Abstract

The termination of the cooperation relationship with BPJS Health has caused a crisis condition in the form of a decrease in the number of patients at Ananda Hospital Purwokerto. For this reason, the public relations strategy is very important to overcome this problem. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a constructivist paradigm. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Public Relations strategy is in dealing with crisis conditions in the form of a decrease in the number of patients due to the termination of cooperation with BPJS Kesehatan. The method is descriptive, while the technique for selecting informants is carried out using a purposive sampling technique, namely by determining which informants are considered knowledgeable about the problem being studied. Through in-depth interviews with informants, it is known that Public Relations formulates strategies in the form of an internal and external program redesign. Internally, Ananda Hospital is trying to research and redesign the budget based on a priority scale. In addition, a strategy with management reshuffle was also carried out. Innovation is also offered through excellent service for several services Furthermore, public relations plays a role in formulating a strategy so that patient referrals are prioritized to government hospitals in the hope that patients can return for treatment to Ananda Hospital. Besides that, the physical appearance of Ananda General Hospital is also polished to provide a more comfortable and impressive appearance for patients and visitors. Public Relations also disseminates daily content promos according to the most updated events. For the external strategy, public relations optimizes commercial services, such as home care and medical check-ups. In addition, public relations together with the director routinely make external visits and join communities that have the potential to bring benefits. All of these internal and external services are disseminated through social media to optimize the expected goals.

Abstract

The Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Banyumas Regency continued to showed fluctuacting trend from 2017-2023, thus requiring more attention. This condition has prompted the Banyumas Regency Government to continuously make various efforts to curb the rising IMR in the future. These efforts are implemented through various programs to create understanding from the Banyumas Regency Health Office to the public. In executing these programs, there are public relations strategies used to support the optimal implementation of the programs. Each program has different objectives and target groups. This is based on the awareness that to control the Infant Mortality Rate, the government cannot focus on one target alone. Not only to create understanding among the public, but coordination among various health agencies is also important. This study aims to describe how public relations roles are utilized in each program that has been implemented to reduce the Infant Mortality Rate. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with case study data analysis. The data analyzed are derived from documents of Banyumas Regency reports from 2017-2023, supported by other written documents from various sources. The results indicate that in maximizing the process of reducing and preventing the increase in Infant Mortality Rate, the Banyumas Regency government utilizes public relations roles in various forms. The utilization of various public relations activities is adjusted to the objectives of each program, both online and offline.

Abstract

The media convergence utilized by the @SALGamelan community includes Y and Z generations in distributing their gamelan music. Still, this community needs to maximize the use of digital platforms it uses, such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This study aims to analyze efforts to use digital communication media samutri andar laras in preserving traditional arts. This research method uses a post-positivism paradigm with a qualitative approach, and this type of research is descriptive; the data collection technique for this research is through interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Furthermore, the validity of the data used is source triangulation. Based on the results of this study, it was found that efforts to utilize digital music platforms are ideas for preserving traditional arts, especially gamelan music. Then create content on the social media of the SAL community. Apart from creating content, gamelan music preservation is done through mini shows at the National Museum, Jakarta, and gamelan introduction workshops are routinely held monthly at Graha Puspatarini, South Jakarta. Individual and community awareness of cultural preservation must be increased by creating content and participating in traditional music community events.community events

Abstract

Di tengah situasi pandemi Covid 19, pemerintah membuat kebijakan yang mengharuskan masyarakat untuk melakukan  kegiatannya di rumah  dan  menjaga jarak sosial. Sekalipun saat ini situasi Covid memasuki masa transisi dari pandemi ke endemi, hal ini mengakibatkan penurunan di beberapa sektor usaha, salah satu yang terdampak adalah PT. Surya Madistrindo. Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan langkah strategi yang dilakukan PT. Surya Madistrindo Area Office Purwokerto dalam melakukan consumer promotion sehingga produk Gudang Garam akan tetap dikenal & dikonsumsi oleh khalayak berdasar segmentasinya. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan metode penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan secara kualitatif. Ada beberapa langkah strategi yang dilakukan oleh PT Surya Madistrindo dalam melakukan consumer promotion, yang pertama adalah mengadakan bakti sosial dengan melibatkan komunitas. Yang kedua adalah penempatan unit promosi Gudang Garam, lalu yang ketiga adalah  menambah alokasi pengadaan Media Luar Ruang (Outdoor), Yang keempat adalah menambah outlet investasi (Gudang Garam Strategic Partnership) dengan branding Gudang Garam di beberapa outlet retail, modern market serta di Horecatainment. Kemudian strategi yang terakhir adalah dengan memanfaatkan media sosial

