Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle factor, religiosity, and consumer perceptions on young Muslim women's decisions to buy halal skincare in the Kota Lhokseumawe. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing structured questionnaires to 112 respondents. The sample was selected with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Software. The results of the study indicate that lifestyle, level of religiosity, and consumer perception have positive dan significant effect on young Muslim women's decisions in buying halal skincare products in Kota Lhokseumawe. This finding has implications for the development of the concept of purchasing halal products.

Abstract

The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic requires the country to focus more on the protection of citizens, especially regarding the use of social assistance. Meanwhile, supervision of the distribution of social assistance funds is very important to be improved in order to avoid various practices of irregularities that open loopholes for corruption. The research used in this research is juridical empirical. The results of research related to the supervision of social assistance carried out by the police and the prosecutor's office in this supervision continue to conduct monitoring/monitoring as a form of prevention. Legal counseling and information were carried out in terms of the use of Covid-19 funds as well as the right targeted social assistance distribution mechanism. The next step is to continuously coordinate between stakeholders. The next step is to continuously coordinate between stakeholders. The implication of this research is that cooperation, coordination and harmonization between the central government, regional governments and private institutions are needed to be right on target, effective and efficient and supported by a good, integrated, transparent and accountable system in the distribution of social assistance. There has not been an accurate record of recipients of social assistance, so the monitoring process by both the National Police and the Attorney General's Office is not running optimally. Furthermore, there is still a lack of local government transparency regarding social assistance.

Abstract

Hydroponic plant harvesting training for the Tambon Baroh limestone environment, Dewantara district, northern aceh with the aim of improving village skills and knowledge in developing sustainable agriculture by leveraging hydroponic technology. With this training, it is hoped that people will be able to understand the basic concepts of hydroponics, raising techniques, selecting seed plants, growing environment arrangements, nutrition use, and hydroponic plant management. Furthermore, it is also aimed at helping communities increase agricultural productivity and create healthier and more sustainable environments. This training is carried out using a direct practice approach in the field and is supported by experienced hydroponics clergy. Moreover, it also involves active participation from communities in the learning and development of hydroponics plants. It is hoped that after this training, people in Tambon baroh village will be able to develop hydroponic farming on their own and benefit local communities, public health, and economies.Pelatihan pemanfaatan tanaman hidroponik bagi lingkungan Gampong Tambon Baroh, Kecamatan Dewantara, Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan warga desa dalam mengembangkan pertanian berkelanjutan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi hidroponik. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat memahami konsep dasar hidroponik, teknik budidaya, pemilihan bibit tanaman, pengaturan lingkungan tumbuh, penggunaan nutrisi, dan manajemen tanaman hidroponik. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian dan menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih sehat dan lestari.Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan praktik langsung di lapangan dan didukung oleh pemateri yang berpengalaman di bidang hidroponik. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat dalam proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan tanaman hidroponik. Diharapkan, setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, masyarakat di desa Tambon Baroh dapat mengembangkan usaha pertanian hidroponik secara mandiri dan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi lingkungan sekitar, kesehatan masyarakat, dan perekonomian lokal.
