Abstract

Financial reports have a very important role for users of financial reports to obtain information that will be used as material for consideration in decision making. This study aims to determine the effect of the level of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on the integrity of financial reports in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. The data was taken through purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 44 company samples. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using SPSS. The results of the analysis show that managerial ownership and independent commissioners have an effect on the integrity of financial reports, while institutional ownership and audit committees have no effect on the integrity of financial reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the quality of financial reporting in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Central Java Province (BPKAD) is affected by understanding accounting standards, using accounting information systems, and internal control systems. The research employed a quantitative methodology utilizing primary data. by means of a questionnaire survey that involved 58 of all 125 BPKAD employees in Central Java Province. Methods for data analysis, such as validity, reliability, classical acceptance testing, and multiple linear regression, were implemented using the program SPSS 24. The study's findings indicate that internal control systems, accounting knowledge, and the usage of accounting information systems all partially and simultaneously affect the quality of financial reporting, accounting for 57.9% of the sample. The remaining 42.1% is impacted by variables not taken into account in the study

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat “Edukasi Bullying dalam Perwujudan Gerakan Sekolah Sehat: Sehat Jiwa” dilaksanakan di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Malang sebagai respons terhadap tingginya kasus bullying pada anak usia sekolah dasar dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan jiwa. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku siswa dalam mencegah bullying melalui pendekatan promotif–preventif berbasis nilai keislaman dan kemuhammadiyahan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap perencanaan bersama pihak sekolah, implementasi edukasi melalui pemutaran video, ceramah interaktif, diskusi kasus, roleplay, serta pembentukan kader “Teman Baik”. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre–post-test, observasi perilaku, dan refleksi dengan guru. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa secara signifikan, ditandai dengan pergeseran kategori pengetahuan dari kurang menjadi cukup dan baik. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan sikap yang lebih tegas dalam menolak bullying serta meningkatnya perilaku prososial seperti saling menghargai, berempati, dan berani melaporkan tindakan bullying. Program ini juga memperkuat iklim kelas yang lebih positif dan mendukung terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan inklusif. Edukasi berbasis media audiovisual, roleplay, dan pendampingan kader terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan perilaku pencegahan bullying pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan untuk diintegrasikan secara berkelanjutan dalam Gerakan Sekolah Sehat, termasuk penyusunan SOP pelaporan bullying dan pelatihan lanjutan bagi guru.

Abstract

Posyandu merupakan wadah masyarakat yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat dalam suatu wilayah. Program UKMB (Upaya Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat) dimana kader Posyandu merupakan key person dalam program ini.   Mengurangi terjadinya kecacatan dan penurunan angka kematian merupakan tujuan dari program UKMB. Sehingga diharapkan improve skill dan pengetahuan bagi para kader Posyan sangat dibutuhkan.  Desa Torongrejo – Junrejo memiliki 2 posyandu Lansia dan 4 posyandu Balita sesuai dengan batasan desa.   Hasil pendataan melalui observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan oleh Tim pada bulan Februari 2021 diketahui bahwa para kader belum perna dilakukan pelatihan PPGD (Pertolongan Pertama gawat darurat) dan penggunaan alat screening yang diberikan oleh Puskesmas. Selama ini kader selama ini saat menolong korban kecelakaan menggunakan teknik semampunya sesuai pengalaman masing-masing. Seperti kita ketahui jika dalam pemberian pertolongan pertama penolong melakukan kesalahan justru korban akan mengalami kecacatan hingga kematian. Hasil musyawarah dengan Mitra solusi yang diberikan Tim antara lain: 1. Kaderisasi pengurus Posyandu, 2.Pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan alkes untuk membantu Tim kesehatan dalam melakukan screening, PPGD (penanganan pada korban kecelakaan,  kena air panas, BLS, Choking untuk bayi dan dewasa), 3. Pelatihan pada kader dan anggota keluarga yang mempunya keluarga terkena stroke untuk melakukan ROM pasif dan active, self-management agar tidak terjadi kekambuhan berulang. Metode pendampingan dan pelatihan ini dilakukan di balai desa diwakili oelh 12 orang dari Posyandu Balita dan Lansia. Pelatihan dilakukan 2 hari  pada hari 1 dilakukan pelatihan tentang PPGD, sedangkan hari kedua edukasi pencegahan stunting pendekatan pada gizi dan pelatihan alkes.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator penting mutu pelayanan kesehatan, karena menunjukkan kesesuaian antara harapan dan pengalaman perawatan. Tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi berpengaruh pada kepercayaan, loyalitas, serta keberlangsungan institusi pelayanan kesehatan. RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Provinsi Jawa Timur rutin melakukan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat, namun masih terdapat aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan, terutama kecepatan pelayanan dan manajemen rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap I (IRNA I), ruang Parangtritis RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Jawa Timur, serta mengidentifikasi dimensi pelayanan yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Responden berjumlah 30 pasien/keluarga yang dirawat di ruang Parangtritis IRNA I. Instrumen berupa kuesioner kepuasan pasien berdasarkan dimensi pelayanan (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy). Data dianalisis dengan distribusi frekuensi. Mayoritas responden menyatakan kurang puas pada dimensi tangibles (56,7%), reliability (66,7%), responsiveness (66,7%), dan assurance (60,0%). Pada dimensi empathy, mayoritas responden puas (53,3%). Secara keseluruhan, 60,0% responden merasa puas terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Tingkat kepuasan pasien di IRNA I ruang Parangtritis termasuk kategori baik, meskipun aspek kecepatan pelayanan dan sistem administrasi masih perlu ditingkatkan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi masukan untuk memperkuat strategi pelayanan berfokus pada pasien dan meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen rumah sakit.

