Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, interpersonal communication, and motivation on employee satisfaction and performance at the South Sulawesi Government Hospital. The population in this study were all employees at the South Sulawesi Government Hospital, totaling 1,912 people. Determination of the previous sample using the techniqueStratified Random Sampling or also called stratified random sampling. Stratified Random Sampling of as many as 243 respondents. The analytical model used in this research is a quantitative and descriptive structural Equation Model (SEM) using the AMOS program. The results of this study are Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while Interpersonal Communication has a negative but significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational Commitment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction and Interpersonal Communication has a negative but significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. Has a significant effect on performance through the mediation of organizational commitment. Interpersonal communication has a negative but significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan, Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan kinerja pegawai terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak melalui kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Samsat Kabupaten Pinrang. Oleh karena itu maka teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil temuan empirik bahwa pelayanan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil analisis pengaruh pelayanan, SOP dan kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak kendaran. Dari hasil uji sobel test maka temuan empirik bahwa kinerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh pelayanan dan SOP terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak pada Kantor Samsat Kabupaten Pinrang. This study aims to analyze the effect of service and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on employee performance, analyze the effect of service, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and employee performance on tax payment compliance. To analyze the effect of service and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on tax payment compliance through employee performance at the Pinrang Regency Samsat Office. Therefore, the data collection techniques were carried out through observation, and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is path analysis. The empirical findings show that service and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the analysis of the effect of service, SOP and employee performance have a positive and significant effect on vehicle tax payment compliance. From the results of the Sobel test, the empirical finding is that employee performance can mediate the effect of services and SOPs on tax payment compliance at the Pinrang Regency Samsat Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tunjangan kinerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja anggota Ditpamobvit, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja anggota Ditpamobvit, serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh tunjangan kinerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja anggota Ditpamobvit melalui motivasi kerja pada Polda Sulawesi Selatan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota, pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota, hasil uji sobel test bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja, hasil uji sobel test bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja anggota Ditpamobvit Polda Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of performance allowances and career development on work motivation and performance of Ditpamobvit members, determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of Ditpamobvit members, as well as determine and analyze the effect of performance allowances and career development on the performance of Ditpamobvit members through work motivation, at the South Sulawesi Regional Police. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques were used by distributing questionnaires with data analysis techniques using PLS analysis. The results showed that the performance allowance had a positive and significant effect on work motivation, and career development had a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Performance allowances have a positive and significant effect on member performance; career development has a positive and significant effect on member performance, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on member performance; Sobel test results show that work motivation can mediate the effect of performance allowances on performance, Sobel test results show that motivation work can mediate the effect of career development on the performance of members of the Ditpamobvit Polda South Sulawesi.

Abstract

. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana kinerja guru terhadap pelaksanaan sistem pembelajaran di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja guru terhadap pelaksanaan sistem pembelajaran di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kecamatan Malili.  Subjek penelitian adalah Pengawas sekolah, Kepala sekolah, dan Guru di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang. sumber data yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kinerja guru di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang mengalami peningkatan, dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pembelajaran tersebut mengacu pada proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi pada proses pembelajaran, guru mampu menghadapi kendala dalam situasi apapun dalam lingkungan sekolah. Guru di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif bagi siswa. Hal tersebut juga tidak lepas dari kualifikasi pendidikan dimana Pemerintah Daerah dan kepala sekolah memfasilitasi guru dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja guru, memberikan bimbingan, bantuan, dan pengawasan terhadap masalah yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan pengajaran berupa perbaikan program dan kegiatan belajar mengajar. The problem formulation in this study is how the teacher's performance towards the implementation of the learning system in SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang. This research aims to find out the performance of teachers towards the implementation of the learning system in SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang.This type of research was qualitative research. The research location was SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang District Malili East Luwu Regency. The subjects of the study were the Superintendent of the school, principal, and teacher at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang. Data sources were primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusion.  The results showed that the analysis of teacher performance at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang had increased, in improving the learning competence it refers to the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating the learning process, teachers were able to face obstacles in any situation in the school environment. Teachers at SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang, Malili District, East Luwu Regency can create a conducive learning atmosphere for students. This is also inseparable from educational qualifications where the Regional Government and school principals facilitate teachers by evaluating teacher performance, providing guidance, assistance, and supervision of problems related to teaching development in the form of program improvements and teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi mengajar guru. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang telah menjalankan peran kepala sekolah secara maksimal. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari motivasi mengajar guru di SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang sudah menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Peran kepala sekolah pun sudah terlaksana dengan baik pula meskipun masih ada sebagian kecil guru yang masih kurang dalam hal peningkatan kinerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi mengajar guru pada SD Negeri 228 Lagaroang Kecamatan Malili Kabupaten Luwu Timur adalah baik. Hal ini terlihat dari meningkatnya kinerja guru karena adanya motivasi kerja yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan perannya secara optimal. This research aims to find out the role of principal leadership in increasing teacher teaching motivation. The method used was qualitative research.          The results showed that the principal of State Elementary School 228 Lagaroang had carried out maximally the principal’s role. It could be seen from teacher teaching motivation that had shown good results. The role of the principal had also been carried out well though there was still a small percentage of teachers who are still lacking in terms of improved performance.   To conclude, the leadership role of the principal in increasing teacher teaching motivation in State Elementary School 228 Lagaroang Malili District East Luwu Regency is good. It can be seen from the increasing performance of teachers thanks to the work motivation provided by the principal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah dimensi ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada mobil Honda Cr-V. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Kelurahan Karang Anyar Makassar. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand awareness, persepsi kualitas, asosiasi merek, loyalitas merek secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Secara parsial asosiasi merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, sedangkan kesadaran merek, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas merek berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Asosiasi merek merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether the dimensions of brand equity have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on Honda Cr-V cars. The object of this research is consumers in Karang Anyar Village, Makassar. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis and multiiple linear regressiion analysis. The resullts showed that brand awareness, perceiived qualiity, brand associiations, brand loyalty siimultaneously had a posiitive and signiificant effect onn consumer purchasiing deciisions. Partially, brand associations have a positive and signifiicant effect on consumer purchasiing decisiions, while brand awareness, perceiived qualiity, and brand loyallty have a positive but not signiificant effect on consumer purchasiing decisiions. Brand associiation is the dominant factor influencing consumer purchasiing deciisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Laris Manis Manis Makassar. Objek penelitian adalah PT Laris Manis Utama Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis linier berganda. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan uji linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adjusted R-square sebesar 0,796 yang menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki kontribusi sebesar 79,6%. Secara parsial variabel budaya organisasi dan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of the research was to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT Laris Manis Manis Makassar. The object of research is PT Laris Manis Utama Makassar. The method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis. The data processing technique used is a questionnaire which is analyzed by multiple linear tests with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of research indicate that simultaneously organizational culture and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance. Adjusted R-square of 0.796 which indicates that organizational culture and work discipline have a contribution of 79.6%. Partially, organizatinal culture variables and work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance.
