Abstract

Promosi merupakan penyampaian informasi dari produsen ke konsumen terkait produk yang akan dijual dan sangat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian seorang konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bauran promosi yang digunakan CV. Nuh Aurora dalam mempromosikan produk sirup markisa. Lokasi penelitian adalah CV. Nuh Aurora Makassar yang berlokasi di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Data penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bauran promosi yang digunakan oleh CV. Nuh Aurora dalam mempromosikan sirup markisa ada tiga yaitu: (1) promosi melalui event-event, baik itu acara pameran dan festival; (2) promosi melalui brosur dengan menggunakan brosur cetak dan brosur online; (3) promosi melalui media digital, baik melalui media internet dan media sosial atau jejaring sosial. Adapun media yang digunakan yaitu: Instagram, Whatshap, Website, Facebook, Shopee, Google, mojok.co, JD.ID, IDalamat.com.Kata Kunci : Bauran Promosi, Sirup Markisa

Abstract

Currently, the community is recovering after Covid-19 which hit several years ago. Not only in all aspects of human life but also in the world of health, because almost all aspects of human life are paralyzed, especially in the economic sector. Sungai Luar Village has eco-tourism potential that can be one of the natural resources, natural and cultural uniqueness, and potential to become one of the primary undeveloped sectors so that it is expected to be able to improve the welfare of local communities which has an impact on increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD). Ecotourism design focuses on being divided into two main parts, in terms of infrastructure and promotion through social media. In terms of infrastructure, it focuses on the construction of road access to the location of the tourist attraction. As for promotional media, it focuses on introduction through social media such as websites, posters, and advertising videos. It is hoped that this ecotourism design can improve and help economic recovery and increase the PAD of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. Saat ini masyarakat sedang dalam pemulihan pasca Covid-19 yang melanda beberapa tahun lalu. Tidak hanya dalam segala aspek kehidupan manusia tetapi juga dalam dunia kesehatan, Karena hampir semua bagian kehidupan manusia mengalami kelumpuhan, terutamamdalam bidangMperekonomian. Desa sungai luar memiliki potensi ekowisata yang dapat menjadi salah satu sumbermdaya alam, keunikanmalam danMbudaya, serta berpotensi menjadiMsalah satuMsektor utama yang belumMberkembang sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakatmlokal yangmberdampak padaMpeningkatan PendapatanMAsli DaerahM(PAD). Desain ekowisata berfokus dibagi menjadi dua bagian utama, dari segi infrastruktur dan promosi melalui media sosial. Dari segi infrastruktur berfokus kepada pembangunan akses jalan menuju lokasi objek wisata. Sedangkan untuk media promosi berfokus pada pengenalan melalui media sosial seperti website, poster, dan video iklan. Diharapkan dengan adanya desain ekowisata ini dapat meningkatkan serta membantu pemulihan ekonomi dan meningkatkan PAD Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Riau.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on all people on Earth. The development of Covid-19 has not shown a significant decrease, and the public is urged to always be cautious in their activities, both at home and outside. The purpose of this community service is to provide efforts to develop UMKM strategies through sports and policies. The method used is through interviews and direct discussions with UMKM communities. The result of this community service is that almost all of the people in the Sungai Luar village, especially UMKM players, maintain good habits by living clean and healthy lives to optimize their health. In the UMKM group of Sungai Luar village, Batang Tuaka district, this community service activity is carried out as an effort of attention, concern, and health support to contribute to the community's economic growth. The activities carried out are to popularize sports and government policies as a support system for the community, especially UMKM players. The essence of the effort to popularize sports during the pandemic is to create social change for physical activity in the community during the recovery from Covid-19. Through socialization and education to popularize, and providing support for facility improvements, residents can better understand the concept of popularizing sports and government policies as a supporting system for the health of UMKM players in the Sungai Luar village in entrepreneurship, with the hope of helping to restore the economic cycle in the village.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya petani kelapa di Desa Sungai Raya untuk meningkatkan pendapatannya dan kendala apa yang mereka hadapi dalam upaya memberikan kekuatan lebih kepada petani kelapa. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka. Dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, maka digunakan metode analisis data. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan petani dari pengolahan kelapa masih rendah dan upaya serta strategi pemerintah belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Ada beberapa hal yang membuat sulitnya pemberdayaan petani kelapa. Salah satunya adalah petani kelapa belum mengetahui cara berinovasi dengan produk olahan kelapa. Abstract

The current trade era opens up opportunities for trading Indonesian coffee in the international market. The number of future exports can be predicted by knowing past export prices. The method that can be used to predict the number of Indonesian coffee exports to various countries is the Fuzzy Time Series method. The Fuzzy Time Series method, the forecasting technique, utilizes fuzzy sets as the basis for the prediction process. In this study, the forecasting stages include defining Xmax and Xmin, determining how many and how long class intervals are, defuzzification and defining fuzzy sets, fuzzifying data on the number of coffee exports, determining fuzzy logic relationships (FLR), establishing fuzzy logical groups (FLRG) relationships, defuzzification, and perform forecasting calculations. Using the Fuzzy Time Series Method, the results of forecasting Indonesia's coffee exports for the following year are 376371.3 tons of coffee products to be exported so that exporters can see this opportunity Keywords: Coffee, export, forecasting, fuzzy time series