Abstract

Introduction: Stunting in Indonesia is a serious health problem, with a prevalence of 24.1%. This condition risks threatening the quality of life of the nation's next generation due to linear growth disorders caused by malnutrition and inadequate nutritional intake. One of the main causes of high stunting rates is the lack of maternal knowledge about stunting itself. Therefore, increasing mothers' knowledge about stunting is very necessary, and one of the effective methods is to use visual-based educational media. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the effect of card challenge, a visual-based educational media, on increasing maternal knowledge about stunting. Methods: This study uses a quasi-experimental design with a one group pre-post test design method. The sample used in this study is 50 mothers who have toddlers. Before and after the intervention in the form of card challenge, mothers' knowledge of stunting was measured and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test statistical test to assess significant changes. Results: The results showed that there was a significant increase in maternal knowledge after being given a card challenge game with a value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This indicates that the intervention using card challenge games has succeeded in significantly increasing mothers' understanding of stunting. Conclusions: Card challenge games have proven to be effective in increasing mothers' knowledge about stunting, providing a positive impact on stunting prevention efforts. This study emphasizes the importance of a creative approach in health education that can be accepted and applied by the wider community, especially for mothers with toddlers. This intervention is expected to be a broader model in accelerating the reduction of stunting rates in Indonesia.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Program Pembentukan Kepribadian dan Kepemimpinan (P2KK) merupakan program pembentukan karakter yang bertujuan mengembangkan keterampilan soft skill mahasiswa. Sampai saat ini, evaluasi ketercapaian tujuan  program masih belum  diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh P2KK terhadap soft skill mahasiswa FIKES Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). Metode : Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental one group pre-post test design. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampling kuota.  Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 mahasiswa FIKES Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang angkatan 2018 yang mengikuti P2KK angkatan 24 dan 25. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner LEQ (Life Effectiveness Questionnaire) dengan analisa data menggunakan uji wilcoxon.Kegiatan P2KK dilaksanakan selama 6 hari dan selama kegiatan tersebut mahasiswa harus tinggal di asrama. Hasil : Soft skill  mahasiswa FIKES Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang sebelum mengikuti P2KK 72% memiliki kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 140 dan soft skill setelah P2KK 76% memiliki kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 15. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data menggunakan uji wilcoxon didapatkan hasil yang signifikan (p=0,00), artinya terdapat perbedaan soft skill sebelum dan setelah P2KK. Diskusi : Terdapat pengaruh P2KK terhadap soft skill mahasiswa FIKES Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang dengan  metode  pendekatan  experiental learning  yang  dapat meningkatkan soft skill. Pengaruh yang paling signifikan terdapat pada atribut mengontrol emosi. Disarankan pihak UPT. P2KK untuk  mengevaluasi metode kegiatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan atribut soft skill yang kurang. Introduction : The Personality Development and Leadership Program (P2KK) is a character-building program to develop student skills to prepare them in the work requirements. The evaluation of the achievement of program objectives has not been studied before. This study aimed to determine the effect of P2KK on soft skills of the Faculty of Health Science (FIKES) students at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). Methods : The research design was a pre-experimental one group pre-post test design. The sampling method was quota sampling technique. We included 100 students of Class 2018 of the FIKES UMMwho participated in P2KK in 24 and 25 groups. We collected the Life Effectiveness Questionnaire (LEQ) and the Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the data. Results : Soft skills of the students before taking P2KK 72% had a moderate category with an average value of 140 and soft skills after P2KK 76% had a moderate category with an average value of 15. Based on the results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon test, the result was significant (p = 0.00) indicating that the soft skills before and after P2KK were different. Discussion : P2KK influenced the soft skills of FIKES UMM students by an experiential learning approach that able to improve their soft skills. The most significant influence is on the emotional control attribute. Suggested that the UPT P2KK to evaluate the method of activities so as to increase the attributes of soft skills that are lacking.

