Abstract

Return of claims for cost of treating COVID-19 patients from BPJS Health is common occurrence due to administrative and service problems. In 2021, there were 215 pending files and 32 unapproved files in type C and D hospitals in Central Java. To determine causes of pending and disputed COVID-19 cases in type C and D hospitals in Central Java. Methods: Descriptive research was conducted by observing all pending and dispute files of COVID-19 cases, totaling 247 cases in 2021. Data collection method was documentation. Univariate data analysis. Panti Wilasa Dr. Cipto Semarang Hospital has highest pending claims for COVID-19 cases. Kelet Jepara Hospital has pending claims for most COVID-19 cases. Majority of pending claims for COVID-19 cases do not have supporting files or are not appropriate, while smallest scanned laboratory results (albumin, PCR) are not attached, and INA-CBGs entry or exit date does not match the medical resume. Most pending and dispute claims for COVID-19 cases are mismatch of diagnosis and diagnostic results with KMK Technical Guidelines, while mismatch of diagnosis with results of actions is least.

Abstract

Telogorejo Hospital has implemented an electronic medical record (EMR) system. However, the documentation of EMRs remains incomplete, and completeness analysis is still conducted manually. This necessitates a quality improvement program within the digital transformation process to ensure complete EMR documentation. This study aims to investigate the implementation of EMR data analysis based on PMK 24 of 2022, as well as the design and evaluation of an information system for quantitative analysis of medical records. The research methodology employs a mixed-methods approach, combining Research and Development and descriptive research. The study was conducted in the medical record department from July to December 2023. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The system development utilizes the waterfall model, while testing employs the black box method and the TAM method for user acceptance evaluation. The findings indicate that the quality improvement program adheres to PMK 24 of 2022. However, doctors continue to use uncertified signatures for authentication, and mandatory settings for EMRs are absent. Application testing demonstrates successful operation, and TAM evaluation reveals that users strongly agree with the quantitative analysis application (90.5%). Recommendations include implementing certified electronic signatures and mandatory settings for EMR forms to optimize EMR completeness.

Abstract

Abstract

Cases of returning claims for Covid-19 patient care costs from BPJS Health often occur due to administrative and service problems. The number of claim submissions in 2021 was 282 pending files and 67 dispute files. This study analyzes the causes of pending and dispute claims for Covid-19 patient care costs at the Central Java Type B Hospital. The research method is descriptive by observing all (98) pending files and dispute claims for covid-19 cases in 2021. Data collection methods through documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the univariate analysis method. The results of the study show that there are still many obstacles in the service process. Therefore, it needs to be regulated by the provisions of service regulations. As for the claims process, health facilities find it difficult due to dynamic regulatory changes during the pandemic. BPJS health requires certainty in the policy of determining the end of the pandemic period. If Covid-19 benefits are transferred to JKN in the post-pandemic period, the source of financing may not only be done through the conversion of contributions, but there is also an option for assistance funds from the government.

Abstract

Fulfilling nutrition for patients certainly does not only pay attention to the last illness they suffered, but nutritionists also need to pay attention to the patient's medical history. Providing certain foods to support the body's recovery after treatment for certain diseases may not necessarily be in accordance with the history of previous illnesses. Fulfilling nutritional intake according to certain disease conditions is not easy, especially if the patient has a medical history with a variety of diseases, so nutritionists need to be more selective in providing nutritional intake from a number of alternative foods that will be provided. A management decision system based on artificial intelligence is able to choose a food balance that is balanced with the various complaints experienced by patients. The method used in the food management information system for medical records uses the forward chaining method, namely by determining forward, in this case, food nutritional information that is suitable for the patient, by reading the facts that have been arranged as a representation to produce a conclusion. The accuracy value resulting from comparing manual nutrient selection and using forward chaining was 86%

Abstract

Diabetes militus is classified into two types, namely type 1 and type 2, the disease ranks top as a non-communicable disease with a high number of sufferers. The determination of diagnoses and diagnosis codes must be precise so that the codes given by PMIK can be declared specific and appropriate, therefore it is necessary to review the provision of diagnosis codes on patients to determine the factors that cause non-specific and inappropriate codes based on age and gender and present the distribution of diabetes militus in Magelang City. The method used was descriptive qualitative by observing 144 medical record documents of patients with the main diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. The results showed that the specification of the main diagnosis of diabetes mellitus in Magelang City Hospital was 100%. The suitability of the main diagnosis code of diabetes mellitus based on the category can be concluded that the specific and appropriate code was found as much as 61%. While specific and inappropriate codes were found at 39%. The age of patients with diabetes is 23-90 years old, with the average age of patients being 59 years old. Patients with 56 years of age occupied the highest number of sufferers. Patients with female gender are more dominant in experiencing diabetes militus, when presented it reaches 63% while male patients are only 37%. The highest distribution of patients with diabetes mellitus in Magelang Hospital came from outside the city, namely Magelang District or 68%. Patients in Magelang city only reached 32%. Suggestions for further research would be better to consider taking the file period to avoid recording medical records during the media transfer period

Abstract

Gold Indonesia 2045 depends on the availability of skilled labor as evidenced by the current condition of toddlers who are physically healthy. Semarang City is one of the cities that has a high distribution of stunting cases. North Semarang is the sub-district that has the most stunted toddlers, namely with 192 toddlers, of which 84 children are in Tanjung Mas District. The aim of the research is to see the effectiveness of posyandu digitalization training as an effort to increase stunting monitoring in posyandu. This research is an experimental analytical research with a cross sectional method using a pre-post test design that compares the effect of training method interventions. The number of questions in the questionnaire is 30 items related to knowledge, attitudes and practices of digitizing posyandu data. The intervention was carried out on 19 posyandu cadres to measure the level of knowledge based on the mean difference in pre-post test results using the Wilcoxon difference test. The effectiveness of the training method using the application is measured by the Gain Score formula. The statistical results obtained a p-value of 0.001, meaning that there was a significant difference in the level of digitization of cadre data after training with a gain-score of 0.99, so it can be said that the training activities carried out had high effectiveness in increasing data digitization for cadres.
