Aim: Nutrition plays a role as a provider of energy for the human body which is important for the formation and maintenance, especially to improve the quality of sleep seen from the production of the hormone melatonin. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction of nutrition on sleep quality: the focus synthesis of melatonin. Design: We performed a literature review study by reviewing 6 international journals related to the interaction of nutrition and sleep quality: focused on melatonin synthesis. Methods: Data collection was done by searching for data-based articles or journals published through the Willey Online Library, PMC, Proquest, and Pubmed. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and the journals were assessed using JBI. Results: The interaction of nutrition and sleep quality is seen from the hormone melatonin, based on the results of 6 journals. The results were described that the relationship between macronutrient and micronutrient nutrition on melatonin production that affects human sleep quality. Conclusions: Macronutrients and micronutrients are related to sleep quality in increasing the production of the hormone melatonin.

Raudhatul Athfal merupakan (RA) merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal yang berada di bawah naungan Kementerian Agama yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan anak usia dini. Banyak lembaga pendidikan anak udia dini yang telah tumbuh berkembang tetapi masihi belum banyak yang menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi dalam mengelola keuangan lembaganya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan bekal kepada para guru serta staf administrasi yang tergabung dalam Ikatan Guru Raudhatul Athfal (IGRA) wilayah Semarang Utara mengenai pentingnya penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi pada lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini dalam mengelola keuagannya serta penyajian laporan keuangan yang berbasis pada teknologi informasi. Program kegiatan masyarakat ini dilakukan selama kurun waktu 3 bulan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pelatihan yang dilakukan di laboratorium komputer. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat antusias dalam proses kegiatan dan melalui kegiatan ini peserta mampu mengelola keuangannya yang akuntabel berbasis teknologi informasi. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan dukungan yang penuh kepada sekolah Raudhatul Athfal dalam mewujudkan transparansi keuangan guna mewujudkan akuntabilitas publik. Sistem perawatan kesehatan yang dibebankan tenaga kesehatan di setiap fasilitas kesehatan selama pandemi COVID-19, menyebabkan tenaga kesehatan mengalami kelelahan, stres fisik dan mental yang akan berpotensi menurunnya kepatuhan terhadap tindakan pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit infeksi yang direkomendasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan kepatuhan penggunaan APD dengan shift kerja perawat selama masa pandemi COVID-19 di salah satu Rumah Sakit Umum di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan November sampai Desember 2022 dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 perawat dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi untuk mengetahui kepatuhan penggunaan APD setiap responden. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel independent dan dependent. Rata-rata usia responden adalah 29,13 tahun dan mayoritas responden adalah perempuan. Sebesar 57,6% responden patuh dalam penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) selama mereka bekerja. P-value didapatkan 0,036 maka didapatkan hasil terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri dengan shift kerja. Shift kerja mempengaruhi kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada perawat. Tingkat kepatuhan shift pagi lebih tinggi daripada shift sore, dan shift sore lebih tinggi dari shift malam.

