Abstract

This research aims to explore innovation in management through the development of knowledge-based sports human resources in the sports and recreation center of Karanganyar Regency. The main focus of this study is on the development of knowledge-based sports human resources (knowledge-based workers). In the corporate context, the development of sports human resources should involve several important aspects, including participation in training, mandatory learning, training to improve skills relevant to various modern positions, as well as providing a broad career path and competency development. In addition, performance and competency assessment as well as effective communication in providing feedback are also an integral part of this process. Knowledge-based development is considered a fundamental requirement for achieving sustainable competitive advantage. This underlines the important role of professional intellect in creating value and profits for sports and recreation centers to face business competition. The concept of professional intellect is implemented at four levels, namely cognitive knowledge (professional intellect), skill improvement (advanced skills), system understanding (system understanding), and self-motivated creativity (self-motivated creativity)

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas pengelolaan keuangan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Ngudi Makmur Surakarta melalui pelatihan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) dan pembuatan laporan akuntansi keuangan sederhana. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif yang mengombinasikan pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung menggunakan data riil usaha olahan pepaya anggota KWT. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu mengidentifikasi komponen biaya yang membentuk HPP, menyusun perhitungan HPP per unit sebagai dasar penetapan harga jual, serta mulai menggunakan pencatatan akuntansi dan laporan laba rugi sederhana dalam mencatat transaksi usaha. Peserta juga menyatakan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya pemisahan keuangan usaha dan rumah tangga serta keterkaitan antara perhitungan biaya dengan penetapan harga di platform digital. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelatihan keuangan yang terintegrasi dengan pemanfaatan e-commerce dapat memperkuat fondasi manajerial dan akuntansi pada UMKM berbasis komunitas perempuan, sehingga mendukung keberlanjutan usaha di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat rantai pasok pepaya bagi Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Ngudi Makmur Surakarta melalui pemberdayaan talenta inklusif dan dukungan transformasi digital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah ketidakpastian ketersediaan bahan baku pepaya, baik dari sisi volume maupun kualitas, yang berdampak pada kontinuitas produksi olahan dan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui briefing di kampus, kunjungan dan dialog langsung dengan petani pepaya di Desa Butuh Boyolali, kunjungan kebun, perumusan dan penandatanganan kesepakatan kerja sama, serta refleksi bersama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terbentuknya kemitraan rantai pasok yang lebih jelas antara KWT dan petani mitra, peningkatan pemahaman anggota KWT terhadap alur rantai pasok dan kriteria mutu pepaya, serta meningkatnya partisipasi anggota dengan latar belakang usia dan pendidikan yang beragam. Selain itu, dokumentasi kegiatan dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan konten untuk memperkuat identitas digital KWT melalui website, media sosial, dan katalog produk. Disimpulkan bahwa penguatan rantai pasok, pemberdayaan talenta inklusif, dan transformasi digital saling mendukung dalam memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha olahan pepaya KWT Ngudi Makmur.

Abstract

Bisnis dapat memperluas kontribusi mereka ke item yang mereka hasilkan. Word of Mouth (WOM) adalah metode periklanan langsung dari mulut ke mulut yang mempengaruhi seseorang karena data yang diperoleh diyakini benar dan adil, dan umumnya milik seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, citra merek, word of mouth dan promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan bengkel yang melakukan perawatan sepeda motor di bengkel Ahass Pos Buana Sari Motor II. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 172 responden yang diambil dalam menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji determinasi. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan dan variabel promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan variabel citra merek dan word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebaiknya bengkel Ahass Pos Buana Sari Motor II lebih meningkatkan kualitas layanan, promosi dan selalu menjaga hubungan baik kepada konsumen bengkel Ahass Pos Buana Sari Motor II.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of e-service quality, e-system quality, and e-trust on e-loyalty among users of the Wondr By BNI digital banking application in Surakarta, using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis. Methodology: This study employed a quantitative survey method using a structured questionnaire based on a five-point Likert scale. Data were collected from 160 Wondr By BNI application users in Surakarta. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 to examine the relationships among variables. Main Findings: The results indicate that e-service quality, e-system quality, and e-trust have positive and significant effects on e-loyalty among Wondr By BNI application users. E-trust shows the strongest influence on e-loyalty. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect e-loyalty, with an adjusted R² value of 0.710, indicating substantial explanatory power of the model. Within the digital social context, these results emphasize the crucial role of public trust in strengthening long-term user relationships with digital banking platforms. Furthermore, enhanced e-loyalty has broader socio-economic implications, as it supports sustainable digital banking adoption, promotes financial inclusion, and reinforces public confidence in the digital financial ecosystem. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study offers early empirical evidence on user e-loyalty toward the newly launched Wondr By BNI application, released in July 2024, by specifically examining e-system quality, e-service quality, and e-trust in the Surakarta region. It contributes new regional insights by integrating system quality, service quality, and trust to explain user loyalty in emerging digital banking adoption contexts.

Abstract

Introduction: The development of live shopping features on the TikTok platform has changed consumer shopping behavior patterns, especially among Generation Z, by providing an interactive and persuasive shopping experience. This study aims to analyze the influence of Live Interaction, Limited-Time Offer (LTO), and Host Attractiveness on Impulsive Buying among Generation Z users of the TikTok Live Shopping feature in Surakarta City. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach, employing a survey distributed to 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS software version 27.Result: The study shows that Live Interaction, Limited-Time Offer, and Host Attractiveness have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying. Intensive direct interaction between the host and the audience can create emotional engagement and social closeness that encourages spontaneous purchasing decisions. In addition, the use of limited-time offers creates a sense of urgency and fear of missing out (FOMO), which accelerates unplanned purchasing decisions. The attractiveness of the host, as reflected in their appearance, communication style, and credibility, also plays an important role in building trust and parasocial relationships with viewers. Conclusion: Simultaneously, these three variables have been proven to significantly influence impulsive buying behavior among Generation Z users on TikTok Live Shopping in Surakarta City. Abstract

This research is motivated by the new work system in Indonesia due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This new work system is commonly referred to as work from home (WFH). This study aims to compare the work experiences of creative workers under WFH and WFO systems. This study used a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. Data were collected through interviews with creative workers in Malang and Yogyakarta. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis with the help of the NVivo application. The results of this study indicate that WFH work offers flexible hours but can have both positive and negative impacts, such as blurred work hour boundaries and a heavy workload. However, the positive impact is that some creative workers have more freedom to seek ideas and inspiration Meanwhile, the analysis revealed that the WFO work system has a workflow and predetermined working hours, so the boundaries between work and personal life are not blurred. However, this can sometimes lead to creative workers feeling bored. The conclusion of this study shows that both work systems have advantages and disadvantages. It depends on how we choose.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that has been produced by individual employees in terms of both quality and quantity in carrying out a task assigned to them. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees at PT Sugar Factory Mojo Sragen, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses primary data and is quantitative in nature. The quality of the data in this study was tested for validity and reliability. The data collection methods used observation and questionnaires. The sample size was 71 people. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that work discipline, work motivation, and work environment partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline is the variable that has the most dominant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work discipline, work motivation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.521 indicates that 52.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work discipline, work motivation, and work environment, while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
