Abstract

Pembelajaran di tingkat sekolah menengah seringkali dihadapkan pada tantangan signifikan, termasuk kejenuhan siswa dan kurangnya antusiasme belajar, yang dapat menghambat pencapaian hasil belajar optimal. Salah satu akar masalahnya adalah keterbatasan guru dalam mengintegrasikan pengetahuan sosial emosional (PSE) dan mengembangkan kompetensi sosial emosional (KSE) dalam praktik pembelajaran sehari-hari, yang esensial untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang suportif dan menarik. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini berfokus pada upaya memberdayakan guru melalui Kombel (Komunitas Belajar) Puspa Bangsa di SMA N 1 Pundong, dengan judul "Inspirasi Kreativitas Kombel Puspa Bangsa: Penguatan Pengetahuan Sosial Emosional (PSE) dan Kompetensi Sosial Emosional (KSE) dalam Pembelajaran bagi Guru SMA". Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru dengan pemahaman dan keterampilan PSE serta KSE, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas interaksi di kelas, mengurangi kejenuhan siswa, dan menumbuhkan semangat belajar yang positif. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi asesmen kebutuhan guru, lokakarya intensif, pendampingan implementasi, dan fasilitasi berbagi praktik terbaik di antara anggota Kombel. Luaran yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan kapasitas guru dalam mengelola emosi dan membangun hubungan positif, serta terciptanya suasana pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif dan memotivasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi kuliner lokal berbahan dasar pisang beracun yang dikenal sebagai enbal di Kepulauan Kei sebagai sumber inovasi modern dalam pengembangan pariwisata kuliner. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi lapangan, observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku usaha kuliner, tokoh adat, wisatawan, serta pihak pemerintah daerah yang terlibat dalam pengembangan sektor pariwisata. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis tematik deskriptif dengan mengelompokkan temuan berdasarkan aspek budaya, ekonomi, sosial, dan promosi pariwisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan enbal yang dahulu hanya digunakan sebagai pangan subsisten kini memiliki peluang besar untuk diangkat sebagai produk unggulan berbasis wisata, dengan catatan dilakukan inovasi dari sisi teknik produksi, kemasan, dan strategi pemasaran. Kuliner ini memiliki daya tarik unik karena menggabungkan nilai tradisi, sejarah penyintas, serta potensi ekonomi kreatif yang tinggi jika dikelola secara terintegrasi. Temuan juga mengungkap bahwa masih terdapat hambatan berupa keterbatasan teknologi, akses pembiayaan, dan pengetahuan pemasaran digital di kalangan pelaku lokal. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan intervensi yang bersifat kolaboratif antara pemerintah, akademisi, pelaku usaha, dan komunitas dalam mengembangkan ekosistem pariwisata kuliner yang berkelanjutan di daerah Kei. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap perumusan strategi penguatan ekonomi lokal melalui transformasi kuliner tradisional menjadi produk wisata yang kompetitif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pariwisata lokal terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Ohoi Ngilngof, Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara. Ohoi Ngilngof dikenal sebagai destinasi unggulan dengan Pantai Ngurbloat yang memiliki daya tarik tinggi bagi wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pariwisata memberikan kontribusi positif berupa peningkatan pendapatan, terciptanya lapangan kerja baru, dan berkembangnya usaha lokal seperti homestay, warung makan, serta kerajinan tangan. Secara sosial, interaksi dengan wisatawan memperluas jaringan sosial dan memunculkan pertukaran budaya. Namun demikian, pariwisata juga menimbulkan tantangan, di antaranya perubahan gaya hidup, potensi konflik lahan, dan meningkatnya ketergantungan ekonomi pada sektor wisata. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat dengan prinsip keberlanjutan sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pelestarian nilai sosial budaya.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Mupel Social Studies learning through the Student Facilitator and Axpaining (SFE) Learning Model in Class V of Brondong State Elementary School, Bruno District, Purworejo Regency, Academic Year 2021/2022. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was conducted in 2 cycles. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) learning model can increase students' self-confidence as evidenced from the pre-cycle with a good category of 26.19%, an increase in cycle I to 46.15%, and a cycle II increased to 65.38%, as well as the learning outcomes of students in social studies content in Class V as evidenced by the increase in the average student completeness of 26.92% in the pre-cycle, up to 57.69% in cycle I and increased again in cycle II of 88.46%. Therefore, the student facilitator and explaining learning model can be applied as an alternative in increasing students' self-confidence and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students’ low interest in history lessons, which is often caused by monotonous teaching methods. The research questions include: (1) How is the experience of learning history at the Soeharto Museum? (2) What materials and media are presented? and (3) What are the effectiveness and challenges of history learning in this museum? The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the history learning experience at the Soeharto Museum, (2) to identify the materials and media used, and (3) to analyze the effectiveness and challenges encountered. This qualitative research was conducted through interviews with museum managers and visitors, non-participant observation, and documentation. The findings show that: (1) the Soeharto Museum is effective as a medium for historical education that is both empirical and affective, through collections, visual narratives, documentary films, and guided