In this study the author has the purpose to know the inï¬‚uence of NIM, BOPO, LDR, NPL, and the CAR partially or simultaneously against ROA at national commercial banks in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015. Research method using case studies, the data source used for data collectionfrom Bank Indonesia website i.e. www.bi.go.id. The population in this research is national commercial banks in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2015 period, sampling techniques using a purposive sampling, namely an amount of 17 bank companies, methods of data collection used documentation. Technique of data analysis used a classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coeffcient of determination. Based on the research results obtained conclusions as follows: 1) partially known that Net Interest Margin (NIM) positive and signifcant effect against ROA. 2) partially known that operating expenses/operating income (BOPO) a negative and signifcant effect against ROA. 3) partially known that the Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no effect against ROA. 4) partially known that Non Performing Loan (NPL) a negative and signifcant effect against ROA. 5) partially able to note that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have no effect against ROA. 6) simultaneously there is inï¬‚uence signifcant Net Interest Margin (NIM), operatingexpenses/operating income (BOPO), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) against ROA.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a health problem that can cause various negative impacts on health, but society considers OSA to be normal. This research aims to determine how the patient's perception and efforts reduce OSA risk. A qualitative study with a phenomenological approach was conducted. Inclusion criteria was experiencing OSA symptoms such as snoring, sleepiness during the day, and often waking up at night. Seven participants met these criteria were taken by purposive and snowball sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews, Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS), and STOP-BANG questionnaire (SBQ). The method and time triangulation were used in this study. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis from the Colaizzi approach. Based on the SBQ, all participants have a high risk of OSA, but they perceived OSA as a normal complaint. Three themes were found in this study: participants perceive OSA as a usual complaint, have a perception that OSA does not endanger health, and do not take action to reduce OSA. It is hoped that the results of this study can increase the awareness of nurses to provide education about sleep problems to the community because sleep problems have not received much attention in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of local taxes , local retributions, results of separated regional wealth management on local revenue in all regions in Indonesia for the 2020 period. The sampling technique used in this study is using the purposive sampling method. The total sample is 374 local governments throughout Indonesia. This study uses secondary data obtained from budget realization on the website www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results obtained from this study indicate that: local taxes have an effect on local revenue, local retributions have an effect on local revenue, and result of separated regional wealth management has an effect on local revenue.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance consisting of the current ratio, return on equity, return on assets, price earning ratio, and net profit margin on stock prices in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The number of final samples obtained by a number of 91 companies that have met the criteria. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the current ratio has no significant effect on stock prices. Return on equity has no significant effect on stock prices. Return on assets has a significant effect on stock prices. Price Earning Ratio has a significant effect on stock prices. Net profit margin has a significant negative effect on stock prices.

PT Atoz Mandiri Perkasa didirikan pada tahun 2018 dan bergerak di bidang kontraktor pameran dan desain interior. Sejak berdiri, mereka telah mendukung penyelenggaraan Asian Games, Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ), dan berbagai pameran serta pekerjaan interior. Mereka memiliki website sebagai media informasi dan pemasaran, namun tampilannya kurang menarik dan kontennya perlu diperbarui. Tim dosen melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di PT Atoz Mandiri Perkasa untuk memperbaiki tampilan website dan kontennya. Pada periode pertama, tim berhasil merancang ulang tampilan dan layout website serta memperbarui informasi yang lebih menarik dan informatif. Luaran dari pengabdian masyarakat periode kedua, PTA 2021, difokuskan pada pengembangan aplikasi web untuk kontraktor pameran, desain interior, dan dekorasi PT Atoz Mandiri Perkasa, uji coba program, serta pendaftaran hak cipta program. Upaya ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya tarik website mereka serta memodernisasi aplikasi yang digunakan dalam bidang usaha mereka.

Optimizing production planning and scheduling is a crucial aspect in improving operational efficiency in the competitive industrial era. This article discusses the importance of proper production planning and scheduling strategies to forecast demand and efficiently manage resource allocation, as well as effective scheduling to minimize downtime and increase throughput. The company has the possibility of not only providing better services to customers, but also reducing costs, and increasing efficiency, thus achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The research was conducted by collecting information, then analyzed, and synthesized from various sources, including, journals, articles, and online publications.

Digital marketing strategies have come a long way, but a key challenge is reaching an increasingly fragmented audience. In this context, the use of influencers in digital marketing strategies has become an effective alternative. This research explores the effectiveness of using influencers in digital marketing strategies in the rapidly evolving social media era. This research utilizes the literature review method to integrate credible references relating to digital marketing resources. The results show that planned collaboration between companies and influencers not only increases the visibility of the goods or services offered, but also builds consumer trust, which contributes to increased conversion and customer loyalty. The findings provide practical insights for marketers to design more effective digital marketing strategies, emphasizing the importance of value alignment between companies and influencers and innovation in content creation. It is desired that this research can serve as a benchmark for companies in harnessing the potential of influencers as an integral part of their digital marketing strategy.