Abstract

The nursing profession must be pursued through higher education. Practice vehicles, such as hospitals require students to pass a skills test before they can practice. The Nursing Study Program, FIKES UMM, has implemented a matriculation program for students who will join the Nursing Profession. This activity has been carried out for a long time and has undergone several method changes to produce more effective outputs. However, there has never been an evaluation of how successful and valuable this program is for students. This type of research is a descriptive study because the researcher only observed Student' Perceptions Skills Training Programs in Preparing to Participate in Nursing Professional Education. The population in this study were all students of professional practice Nurses wave 20, a total of 50 respondents were taken by total sampling technique. The Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure (DREEM) questionnaire is appropriate for measuring the learning environment. Data analysis was carried out descriptively with percentages, tables, mean, and standard deviation. The result has shown that a score the DREEM questionnaire  200 value indicates that there is a positive perception of the matriculation learning environment that has been carried out in preparation for entering professional practice, including the expertise of the teacher/facilitator. Students' perceptions of the matriculation program for the preparation of professional education are positive. On the other hand, to improve student skills to be more optimal, it is necessary to enhance the skills of facilitators and more supportive facilities and infrastructure

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by elevated blood glucose levels resulting from impaired insulin production or utilization. Managing diabetes requires long-term treatment, patient satisfaction, and strong family support. Family support has been shown to play a vital role in improving patients’ well-being; however, most previous studies have used quantitative designs and have not explored patients’ lived experiences qualitatively. This study aimed to explore and describe the forms of family support that influence treatment adherence among patients with diabetes mellitus. A qualitative research design with a case study approach was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with three participants and validated using triangulation techniques to ensure credibility. Four themes emerged from the data analysis: emotional support, informational support, instrumental support, and appraisal (esteem) support. Emotional support involved encouragement and reassurance; informational support included education on self-care and healthy living; instrumental support focused on practical assistance in managing medication and diet; and appraisal support was reflected through verbal praise and recognition. The findings highlight that family support is a key factor in promoting treatment adherence among patients with diabetes mellitus. Consistent family involvement helps reduce stress, increase self-care knowledge, foster motivation, and improve quality of life while reducing the risk of complications.

Abstract

Background: Discharge planning is a crucial component of nursing care to ensure continuity of care after a patient is discharged from the hospital. However, its implementation in the field is often suboptimal, resulting in a lack of comprehensive understanding of the discharge process for patients and families. Purpose: To determine the effectiveness of using leaflets in improving patient and family understanding of the discharge process. Method: The study used a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent pretest–posttest design. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with 12 respondents in the pretest phase and 14 in the posttest phase. The intervention consisted of discharge planning education through leaflets distributed over three days. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for content validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of p < 0.05. Results: Before the intervention, only 4 respondents (33.3%) understood the discharge process, while 8 respondents (66.7%) did not. After the intervention, understanding significantly increased, with 12 respondents (85.7%) understanding the discharge process, while only 2 respondents (14.3%) still did not (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The leaflet media was shown to significantly improve the understanding of patients' families.   Keywords: Discharge Planning; Leaflet; Patient Education; Patient Understanding.                                                                                       Pendahuluan: Discharge planning merupakan komponen penting dalam asuhan keperawatan untuk memastikan kesinambungan perawatan setelah pasien pulang dari rumah sakit. Namun, pelaksanaannya di lapangan seringkali belum optimal, sehingga pasien dan keluarga tidak memahami alur perpulangan secara menyeluruh. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media leaflet dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pasien dan keluarga mengenai alur perpulangan. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimental dengan non-equivalent pretest–posttest design. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 12 orang pada tahap pre-test dan 14 orang pada tahap post-test. Intervensi berupa edukasi discharge planning melalui media leaflet yang diberikan selama 3 hari. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas isi dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat signifikansi p < 0,05. Hasil: Sebelum intervensi, hanya 4 responden (33.3%) yang memahami alur perpulangan, sedangkan 8 responden (66.7%) tidak memahami. Setelah intervensi, tingkat pemahaman meningkat signifikan menjadi 12 responden (85.7%) yang memahami alur perpulangan, sementara hanya 2 responden (14.3%) yang masih belum memahami (p < 0.05). Simpulan: Media leaflet terbukti memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman keluarga pasien.   Kata Kunci : Discharge Planning; Edukasi Pasien; Leaflet; Pemahaman Pasien.
