Abstract

Tujuan dari Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini Adalah merespons rendahnya partisipasi penyandang disabilitas dalam dunia kerja di Yogyakarta. Meskipun dikenal sebagai daerah inklusif, data menunjukkan Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja penyandang disabilitas hanya mencapai 35 persen dari hampir 3.000 penyandang disabilitas usia produktif. Program bermitra dengan Himpunan Disabilitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta yang baru terbentuk akhir 2023 dengan 10 anggota dan 20 disabilitas binaan. Dua permasalahan prioritas diidentifikasi: kurangnya kompetensi kerja di sektor hospitality dan rendahnya kemampuan personal branding yang terhambat stigma sosial. Tujuan program adalah meningkatkan kompetensi penyandang disabilitas sesuai kebutuhan industri jasa, membangun personal branding profesional, dan memfasilitasi link and match dengan industri hospitality. Metode pelaksanaan mengadopsi Social Cognitive Career Theory dan Strength Based Model yang dirancang dalam 10 tahapan selama 8 bulan, dimulai dari sosialisasi, asesmen kesiapan menggunakan StrengthsFinder, pelatihan personal branding dan service excellence inklusif. Inovasi teknologi berupa platform website portofolio dikembangkan untuk mendokumentasikan kompetensi peserta, didukung video pembelajaran ramah disabilitas dan peralatan profesional. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan 90 persen peserta meningkat pemahaman standar layanan, 85 persen berhasil menyusun profil profesional, dan beberapa peserta diterima magang dengan peluang rekrutmen permanen. Program menghasilkan luaran artikel ilmiah, publikasi media massa, poster, video kegiatan, website portofolio, dan rekognisi mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan terintegrasi dapat mengatasi hambatan kompetensi dan personal branding penyandang disabilitas, membuka ekosistem kerja inklusif di Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study aims to examine how financial behavior based on Islamic principles influences Islamic entrepreneurial intentions among students at modern Islamic boarding schools in North Maluku. A quantitative method with an associative approach was used to analyze the relationship between the variables of Financial Literacy, Self-Control, and Saving Behavior on Islamic Entrepreneurial Intentions. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 140 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that financial literacy and self-control have a positive and significant direct influence on Islamic entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, saving behavior acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between financial literacy and self-control with entrepreneurial intention. These results emphasize the importance of implementing Islamic-based financial education and self-control training programs as a strategy to encourage ethical entrepreneurship among the younger generation, while strengthening the Islamic economic ecosystem through the development of comprehensive Islamic financial behavior.

Abstract

A crucial component of knowledge management that supports creativity, efficiency, and organizational sustainability is information sharing. The use of incentives and training in promoting knowledge-sharing among staff members. elements that affect how well incentives and training work to foster a culture of knowledge sharing. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how incentives and training affect knowledge sharing. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) Operation Area 6 in Yogyakarta served as the study's research site. Quantitative research is used in this study. Primary data sources were employed in this study. A questionnaire was employed as a method of gathering data for this investigation. PT. KAI Operating Area 6 Yogyakarta provided a total of 88 respondents for this study's census sample strategy. The data analysis technique used is bootstrapping with Smart PLS version 4. The research results demonstrated that trust has a favourable impact on knowledge sharing, as do training variables and training itself. Furthermore, the findings demonstrate that trust and training improve worker performance. Knowledge sharing is not positively impacted by incentive variables, but trust is positively impacted by incentives, and knowledge sharing is positively impacted by both trust and incentives. The research's implication is to enhance employee performance by offering pertinent insight into the connection between trust and information sharing.