Abstract

Humor sexist merupakan humor yang merendahkan, memberi stereotipe, dan/atau menjadikan seseorang sebagai objek berdasarkan gender. Namun, humor sexist masih berkembang, salah satunya melalui tayangan komedi Lapor Pak!. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemaknaan dan penerimaan penonton terhadap humor sexist dalam tayangan tersebut dengan menggunakan analisis resepsi David Morley. Hasilnya, mayoritas informan laki-laki menduduki posisi dominan sedangkan mayoritas informan perempuan berada pada posisi negosiasi dan oposisi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan faktor yang menyebabkan informan memaknai humor sexist secara berbeda, yaitu jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dan pengalaman.

Abstract

Abstract Budaya pada setiap organisasi memiliki keunikan dan kekhasan yang berbeda disetiap perusahaan. Keunikan yang khas dari setiap organisasi berasal dari gaya manajemen, kebijakan, operasi karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi interpersonal yang diterapkan oleh pemimpin. PT Fajar Utama Karya merupakan perusahaan konstruksi di wilayah Kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana manajemen komunikasi interpersonal yang dilaksanakan oleh pimpinan kepada karyawan. Menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya komunikasi tidak efektif pada proyek. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa seluruh kegiatan komunikasi perusahaan dipimpin oleh diretur utama perusahaan. Kegiatan komunikasi interpersonal untuk membangun kohesivitas dilakukan melalui briefing, syukuran, pemberian bonus tahunan dan tunjangan hari raya, sementara dalam praktiknya kegiatan komunikasi yang dilakukan pimpinan masih tertinggal. Praktik komunikasi efektif yang tertinggal disebabkan oleh kurangnya kemampuan pemimpin untuk memberikan pelatihan yang dibutuhkan pekerja dalam pengelolaan penggunaan teknologi komunikasi, sehingga menyebabkan pembengkakan biaya, kelebihan biaya, hingga pelaksanaan kegiatan yang salah sehingga harus didesain ulang. Abstract

Menganalisis apa saja yang menjadi faktor para remaja memiliki akun kedua dan menjadikan akun kedua tersebut sebagai wadah untuk personal branding. Personal branding sendiri pada penelitian ini disebut bahwa, remaja yang memiliki akun kedua dapat lebih merasa bebas, aman, dan nyaman dalam mengekspresikan dirinya melalui sebuah postingan.

Abstract

Wonosobo, as a developing tourist city, has great potential to attract both domestic and international tourists, especially with its natural beauty and tourist attractions like the Dieng Plateau. However, one of the main challenges faced is the limitation of local human capital, particularly in foreign language proficiency, which is necessary to provide optimal services to international tourists. This research aims to analyze the role of foreign language proficiency in the development of the tourism sector in Wonosobo using the frameworks of Innovation Diffusion Theory, Agenda Setting Theory, and Human Capital Theory. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, including local government, tourism operators, and local media. The research results show that proficiency in foreign languages, especially English, plays a crucial role in improving service quality, attracting more foreign tourists, and creating new job opportunities in the area. In addition, the strategies implemented by the government and the support of local media in establishing the agenda for foreign language proficiency have proven effective in raising public awareness. In conclusion, mastery of foreign languages is a crucial innovation in strengthening the competitiveness of Wonosobo's tourism in the global market, as well as contributing to more inclusive and sustainable regional economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membedah wacana podcast Maling dalam Channel Youtube HC yang berjudul : Blak-blakan! NS Sering Terima Tawaran, Tekanan, Hingga Upaya Intimidasi menggunakan Ananlisis wacana kritis model Teun Van Djik. metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data utama berupa video podcast berdurasi 56 menit 58 detik di unggah 9 september 2022. Podcast tersebut di pandu MA sebagai Host lalu NS sebagai narasumber, membahas seputar keadaan politik Indonesia dan tahambatan- hambatan profesi juranalis dalam upaya menguak kebenaran fakta. Penelitian ini mengkaji elemen wacana seperti struktur makro teks , superstruktur (elemen pembuka, isi, dan penutup), serta struktur mikro (latar, praanggapan, maksud, koherensi kondisional, metafora). Kata Kunci: Analisis Wacana Kritis, MA,NS,jurnalis politik,Podcast.
