Abstract

Al-Khairiyah, which is in the form of a Community Organization (ORMAS), runs organizational programs that focus on the donation program as a superior program in helping Madrasas. This study uses a qualitative method by analyzing organizational movements ranging from social assistance towards a practical political level. The ideological movement based on religious values ​​towards the realm of power creates a problem formulation regarding the relationship between religion and power. The attachment that exists as a logical consequence is the aim of this study. The institutional peak through which the mass organization Al-Khairiyah has been dominated by its achievements is due to the ability of the general chairman, H. Ali Mujahidin in managing the organization in a relatively short period of time starting in 2016 is a typical indication of a Social Movement as a result of research

Abstract

Education is one of the tools of humanity in understanding themselves and their environment. The higher the value of the facilities used, the higher the quality of education obtained by humans. The Holy Qur'an has the highest authority in the eyes of Muslims compared to any book on the face of the earth. So the education based on the holy book of the Qur'an gives birth to the best quality. The highest authority of the Qur'an in developing education is found in several conclusions, namely the Qur'an as a revelation passed down through the intermediary angel Gabriel to the prophet Muhammad, as a revelation of many miracles contained in the Qur'an, among others, reported with faith and the Islamic language of a person is also a very noble language because there is not a single creature that can match its perfection, the content of the Qur'an which is used as a refinement of all previous books and then makes it as the most trusted guide book, and the Qur'an has a value as holy books that contain signs of technological progress in all fields.

Abstract

Education is used as a tool to shape change for the better in various aspects, including in terms of the economy. Education should lead to the welfare of the nation and Muslims, along with the high level of education of the nation's leaders and government officials. But, of the many scholars who have managed to reach the level of higher education to the highest level, but welfare has not arrived. This is exacerbated by the presence of corrupt behavior from highly educated leaders as if adding to the pessimistic space that education can bring to the welfare of the nation and Muslims in Indonesia. Cases of corruption are rampant in the midst of a nation that is predominantly Muslim and has a high degree of education. The following literature study tries to discuss corruption in terms of the thoughts of commentators and theologians. The study of corruption shows that so heavy is the burden of sin or error for corrupt behavior, but in fact, it is still considered light even by people who understand correctly the adverse effects of corruption both for themselves and for the benefit of the Indonesian people and nation, primarily will perpetuate the people to be poor.

Abstract

Education is considered important because it has a high investment value for the progress of a nation. A big nation is a nation that has good quality education in all fields, especially in the political field. Gery Van Klinken revealed a bad event of the Indonesian people in the past that illustrates the deterioration of political education in this country. Education, as expressed by Emile Durkheim, will never be separated from the social things which became Gery's special study in his research that communal violence results in very bad social violence. The wrong political education adopted by the nations of the world makes politics a pearl that is traded and traded in a market where buyers do not know the form of genuine and fake pearls so that special education is needed about pearls. Islam as the largest religion seems to be unable to give birth to a generation of people who are good at politics and good at sorting out the falsehood behind politics which is in fact artificial.

Abstract

Pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran tidak lepas dari peran pendidik dalam menjembatangi kepentingan dan memfasilitasi kebutuhan peserta didik dalam belajar. Salah satu upaya yang dapat diterapkan pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran adalah memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang cocok dapat meningkatkan minat peserta didik dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (a) menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis infografis, (b) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis infografis, (c) mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis infografis terhadap peningkatan minat belajar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Tahapan pengembangan meliputi: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementasi and Evaluation. Pada uji ahli dilakukan 2 ahli, yaitu ahli media dan ahli materi untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) media pembelajaran infografis yang di hasilkan memiliki karakteristik memberikan umpan balik dengan penguatan secara otomatis, menyesuaikan dengan kecepatan, kesempatan, dan kebutuhan peserta didik, mempunyai daya tarik visual, memberi pengalaman belajar yang berbeda-beda, konsisten, efektif, dan efisien.  (2) media yang di hasilkan memenuhi kriteria layak digunakan. (3)  media infografis layak dan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to identify teacher strategies for improving learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) subjects. Initial observations indicate that some teachers still lack optimal teaching strategies for achieving maximum learning results. Therefore, this study outlines several effective strategies that can be implemented.  The research employed a qualitative method with a Field Research approach, conducted at MDTA Al-Athfal Lijajar, Ciwandan District, Cilegon City, Banten.The significance of this study lies in its contribution to Islamic education literature, specifically by providing practical guidance for educators to enhance the effectiveness of IRE instruction amidst various challenges. The study also highlights the importance of a holistic approach that integrates improved teacher quality, school standards, conducive learning environments, and the cultivation of good character. The novelty of this research lies in its identification and elaboration of four specific strategies proven effective at MDTA Al-Athfal Lijajar, a local context that may not have been extensively documented. These four strategies include: first, enhancing the knowledge quality of human resources (teachers); second, improving overall school standards; third, creating a comfortable and conducive learning environment; and fourth, instilling good character among students. These findings offer new empirical insights into best practices for improving IRE learning outcomes that can be replicated or adapted in similar educational institutions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of implementing Islamic economic principles, such as fairness, transparency, and willingness, in daily business practices. The gap between these ideal concepts and the reality on the ground necessitates evaluation, particularly for micro-enterprises. Therefore, this study focuses on analyzing the pricing mechanisms for sales and services at Doro Wontu Photocopy and Printing, reviewing them from the perspective of Islamic economic principles. This research employed a qualitative method with a normative approach, collecting data through direct observation and in-depth interviews with the owner, employees, and customers. The main findings indicate that the pricing mechanisms implemented are not fully compliant with Sharia principles. Practices such as inconsistent price rounding and subjectively determining service prices after the job is completed—without prior agreement—contain elements of uncertainty (gharar) that have the potential to harm consumers. Although customers are generally satisfied with the service, these pricing practices are not transparent. It is concluded that improvements are needed through establishing a clear price list, agreeing on prices before transactions, and educating business owners about the importance of the principles of fairness and transparency to increase trust and business success. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penerapan prinsip ekonomi Islam, seperti keadilan, transparansi, dan kerelaan, dalam praktik bisnis sehari-hari. Adanya kesenjangan antara konsep ideal tersebut dengan realitas di lapangan mendorong perlunya evaluasi, khususnya pada usaha mikro. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus untuk menganalisis mekanisme penetapan harga jual dan jasa di Fotocopy dan Percetakan Doro Wontu, serta meninjaunya dari perspektif prinsip ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik, karyawan, serta pelanggan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme penetapan harga yang diterapkan belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Praktik seperti pembulatan harga yang tidak konsisten dan penentuan harga jasa secara subjektif setelah pekerjaan selesai—tanpa kesepakatan awal—mengandung unsur ketidakpastian (gharar) yang berpotensi merugikan konsumen. Meskipun pelanggan secara umum merasa puas dengan pelayanan, praktik penetapan harga ini tidak transparan. Disimpulkan bahwa perlu adanya perbaikan melalui penetapan daftar harga yang jelas, kesepakatan harga sebelum transaksi, dan edukasi kepada pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya prinsip keadilan dan transparansi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dan keberkahan usaha.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the premarital guidance program at the Sukamulya District Religious Affairs Office (KUA) and assess its contribution to fostering harmonious families. The study also identifies supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and the program's impact on the readiness of prospective brides and grooms. This study is crucial due to the high number of cases of household disharmony and the need to evaluate the effectiveness of premarital guidance as a preventative measure. Academically, this study addresses the lack of empirical studies related to the implementation and effectiveness of premarital guidance at the sub-district level, including the gap between the material provided and family practices after marriage. Using qualitative field research methods, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of guidance includes education on marital values, conflict management, and financial management.. Supporting factors included institutional support, participant enthusiasm, comprehensive materials, and competent resource persons. Inhibiting factors included time constraints, lack of active participation, accessibility constraints, and minimal post-counseling evaluation and support. Visible impacts included improved understanding of prospective brides and grooms, mental-emotional readiness, and the quality of couple communication. However, long-term effectiveness remains uncertain due to the lack of follow-up monitoring. This study confirms that premarital counseling plays a crucial role in building harmonious families, but requires strengthening interactive methods and ongoing evaluation.