Abstract

Kelapa sawit merupakan bahan baku pembuatan minyak goreng, dari kelapa sawit diproses menjadi CPO yang nantinya akan diproses lebih lanjut untuk di proses menjadi minyak goreng, Indonesia sendiri termasuk kedalam industry kelapa sawit yang terbesar di dunia, sehingga permintaan kelapa sawit akan terus berjalan hingga ke penjuru dunia, dalam hal ini dibutuhkan peramalan permintaan kelapa sawit setiap hari nya yang akan membantu untuk mengatur proses produksi kelapa sawit. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meramalkan permintaan buah kelapa sawit di PT. X.Co agar dapat memprediksi bahan baku yang masuk sehingga dapat merencanakan proses produksi sehingga tidak terjadi penumpukan bahan baku di gudang penyimpanan. Metode yang dapat digunakan adalah metode fuzzy time series. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permintaan berikutnya adalah 375 Ton.

Abstract

Students' interest in continuing education is strongly influenced by parental support. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and students' interest in continuing their education. The approach used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were students of SMPN 1 Woyla and MTSN 5 Aceh Barat Class IX, totaling 95 students with a sample of 95 students. The sampling technique used the formula of Taro Yamane and Slovin. The sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using questionnaires. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between family support and student interest with a correlation coefficient of 0.334 (p=0.001; p<0.05).

Abstract

This study intends to design and determine a marketing strategy for hydroponic vegetable at CV. Ichira Hydro Farm, Bialo Hydroponic House, and Pallangga Hydroponic House. This study employs quantitative methods. Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), and SWOT analysis are three methods of data analysis used to develop and decide on marketing strategy for hydroponic vegetable. The study's findings indicate that seven techniques are employed to sell hydroponically grown crops, including : (1) improve product quality so that consumer trust and interest increases, (2) improve the quality of service for consumers in marketing activities both in buying and selling transactions and in terms of payments, (3) enhance the quality of packaging by employing eco-friendly packaging that is branded and features product logos to establish a perception in the minds of customers, (4)expanding the product marketing network by optimizing the use of social media as a means of promotion and marketing, (5) increase marketing collaboration with similar companies, (6) Selling prices are competitive and in accordance with the quality of the vegetable products produced, and (7) increasing the volume of availability hydroponic vegetable products. Abstract

Di PT. Pjb Services PLTU Tembilahan sendiri menjelaskan tentang kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada perusahan tersebut. Tujuan nya agar setiap orang nya mengerti dan mengetahui bahwa pentung nya untuk menjaga keselamatan dalam bekerja. yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Agar Pekerja memahami tentang maksud dan tujuan K3, Agar pekerja melaksanakan peraturan-peraturan K3 yang ditetapkan pemerintah maupun perusahaan PT Pjbs Jasa Operasi & Maintenance PLTU Tembilahan, Agar dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan tidak terjadi kecelakaan, Agar pekerja mengetahui langkah-langkah bila terjadi kecelakaan atau kondisi darurat , kemudian yang menjadi metode adalah Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengkaji bagaimana Model Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di PT. PJB Services PLTU Tembilahan adalah pendekatan Kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan berusaha untuk memaparkan suatu keadaan, gejala individu dan kelompok tertentu secara analisis yang dalam mengelolah dan menganalisis datanya. kemudian yang menjadi hasil dalam penelitian adalah Menerapkan K3 adalah bentuk memberikan bekal perlindungan dunia kerja, sehingga bisa meminimalkan kecelakaan di tempat kerja. Jika mereka sudah di bekali ilmu dengan baik maka mereka bisa mengetahui bagaimana caranya bersikap dan apa yang harus dilakukan atau dihindari saat bekerja untuk melindungi diri misalnya seperti penggunaan APD di tempat kerja seperti masker, jas, kacamata lab dan sarung tangan untuk yang bekerja dengan bahan kimia maupun helm proyek dan sepatu boot untuk pejerja lapangan. Hal-hal sederhana adalah dasar untuk bekerja secara sehat dan aman sehingga bisa memberikan perlindungan kepada karyawan. Perlindungan ini menghindari dan meminimalkan akibat dari kecelakaan kerja.

Abstract

Indonesia is the world’s largest coconut producer, with Indragiri Hilir being one of its major coconut-producing regencies. Despite the extensive coconut plantations in the region, the development of the coconut agroindustry remains underdeveloped. Coconut oil, a high-demand product in international markets, represents a significant opportunity for agroindustrial growth. Effective agroindustrial development requires accurate determination of raw material needs to plan production capacity and ensure efficient operation. Forecasting demand is a critical first step in this process, as it can enhance efficiency, reduce unnecessary raw material stockpiling, and minimise waste. This study aimed to forecast the demand for coconut oil, which is a crucial step for determining raw material requirements in the development of the coconut oil agroindustry. The research integrated ARIMA and mass balance methods. The findings indicated that coconut oil demand was projected to reach 556,749 tons per year from 2025 to 2030, with a corresponding raw material requirement of 4,259,130 tons per year. This study provides valuable insights for both farmer and agroindustry stakeholders in advancing the development of the coconut oil agroindustry.
