Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis Realistik Mathemtics Education (RME) yang valid pada mata pelajaran matematika dengan materi pokok pecahan campuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) model pengembangan 4D yaitu pendefinisian (Define), pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan analisis karakteristik siswa, Kompetensi Inti (KI), Kompetensi Dasar (KD), dan indikator. Perancangan (Desain), pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan perancangan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) dengan memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip pendekatan Realistik Mathematics Education (RME). Pengembangan, pada tahap ini peneliti melakukan uji validasi pada ahli materi dan ahli kebahasaan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS). Penyebaran (Disseminate), peneliti tidak melakukan tahap penyebaran dikarenakan kondisi pada saat covid-19. Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) pada mata pelajaran matematika dengan materi pokok pecahan campuran mempunyai karakteristika pada penyampaian materi ataupun kegiatan pembelajaran. Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) ini menerapkan pendekatan (RME) dengan ini maka Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) dibuat dengan memperhatikan karakteristik pendekatan (RME). Kevalidan Lembar Kerja Siswa berbasis pendekatan (RME) pada materi pokok pecahan campuran di kelas V oleh ahli materi memperoleh presentase sebesar 92% dan validasi ahli kebahasaan Lembar Kerja Siswa memperoleh presentase 90% dengan kriteria keseluruhan sangat valid, dapat dikatakan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) berbasis (RME) pada materi pokok pecahan campuran di kelas V sangat layak digunakan.

Abstract

One way to recycle and reuse plastic is using ecobricks. Sustainable bags, wallets, chairs, tables, and more may be yours via the ecobrick program's processing of basic, inexpensive materials. This study seeks to inspire Class 6 students at SDN 1 Sumber to become more involved and think outside the box when it comes to recycling and repurposing materials that have high market value. With a descriptive qualitative approach, this researcher involved grade 6 students and homeroom teachers at SDN 1 Sumber as subjects, using interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of this research show a significant increase in understanding of the use of plastic waste into ecobricks and functional goods after participating in practical ecobrick making activities. So students can gain new insight into plastic waste processing and develop creative ideas. This research provides educational and environmental benefits, this activity also supports the development of student character, such as cooperation, creativity and caring. Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in plant material and its parts through the implementation of Outdoor Learning at SD Negeri 1 Panembahan, Cirebon. This research uses a classroom action research (PTK) design which consists of two cycles, where each cycle includes planning, action, observation and reflection stages. The research results show that outdoor-based learning has great potential to be applied in the context of basic education, especially to improve student learning outcomes. With a significant increase in learning outcomes, it is hoped that this method can be integrated more widely in the school curriculum.

Abstract

The ecoprint training was motivated by the difficulties experienced by SDN 2 Setu Wetan students in creative learning. In this context, ecoprint training can be a solution as an effective method to develop the creativity skills of SDN 2 Setu Wetan students. In addition, this service activity aims to provide direct experience of processing wet leaves and flowers into a useful product through ecoprint as a form of developing the creativity of SDN 2 Setu Wetan students. This activity was held on February 10-12, 2025, involving 181 participants consisting of students in grades 4, 5 and 6 of SDN 2 Setu Wetan. The ecoprint training service is carried out through 4 stages, namely the socialization stage, the material delivery stage, the activity implementation stage and the last program evaluation. The method used in ecoprint training activities is to provide a demonstration of how to do ecoprint by using leaves and flowers into a product in the form of a tablecloth. The result of this activity is that SDN 2 Setu Wetan students have skills in making handicraft products through ecoprint. Then from this service, it can be concluded that ecoprint training not only develops creativity and innovation skills but can also increase collaboration between students. Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of interest in learning and the low ability of students to understand reading, especially 3rd grade students when studying Theme 6 "Energy and Its Changes" Subtheme 1 "Energy Sources". The Indonesian Language KKTP score for 3rd grade is 70, but in reality not many students can achieve that score. This indicates that learning outcomes have not been in accordance with the expectations and developments that should be achieved by 3rd grade students at SD Negeri 2 Karangasem. From the results of observations and interviews, several problems were found in learning activities, such as less interesting, monotonous learning, and students who lack enthusiasm when participating in lessons. In addition, the teaching methods used have not been able to arouse students' enthusiasm and creativity. To overcome this problem, one way that can be done is to use fun learning techniques, such as game-based scramble techniques. This study aims (1) to determine the planning of scramble techniques in improving the reading comprehension skills of grade 3 students of SD Negeri 2 Karangasem, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency, (2) to determine the implementation of scramble techniques in improving the reading comprehension skills of grade 3 students of SD Negeri 2 Karangasem, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency, and (3) to determine the increase in the reading comprehension skills of grade 3 students of SD Negeri 2 Karangasem, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency after using scramble techniques? The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) Kemmis and Mc Taggart Technique which introduces four stages in implementing the action method. The four components include planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation of student activities, observation of teacher activities, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative data and qualitative data. The findings in this study indicate an increase in students' reading comprehension skills from each cycle carried out. In the pre-cycle stage, only 14 out of 36 students (around 32%) achieved a score above the KKTP limit set, which is 70. However, after the actions were carried out in cycle I, the number of students who achieved completion increased to 30 students, or around 78%. Furthermore, in cycle II, there was another increase to 32 students who completed the test, or around 90% of the total students. This increase proves that the application of the scramble technique is proven to be effective in helping improve students' reading comprehension skills.

Abstract

Education is an important means to develop students' potential, one of which is through reading literacy. However, students' reading interest in Indonesia is still relatively low, as shown by the PISA survey results, which show that Indonesian students' reading ability is below the average for OECD countries. At SD Negeri 1 Watubelah, a literacy program has been implemented, but the reading interest of grade IIIA students is still low. The contributing factors include lack of motivation, the influence of technology, and minimal reading support in the family environment. This study aims to describe the role of parents and their parenting styles on the reading literacy awareness of grade III students at SD Negeri 1 Watubelah. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects included grade IIIA students and parents. The results show that the active role of parents in accompanying, providing motivation, and providing reading facilities at home can increase children's interest and awareness in reading. Democratic parenting styles have been proven to be more effective in forming reading habits in children compared to authoritarian and permissive parenting styles. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration between parents and schools in building a culture of literacy from an early age.
