease of use and benefits.

Abstract

The present study reports the first comprehensive study about agility, adaptation, and rebuilt the business in new era after covid-19 in Indonesia. Business resilience is very important to achieve the rise of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), because of their important role in the national economy. Most business organizations in Indonesia have experienced disruption caused by the covid-19 pandemic, not a few have ended up bankrupt and unable to survive. Businessmen as well as marketers need to manage marketing activities that are adaptive and flexible according to the potential of MSMEs through agile marketing. This research aims to formulate a framework for business revival during and after a crisis like covid-19. This research is expected to provide insights into effective marketing division procedures for business organizations in dealing with business disruptions. A qualitative descriptive approach was used in this study to obtain an overview of the situation experienced by SMEs. Data collection methods used by way of interviews, observation, and documentation, by using purposive sampling method in selecting research sources. Methods of source triangulation and technique triangulation were used in this study to ensure data validation. The data sources for this research are five MSME actors (owners). The results of this study indicate that agile, adaptation, optimization of company business and marketing can be used as solutions to deal with business disruptions in the new normal era. It is hoped in the future that MSMEs can restore their business conditions slowly and be able to revive after the pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove the effect of religiosity and other factors such as subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control on purchase intentions through halal awareness as intervening variables on Safi cosmetics in Tangerang. The population in this study were visitors at Purimall Karawaci, Tangerang Regency, who used cosmetic products from Safi. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling method of 140 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study using path analysis or path analysis. The results of the study show that religiosity and other factors such as subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control influence halal awareness. As for the religiosity factor, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, and also halal awareness have a direct effect on purchase intentions. However, the direct effect of religiosity, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control has a greater effect than the indirect effect, so this shows that the halal awareness factor does not have a stronger effect as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mayapada International during the Covid-19 pandemic using Work From Home as a moderating variable. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Mayapada International's head office and a sample of 100 operational staff respondents who worked from home. The data for this study was collected using an online questionnaire. The scale used is a Likert scale with 25 statements. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and moderation regression. The results showed that: work motivation has an impact on employee performance, job satisfaction has an impact on employee performance, work from home has an impact on employee performance, work from home has effect of strengthening the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, work from home has effect of decreasing the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance, work from home has effect of decreasing the relationship between work discipline and employee performance, and work motivation, job satisfaction, work discipline, and work from all affect employee performance all at the same time. The study's limitation is that it only used a sample of 100 operational staff respondents, whereas other divisions use a work from home system. Suggestions for future researchers also use variables other than work from home as moderating variables, as well as researching companies in other fields and increasing the number of samples to ensure more accurate research results

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived convenience, perceived benefits, perceived price and trust on usage decisions through attitudes towards shopee users. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with the nonprobability sampling method. The number of respondents used in this study amounted to 105 respondents with the criteria of First University Students and having transacted at least five times using Shopee. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results can be concluded that perceived convenience, perceived benefits, perceived price and trust felt by users can improve attitudes so as to attract consumers aged over 17 years and over to have a decision to use Shopee. In this case, perceived benefits and perceived price have not been able to increase the decision to use Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors influence customer satisfaction and loyalty in the Shopee marketplace. The variables used in this study are price, product quality, information quality, privacy issues, perceived security, product variety, delivery, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The population in this study are marketplace users who have used and shopped at the Shopee marketplace with a sample size of 180 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique used was the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. Based on the research results, of the 15 hypotheses there are 9 hypotheses that are accepted, namely information quality, perceived security, privacy issues, delivery and product variety have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Perceived security, information quality, privacy issues, and product delivery have a positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The contribution to this research resulted in a model for measuring the effectiveness of the Shopee marketplace system that companies can use to develop in the future so as to increase user satisfaction at Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business strategy on tax avoidance with sustainability performance as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies. The population in this study is the manufacturing sector companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling method. Obtained 70 samples. This study uses multiple regression analysis. In this study, Business Strategy is measured using EMP/SALES, Market to Book Ratio, Maket,&PPEINT, sustainability performance is measured using Investment in research and development, tax avoidance is measured using Effective Tax Rate.Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) business strategy has a positive effect on sustainability performance. (2) business strategy has no effect on tax avoidance. (3) sustainability performance has a negative effect on tax avoidance. (4) sustainability performance can mediate the effect of business strategy on tax avoidance. This result is consistent across several measures of tax avoidance

