Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel organizational commitment sebagai variabel mediasi yang juga berpengaruh atas turnover intention selain itu variabel burnout dan variabel job satisfaction juga diamati dalam hubungan antara organizational justice dengan turnover intention. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model dan aplikasi statistik. Pengambilan data dengan survei kuesioner yang disebarluaskan pada seluruh pekerja kontrak sebanyak 376 orang di PT Nisson Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa temuan. Pertama persepsi organizational justice berpengaruh negatif terhadap burnout. Kedua, organizational justice mempengaruhi positif job satisfaction. Ketiga, organizational justice mempengaruhi positif organizational commitment. Keempat, burnout mempengaruhi negatif terhadap job satisfaction. Kelima, job satisfaction mempengaruhi negatif terhadap turnover intention. Keenam, organizational commitment mempengaruhi negatif terhadap turnover intention. Ketujuh, burnout tidak mempengaruhi positif terhadap turnover intention. Kedelapan, organizational justice tidak mempengaruhi negatif terhadap turnover intention. Kesembilan, organizational commitment, burnout, dan job satisfaction, memediasi terhadap turnover intention. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini bagi organisasi, yaitu meningkatkan organizational justice, organizational commitment dan job satisfaction serta mengurangi burnout akan dapat membuat turnover intention pada karyawan berkurang. Orisinalitas penelitian ini adalah penelitian pertama yang mengevaluasi pengaruh variabel organizational commitment dalam hubungan antara organizational justice dengan turnover intention di PT Nisson Indonesia.

Abstract

This study tests the benefits of investment in financial information, sophisticated and rational attitude, and risk preferences of investors on utility maximization in investment decision-making process. This study is clear causality with the survey on the opinions, attitudes, experiences, or characteristics of the study individual subjects. Time dimension is one shot study on 182 investors. Data analysis was done using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program. It shows that the benefits of financial information does not affect the investment intentions; Subjective norms positively affect the investment intentions; Subjective norms have positiveinfluence on belief revision; usefulness of accounting information has  positive influence on the perception of systemic risk; positive belief revision affects investment intentions, and systematic risk perception negatively affect the investment intentions. They become sophisticated investors and irrational because it does not utilize the information in the financial statements of the stock investment decisions. They risk averter because when they have a positive attitude towards risk stocks, investors avoid acting in investment intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether profitability and sales growth have an influence on stock prices with capital structure as an intervening variable in the food and beverage industry in 2018-2020. This study uses causal associative research, namely research that aims to determine the effect of two or more variables. The data collection technique in this study uses a documentation study, the authors analyze documents on the IDX official website www.idx.co.id and literature studies by studying, reviewing, and reviewing related literatures in the form of books, journals, news, and blog articles. with the problem under study. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. With a total of 33 companies. The sample in this study amounted to 18 companies taken using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and path analysis. From the research results show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, sales growth has no effect on stock prices, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. profitability has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, sales growth has no effect on capital structure, and capital structure successfully mediates profitability and sales growth on stock prices.

Abstract

The development of social media has changed the way of marketing from traditional to digital, so the information received and adopted by consumers plays an important role in influencing their purchase decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of information circulating on social media on purchase intention using Information Adaption Model (IAM) variables such as information quality, information credibility, quantity of information, information needs, information usefulness and information adoption. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive to determine the cause and effect relationship of IAM variables on purchase intent. The population in this study is TikTok users who know Glad2Glow products in the Tangerang Regency area. The sampling technique used is non- probability sampling with the method is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of data processing show that the quality of information, credibility of information, quantity of information and information needs have a positive and significant effect on the usefulness of information. The usefulness of information has a positive and significant effect on information adoption and purchase intent. And the adoption of information positively affects purchase intent. This research contributes to companies to design more effective marketing strategies and increase the influence of information in shaping consumer purchase intentions. Future research is expected to use a larger scale of respondents and use different Platforms.