Abstract

The Free Private School Pilot Program (RSSG) is an innovative policy by the Depok City Government to expand access to education for low-income families through partnerships with private schools. Initial findings show that the quality of RSSG schools in Depok City varies greatly. Of the 47 participating schools spread across 11 subdistricts, 20 schools are accredited A, 23 are accredited B, two are accredited C, and two are not yet accredited. The total number of students reaches 2,407. The variation in accreditation and infrastructure shows a gap in quality between schools, which is the basis for the implementation of mentoring. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen school quality through RSSG mentoring collaboration. Jakarta State University is the institution entrusted with carrying out community service activities through mentoring teachers and school principals. These community service activities are carried out by lecturers and students of Jakarta State University (UNJ) as part of efforts to strengthen the quality and sustainability of the program. The community service activities focused on two main areas: (1) mentoring teachers in 47 RSSG schools through four cycles of thematic training on strengthening understanding of student characteristics, implementing deep learning, active learning models, and creating simple learning media; and (2) training school principals at Depok City Hall on the theme of “Strengthening School Branding and Culture,” which was attended by 47 school principals. The results of the activities showed an increase in teachers' knowledge and capacity in designing meaningful, contextual, and relevant learning for students' needs, as well as the growth of school principals' awareness in building a positive institutional identity and culture. This program not only improved the technical quality of learning but also strengthened the collaborative ecosystem that supports educational equity in Depok City.   Abstrak Program Rintisan Sekolah Swasta Gratis (RSSG) merupakan inovasi kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Depok dalam memperluas akses pendidikan bagi keluarga berpenghasilan rendah melalui kemitraan dengan sekolah swasta. Hasil kajian awal menunjukkan bahwa mutu sekolah RSSG di Kota Depok sangat beragam. Dari 47 sekolah pelaksana yang tersebar di 11 kecamatan, tercatat 20 sekolah berakreditasi A, 23 berakreditasi B, dua berakreditasi C, dan dua belum terakreditasi. Total peserta didik mencapai 2.407 siswa. Variasi akreditasi dan sarana prasarana menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan mutu antar sekolah, yang menjadi dasar pelaksanaan pendampingan. Untuk itu, maka perlu dilakukan upaya penguatan mutu sekolah melalui kolaborasi pendampingan RSSG. Universitas Negeri Jakarta menjadi institusi yang diberi kepercayaan untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui kegiatan pendampingan guru dan kepala sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) sebagai bagian dari upaya memperkuat kualitas dan keberlanjutan program. Kegiatan pengabdian meliputi dua fokus utama: (1) pendampingan guru di 47 sekolah RSSG melalui empat siklus pelatihan tematik penguatan pemahaman karakteristik siswa, implementasi deep learning, model pembelajaran aktif, dan pembuatan media pembelajaran sederhana; serta (2) pelatihan kepala sekolah di Balai Kota Depok bertema “Penguatan Branding dan Budaya Sekolah” yang diikuti oleh 47 kepala sekolah, Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kapasitas guru dalam mendesain pembelajaran bermakna, kontekstual dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran kepala sekolah dalam membangun identitas dan budaya positif lembaga. Program ini tidak hanya memperbaiki mutu teknis pembelajaran, tetapi juga memperkuat ekosistem kolaboratif yang mendukung keadilan pendidikan di Kota Depok.