Abstract

Employee commitment is an important factor for the success of industrial companies in Tangerang City, especially in the tire production industry sector, because committed employees tend to increase job satisfaction, productivity, and profitability. This study aims to determine the effect of salary, job stability, job enrichment, and work environment on job satisfaction and employee commitment. The method in this study is quantitative, with a non-probability sampling method and a purposive sampling technique of 150 male employee respondents in the mixing center department at XYZ company in Tangerang City who have worked for at least 2 years. The results of data analysis using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) show that salary, job stability, job enrichment, and work environment have a positive effect on job satisfaction and employee commitment. This research encourages companies to focus more on job satisfaction and employee commitment. It is expected that future researchers will add other variables that may be influential, such as organizational culture, leadership style, and employee performance to broaden their understanding of the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee commitment.

Abstract

The fast food industry has grown rapidly driven by urbanization, modern lifestyles, and innovation in menus and service. This industry also faces significant challenges, namely intense competition. Therefore, companies need to improve factors that can strengthen relationships with customers and encourage them to remain loyal. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality, price and food quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at the Tigaraksa fast food restaurant. This research uses quantitative methods and uses non-probability sampling methods with purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), with a sample size of 240 respondents. The results of data processing prove that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Food quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Price has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Food quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction can increase customer loyalty. This research contributes to restaurant managers continuing to improve service quality, setting competitive prices, and ensuring consistent food quality in order to achieve higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Plastic is one of the sectors that contributes greatly to Indonesia's manufacturing output, with high plastic consumption seen from the import value which is much greater than exports. However, plastic has a negative impact on the environment because it is difficult to decompose and comes from non-renewable resources, namely petroleum. Plastic waste can last up to 500-1000 years and causes various environmental problems, such as soil damage and water absorption barriers. To reduce this impact, one of the solutions developed is bioplastic, which is made from natural materials and can be decomposed by microorganisms naturally. Environmentally friendly bioplastics are easier to decompose and do not accumulate on land, rivers, or seas. This study aims to analyze the potential business opportunities for bioplastics and the operational management needed to manage this business effectively. The method used is qualitative with literature studies, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of the study shows that PT Green Plastik Indonesia has set goals and objectives in operational management, as well as planning company needs, including buildings, machines, business licenses, and short-term to long-term expenditure projections to ensure that the products produced are in accordance with the standards desired by consumers. ABSTRAKPlastik merupakan salah satu sektor yang memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap output manufaktur Indonesia, dengan konsumsi plastik yang tinggi terlihat dari nilai impor yang jauh lebih besar dibandingkan ekspor. Namun, plastik memiliki dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan karena sulit terurai dan berasal dari sumber daya tidak terbarukan, yaitu minyak bumi. Sampah plastik dapat bertahan hingga 500-1000 tahun dan menyebabkan berbagai masalah lingkungan, seperti kerusakan tanah dan hambatan penyerapan air. Untuk mengurangi dampak ini, salah satu solusi yang dikembangkan adalah bioplastik, yang terbuat dari bahan alami dan dapat terurai oleh mikroorganisme secara alami. Bioplastik yang ramah lingkungan lebih mudah terurai dan tidak menumpuk di darat, sungai, atau laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi peluang bisnis bioplastik dan manajemen operasional yang diperlukan untuk mengelola bisnis ini secara efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan studi literatur, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Green Plastik Indonesia telah menetapkan tujuan dan sasaran dalam manajemen operasional, serta merencanakan kebutuhan perusahaan, termasuk gedung, mesin, izin usaha, dan proyeksi pengeluaran jangka pendek hingga panjang untuk memastikan produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan standar yang diinginkan konsumen.
