Abstract

Sports coaching in the Province of Bali are unevenly distributed. It is proven that Karangasem Regency often ranks at the bottom. The fundamental cause experienced by KONI is that the sports coaching program that has yet to be implemented optimally refers to the progress of sports science and technology with scientific studies. The study aimed to evaluate the KONI sports coaching program in Karangasem Regency, Bali Province, using the context, input, process, and product (CIPP) model. Evaluation research uses a combination approach (quantitative and qualitative). The methods used in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis used is data triangulation. The results of the study, namely First, recommend the results of the evaluation of the KONI sports coaching program in Karangasem Regency. Second, the KONI policy in Karangasem Regency in the development of sports coaching. Third, realizing sports coaching systems/coaching models at KONI Karangasem Regency. Fourth, make management of sports coaching at KONI Karangasem Regency. Related parties are expected to be able to make a real contribution in the management and development of KONI sports in Karangasem Regency, Bali Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to raise awareness among the community regarding the existing potential of Ngrejek Lake and to optimize the tourism management by the youth organization (karang taruna) and the community empowerment group (Pokdasawisma), through providing assistance in terms of Edu-Sport Tourism and promoting the "overflowing market" as part of the enchantment of the tourism that can be managed by the local residents. The implementation method involves delivering materials about community-based tourism (Pokdarwis) and Edu-Sport Tourism. The delivery pattern of the materials is more focused on presentation, discussion, and question and answer sessions, with the aim of developing Ngrejek Lake as a recreational area and Edu-Sport Tourism destination for the local community. The primary subjects of this target are the 23 members of the youth organization and the 7 village officials. Prior to the material delivery, a pretest is conducted, followed by a post-test after the implementation, specifically assessing the development of Ngrejek Lake as a recreational area and Edu-Sport Tourism destination. The pretest results show that the average understanding of the village officials regarding tourism village development is 49.43, and the average post-test result is 55.14. Similarly, the pretest results for the youth organization members show an average understanding of 51.35, with an average post-test result of 54.96. The comprehension of tourism village development has improved for both the village officials and the youth organization members in the efforts to develop Ngrejek Lake as a recreational area and Edu-Sport Tourism destination.ABSTRAKTujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap potensi yang ada di Telaga Ngrejek, serta untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan wisata oleh karang taruna dan Pokdasawisma dengan memberikan pendampingan mengenai Edu-Sport Tourism juga sosialisasi pasar tumpah sebagai bagian dari pesona wisata yang bisa dikelola olah warga. Metode pelaksanaan berupa penyampaian materi tentang Pokdarwis, dan Edu-Sport Tourism. Pola penyampaian materi lebih bersifat pemaparan materi, diskusi dan tanya jawab dalam pengembangan Telaga Ngrejek sebagai tempat rekreasi dan Edu-Sport Tourism bagi warga masyarakat. Subjek sasaran pertama ini karang taruna yang berjumlah 23 orang dan perangkat desa ada 7 orang. Sebelum pelaksanaan penyampaian materi dilakukan pretest dan sesudah pelaksanaan dilakukan postest tentang pengembangan Telaga Ngrejek untuk tempat rekreasi dan Edu-Sport Tourism. Hasil pretest pemahaman desa wisata pegawai perangkat desa dengan rerata 49,43 dan rerata postestnya 55,14. Sedangakan hasil pretest pemahaman desa wisata karang taruna dengan rerata 51.35 dan rerata postestnya 54.96. Pemahanan pengembangan desa wisata baik pegawai perangkat desa dan karang taruna meningkat dalam upaya pengembangan Telaga Ngrejek menjadi tempat rekerasi dan Edu-Sport Tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaharui norma keterampilan sepakbola usia 10 – 12 tahun untuk dapat digunakan dalam penilaian keterampilan bermain sepakbola dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan (PJOK) baik peserta didik putera maupun puteri di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Norma penilaian keterampilan sepakbola dari Daral Fauzi untuk dapat digunakan dalam penilaian keterampilan bermain sepakbola dalam pembelajaran PJOK usia 10 - 12 tahun. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari peserta didik putera berjumlah 64 dan peserta didik puteri berjumlah 40. Instrumen keterampilan sepakbola dari Daral Fausi ada 6 item tes, yaitu: 1) tes dribbling, 2) tes short passed, 3) tes throw in, 4) tes running with the ball, 5) tes heading the ball, dan 6) tes shooting at the goal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan tes dan pengukuran keterampilan bermain sepakbola. Teknik analisis data, yaitu 1) korelasi prodact moment untuk mengetahui validitas (korelasi item tes dengan total skor tes) dan reliabilitas item tes (test-retest), 2) pengkatogorian di masing-masing item tes mengunakan data yang telah diubah ke T-skor dan data aslinya, serta pengkategorian keterampilan keseluruhan dengan data total T-Skor. Hasil penelitian dihasilkan norma penilaian keterampilan bermain sepakbola untuk setiap item tes dan gabungan seluruh item tes baik untuk peseta didik putera maupun puteri. Norma penilaian keterampilan bermain sepakbola dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar untuk peserta didik putra dan putri usia 10 - 12 tahun. Validitas dan reliabilitas setiap item tes baik peserta didik putera dan puteri.   Abstract: This study aims to update the norms of football skills for 10-12 year olds to be used in assessing football playing skills in physical education, sports and health (PJOK) learning for both male and female students in elementary schools. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The norms for assessing football skills from Daral Fauzi can be used in assessing football playing skills in PJOK learning for 10-12 year olds. The subjects of this study consisted of 64 male students and 40 female students. The football skills instrument from Daral Fausi has 6 test items, namely: 1) dribbling test, 2) short passed test, 3) throw-in test, 4) running with the ball test, 5) heading the ball test, and 6) shooting at the goal test. The data collection technique uses a survey method with tests and measurements of football playing skills. Data analysis techniques, namely 1) product moment correlation to determine the validity (correlation of test items with total test scores) and reliability of test items (test-retest), 2) categorization in each test item using data that has been converted to T-scores and the original data, as well as categorization of overall skills with total T-Score data. The results of the study produced norms for assessing soccer playing skills for each test item and a combination of all test items for both male and female students. Norms for assessing soccer playing skills in physical education learning in elementary schools for male and female students aged 10-12 years. Validity and reliability of each test item for both male and female students.