Abstract

In the modern corporate environment, organizational justice, effective conflict management, and strong ethics are crucial elements in creating harmonious and productive employee relationships. The purpose of this research is to find out how HRM influences organizational justice, conflict management, organizational ethics on employee relations with the intervening climate of trust. This research was conducted at the XYZ company which operates in the shoe manufacturing sector located in Pasar Kemis Tangerang. Descriptive – correlative research design with quantitative methods and using purposive sampling techniques which were distributed via (google form) to 275 respondents aged 18 – 60 years who worked in the production section of the company. Primary data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The conceptual model was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings of this research reveal that organizational justice has a positive influence on employee relationships, management has a positive influence on employee relationships, organizational ethics has a positive influence on employee relationships, organizational justice has a positive influence on the climate of trust, conflict management has a positive influence on the climate of trust. , organizational ethics has a positive influence on the climate of trust, climate of trust has a positive influence on employee relations, climate of trust mediates the relationship between organizational justice and employee relations, climate of trust does not mediate the relationship between conflict management on employee relations and climate of trust does not mediate the relationship between organizational ethics on employee relations.

Abstract

The fast food restaurant industry has experienced rapid growth and has become one of the important sectors in the culinary business, fast food restaurant business actors continue to innovate to meet the needs and desires of consumers. The intention to repurchase is the most important part that must be considered by restaurant business actors which directly impacts the sustainability and growth of the business. This study aims to fill the knowledge gap about the role of service quality performance on product quality, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention in Hoka-Hoka Bento restaurant customers in the Tangerang Regency area. Data collection was obtained through a questionnaire distributed online in June 2024. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of data processing show that the performance of service quality,product quality, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. This research contributes to companies to improve service quality performance in forming repurchase intentions in consumers. Further research is expected to use a larger scale of respondents and use different platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and provide empirical evidence not only regarding the relationship between Brand Equity and Customer Satisfaction, but also the role played by Customer Satisfaction as a mediator for Brand Loyalty. In addition to confirming a significant dimension based on Brand Equity for the Avoskin Beauty skincare product segment in Indonesia, especially in the Tangerang area. To achieve the research objectives, data collection techniques were collected through online questionnaires with 270 participants as respondents who had used and purchased at least 2 times the product under study and are domiciled in Tangerang. In analyzing the data, the researcher used a data analysis technique, namely partial least squares structural equation structural equation modeling. From the research conducted, the results show that for the skincare segment six of the eight proposed hypotheses are significantly related and can be accepted, especially customer satisfaction fully mediates perceived quality and brand trust on brand loyalty. Meanwhile, brand identification and lifestyle suitability cannot affect brand loyalty. These findings contribute that marketing must be carried out more effectively and sensitively to strategic developments in the business sector, especially in increasing product innovation in the skincare sector to create positive customer emotions and customer satisfaction in purchasing products in the future. It is hoped that this research will provide an understanding of business in the skincare sector and for further research, researchers can expand the demographics of research locations in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence on the effects of social media, product quality, and endorsements on purchase decisions. The independent variables are social media, product quality, and endorsements, and the dependent variable is the purchase decision. To collect data, this research uses the survey method, which involves distributing online questionnaires. Furthermore, the collected data will be analyzed using the Likert scale method, which has six answer options for testing the relationship between variables. Because the population was unknown, the Slovin formula was used in the sampling method. The sample size for this study was 98 respondents, and the following results were obtained: According to the study results, social media has an impact on purchasing decision, product quality has an impact on purchasing decision, endorsement has no impact on purchasing decisions, and social media, product quality, and endorsements all affect the purchase decision all at the same time. This study's analysis is limited to retail companies, specifically PT. Ramayana Sabar Subur Cikupa Branch. As a result, the research findings cannot be generalized to companies in other industries. Based on the study's limitations, the researchers made suggestions including trying to adjust other factors besides endorsement to measure the level of purchasing decisions at the company.

Abstract

Abstrak Risiko adalah kondisi yang berisi unsur ketidakpastian dan seringkali berkaitan dengan situasi yang berpotensi mengancam pencapaian tujuan dan sasaran dari organisasi. Potensi kerugian yang dapat diakibatkan oleh risiko bisa sangat signifikan, sehingga pengelolaan risiko menjadi sangat penting. Tujuan dari pengambilan data dalam studi ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi risiko apa saja yang mungkin terjadi di PT. Jagat Pharma Abadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan data disajikan secara deskriptif. Penggabungan data dilakukan melalui mengumpulkan data yang relevan melalui studi literatur dan tinjauan pustaka yang berkaitan dengan masalah atau topik penelitian. Dari penelitian ini, teridentifikasi risiko yang mungkin terjadi di PT. Jagat Pharma Abadi. Metode yang digunakan menunjukkan bahwa ISO 31000:2018 menilai risiko dalam empat level: Rendah, Sedang, Tinggi, dan Ekstrim. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Risiko, Analisis Risiko, ISO 31000