tours; (2) the materials and media, including interactive storytelling, discussions of values, national songs, and reflection activities, are tailored to visitors’ age levels, thus engaging cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains; (3) the museum’s effectiveness is evidenced by positive responses from visitors and educational institutions, and by the adoption of similar methods by other museums. This experience- and emotion-based approach aligns with constructivist theory, although the main challenge remains maintaining relevance in the digital era. The museum addresses this through technological innovation and communicative educators.This research highlights the importance of collaboration between schools and museums to make history learning more contextual, reflective, and adaptive. The Soeharto Museum serves as an effective educational medium by integrating traditional and digital approaches to foster nationalism and historical awareness among younger generations.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the illuminative model in the evaluation of Social Studies (IPS) learning at Gebangan Elementary School, Pengasih, Kulon Progo. The illuminative model is used as an alternative approach to evaluate learning as a whole, not only focusing on academic results, but also examining the process, interactions, and contextual factors that influence learning success. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with an illuminative evaluation model in social studies learning. Data collection techniques consist of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out using an interactive model, which includes the steps of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the application of the illuminative model provides a deeper understanding of the IPS learning process in schools. Several advantages were found, such as exploring student and teacher perceptions and identifying obstacles that were not detected through conventional evaluations. However, there are also challenges such as limited innovation in learning methods, minimal active student participation, and the focus of evaluation which is still dominant on the cognitive aspect. The application of the illuminative model has a positive impact on increasing teacher awareness to innovate and encourage more active student involvement. This study recommends that the illuminative model be applied sustainably to improve the quality of IPS learning, through teacher training, development of learning media, and involvement of parents and the community in the education process.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a detailed explanation of the evaluation results of the Merdeka Belajar (Freedom to Learn) program in Social Studies (IPS) learning using a descriptive qualitative approach through the implementation of the CIPP evaluation model at SD Negeri Donomulyo. The research subjects consisted of teachers and students from grade III and grade IV, involving 2 teachers, 28 students in grade III, and 28 students in grade IV. Data were collected through observation and document analysis. The findings of the study show that: 1) The evaluation of curriculum implementation using the CIPP model in Social Studies learning at SD Negeri Donomulyo, Kapanewon Nanggulan, Kulon Progo Regency, has been carried out effectively; 2) In terms of context, the school’s support system, teacher qualifications, and facilities are highly adequate. Regarding input, teacher preparedness, student readiness, curriculum, and learning media strongly support the learning process. In terms of process, Social Studies learning activities have been conducted in accordance with standardized procedures. In terms of product, students’ final examination scores and project-based learning outcomes are highly satisfactory; 3) Classroom interactions, both among students and between teachers and students, have improved the quality of Social Studies learning and yielded positive outcomes not only academically but also in students’ skills in completing projects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a PBL-based E-Module and to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the PBL-based E-Module in empowering students' problem-solving skills. This study used a research and development design and approach with the ADDIE model (analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Data collection methods used interviews, observation, questionnaires/surveys, documentation, and tests. Data analysis techniques focused on the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the new product, using descriptive, evaluative, and experimental methods, with the main instruments being expert validation questionnaires (media, materials, practitioners) and user response questionnaires (students/test subjects) analyzed using a Likert scale and percentages to assess product feasibility, as well as qualitative data for improvement. The results showed that the PBL-based E-Module had been successfully developed. The PBL-based E-Module is valid and feasible to use with overall validation results from media experts in the “Very Good” qualification with an average score of 96% and “Feasible to use in the field without revision” while the overall validation results from material experts in the “Very Good” qualification with an overall average of 97.4% and “Feasible to use in the field without revision”. The PBL-based e-module is practical to use, with overall practicality test results from education practitioners qualifying as “Very Good” with an average score of 97.95% and “Suitable for field testing without revision.” Meanwhile, the practicality test results from a user group of 36 students obtained an average total score of 93.03% and were rated “Very Good” and “Suitable Without Revision”. The use of PBL-based E-Module teaching media is very effective in empowering students' problem-solving skills compared to the use of PowerPoint teaching media, based on the ANCOVA test results, which obtained a Sig. value of <0.001 (< 0.05).
