Abstract

Abstract. Database Design and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)-based Access Service for Health Center Transactional Data on Health Office of Sleman District. Health Office of Sleman District is the regional institution that is responsible for organizing health services in the area of Sleman District. In performing these duties and responsibilities, Health Office of Sleman District requires health data and information that is accurate, precise and quick to assist policy decision making process and the health sector by leveraging communication and information technology. This research aims to design a database and SOA-based access service for transactional data center on Health Office of Sleman District. Expected, the results of this research can help Health Office of Sleman District in monitoring public health and to establish interoperability with systems from agencies or other institution.Keywords: Health Office of Sleman District, database, SOA, web service.Abstrak. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman adalah lembaga regional yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengatur pelayanan kesehatan di wilayah Kabupaten Sleman. Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman memerlukan data kesehatan dan informasi yang akurat, tepat dan cepat untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan kebijakan dan sektor kesehatan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah basis data dan layanan akses berbasis SOA untuk pusat data transaksional pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman dalam memantau kesehatan masyarakat dan untuk membangun interoperabilitas dengan sistem dari instansi atau lembaga lain.Kata kunci: Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sleman, basis data, SOA, layanan web.

Abstract

Krisis moral dalam masyarakat antara lain ditandai oleh:  hilangnya kejujuran, hilangnya rasa tanggung jawab,  tidak mampu berpikir jauh ke depan,  rendahnya disiplin, krisis kerjasama, krisis keadilan, dan krisis kepedulian. Pembentukan karakter yang paling tepat dilaksanakan di sekolah karena tiga alasan:  Pertama sebagian peserta didik mengenal pendidikan jasmani di sekolah. Kedua usia sekolah merupakan periode yang efektif untuk menanamkan nilai nilai. Ketiga pendidikan jasmani di sekolah masih menekankan prestasi. Anak usia sekolah dasar adalah anak usia 6 sampai 12 tahun. Pada masa ini adalah masa yang paling tepat untuk mengajarkan keterampilan dan mendidik karakter anak. Pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga merupakan bagian dan pendidikan secara umum. Tujuan pendidikan adalah mencapai tujuan pendidikan melalui pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga. Pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga mengajarkan nilai nilai sebagai berikut : Respek, Persahabatan, Sportif, Kreatif, Kerja sama, Fair play, Kerja keras, Tanggung jawab, dan Pantang menyerah. Implementasi pendidikan jasmani sebagai alat pembentuk karakter adalah: 1) Keteladanan 2). Menciptakan lingkungan berkarakter 3). Pembiasaan 4). Menanamkan kedisiplinan 5) menyusun pedoman etika dan 6). Mendorong siswa menampilkan perilaku baik. Guru Pendidikan jasmani  harus memberikan penekanan tentang apa yang harus dan apa yang tidak boleh dilakukan siswa agar pembelajaran penjas dan olahraga dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana membentuk karakter._________________________________________________________________Moral crisis in society, among others, characterized by: a loss of honesty, loss of sense of responsibility, not able to think ahead, lack of discipline, cooperation crisis, the crisis of justice, and crisis care The establishment of the most appropriate character held at the school for three reasons: Firstly the majority of students recognize physical education in schools. Physical education teachers should give emphasis on what should and what should not be done students to study physical education and sport can be used as a means of forming character.

Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Banyak aspek yang perlu diperhatikan oleh para pelatih tenis, misalnya aspek teknik dan taktik bermain tenis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan latihan drive menggunakan arah bola depan belakang dan kanan kiri terhadap kemampuan melakukan drive pada petenis Klub Phapros Semarang tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan macthing by subjek design. Variabel bebas yaitu latihan drive arah bola depan belakang dan latihan drive arah bola kanan kiri, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kemampuan drive. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah petenis Klub Phapros Semarang tahun 2014 sebanyak 15 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 14 orang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah hewitt tennis achievement test, selanjutnya untuk keperluan analisis data digunakan uji beda(t-test). Hasil post test untuk kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol diperoleh nilai ttabel sig = 0,862 dengan thitung= 0,178 < 2,31 maka dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan. Rata-rata hasil post test latihan arah bola depan belakang dari kelompok eksperimen yaitu 24.5714 sedangakan latihan arah bola kanan kiri dari kelompok kontrol yaitu 25.1429 dengan demikian latihan menggunakan arah bola kanan kiri dapat meningkatkan kemampuan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan latihan arah bola depan belakang. Abstract _________________________________________________________________ Many aspects need to be considered by the tennis coach, for example, technical and tactical aspects of tennis. The research purpose is to find out if  there is difference in the drive using the exercise ball towards the right front and left rear of the ability to drive to the tennis club Phapros Semarang in 2014. This research used experimental method using macthing by the subject design. The independent variables s of this research are twofold exercise drives the ball towards the front and rear drive exercise ball left-right direction, and the dependent variable is drive ability. The population in this study is a tennis club Phapros Semarang in 2014 as many as 15 people. The sample in this study amounted to 14 people were taken by purposive random sampling technique. The instruments used in data collection are tennis hewitt achievement test, then for the purposes of data analysis used different test (t-test). Posttest results for the experimental group and the control values obtained ttable sig = 0.862 with t = 0.178 <2.31, it can be concluded there is significant difference. The average results of post test exercise ball behind the front of the experimental group is 24.5714 exercise ball while the right and left of the control group 25.1429 thus exercise using the left-right direction of the ball can improve the ability of exercise is better than the next ball back.

Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbedaan latihan backhand drive tenis menggunakan fixed target dan moving target terhadap kemampuan backhand drive pada anggota putra UKM tenis UNNES tahun 2015. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen menggunakan matching by subject design. Instrumen tes menggunakan Hewitt Tennis Achievement Test dengan tingkat validitas 0,63 dan tingkat reliabilitas 0,75. Analisi data menggunakan uji t rumus pendek dengan taraf signifikasi 5% dan d.b = n-1. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anggota putra UKM tenis UNNES tahun 2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling yang berjumlah 12 orang. Variabel bebas yaitu fixed target dan moving target serta satu variabel terikat yaitu kemampuan backhand drive. Hasil penelitian: Hasil uji post test untuk kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol diperoleh t hitung = 3,22 > t tabel = 2,571 dengan taraf signifikasi 5% maka Ha ditolak. dengan demikian ada perbedaan antara latihan menggunakan fixed target dan moving target terhadap kemampuan backhand drive. Mean post test latihan backhand drive menggunakan fixed target adalah 27,67, lebih besar dari mean menggunakan moving target yaitu 23,67, dengan demikian latihan menggunakan fixed target lebih baik dibandingkan latihan menggunakan moving target. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ Purpose of this research is to find out the differences on backhand drive training using fixed target and moving target toward backhand drive ability on male members of UKM tennis Universitas Negeri Semarang 2015. This research used experiment method using matching by subject design. The test instrument is Hewitt Tennis Achievement Test which  has 0,63 validity level and 0,75 reliability level. Data analysis use short formula t-test with 5% signification level and d.b = n-1. The population of this research is male members of UKM tennis Unnes 2015. Technique of collecting sample used purposive random sampling which gained 12 people as a sample. The independent variable are fixed target and moving target and the dependent variable is backhand drive ability. The post test results for experimental group and control group are obtained t score = 3,22 > t table = 2,571 with 5% signification level so Ha rejected. So, there are differences between backhand drive training using fixed target and moving target . The average result of post test backhand drive training using fixed target from the experimental group is 27,67, while using moving target from the control group is 23,67, so the training with fixed target gave better result than using moving target.

Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu ada tidaknya perbedaan latihan volley tenis dengan metode down the line volley dan metode volley against the fence terhadap kemampuan  volley. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen pola M-S. Data diambil melalui pre test dan post test. Populasi menggunakan atlet club tenis Widyatama Tegal berjumlah 12 pemain dan sampel sebanyak 12 pemain diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Variabel bebas adalah latihan volley dengan metode down the line volley dan volley against the fence, serta variabel terikat adalah kemampuan volley. Instrumen menggunakan modifikasi Timmer and Hansley dengan tingkat validitas 0,842 dan reabilitas 0,958. Analisis data menggunakan t test rumus pendek dengan signifikansi 5 % dab db = 6. Hasil penelitian: 1.) nilai t-hitung = 0,07 < t-tabel = 2,23 ini berarti tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan, 2.) hasil rata-rata metode down the line volley = 28,25 dan volley against the fence= 28,17, maka metode down the line volley dan metode volley against the fence memberikan hasil yang sama terhadap kemampuan volley pada atlet tenis club Widyatama Slawi Tegal tahun 2015. This study used an experimental method with macthing by subject design. Data retrieved through the pre-test and post-test. Population using Widyatama tennis club athletes tegal amounted to 12 players and a sample of 12 players taken with the technique total population. The independent variable are the volleys methods with Down The Line Volleys and Volleys Against The Fence, and the dependent variable is the volley ability. The instrument use a modified Timmer and Hansley with levels of validity and reliability 0.958 0.842. Analysis of data using short formula t test with significance of 5% db = 6. Abstract

Background: In Indonesia, approximately 35.5% of children under five years old were stunted. Stunting is related to shorter adult stature, poor cognition and educational performance, low adult wages, lost productivity, and higher risk of nutrition-related chronic disease. The aim of this study was to identify parental socio-demographic risk factors of declined linear growth in children younger than 2 years old.Methods: This was a cohort-prospective study between August 2012 and May 2014 at three primary community health care centers (Puskesmas) in Jakarta, Indonesia, namely Puskesmas Jatinegara, Mampang, and Tebet. Subjects were healthy children under 2 years old, in which their weight and height were measured serially (at 6–11 weeks old and 18–24 months old). The length-for-age based on those data was used to determine stature status. The serial measurement was done to detect growth pattern. Parental socio-demographic data were obtained from questionnairesResults: From the total of 160 subjects, 14 (8.7%) showed declined growth pattern from normal to stunted and 10 (6.2%) to severely stunted. As many as 134 (83.8%) subjects showed consistent normal growth pattern. Only 2 (1.2%) showed improvement in the linear growth. Maternal education duration less than 9 years (RR=2.60, 95% CI=1.23–5.46; p=0.02) showed statistically significant association with declined linear growth in children.Conclusion: Mother with education duration less than 9 years was the determining socio-demographic risk factor that contributed to the declined linear growth in children less than 2 years of age.

Abstract

Basic immunization coverage in Indonesia in 2013 was still low (59.2%) (IBHS, 2013). Physicians? attitude and practice were among the determinant factors of a successful immunization program. This survey aimed to describe general practitioner?s (GP) and pediatrician?s attitude towards immunization and its coverage  in private practices. This cross-sectional study was performed by distributing questionnaires consisting of 5 items on opinion and 10 items on immunization practices to 100 respondents in November 2014. Completed questionnaires were obtained from 29 GPs and 65 pediatricians. Most respondents considered that the Expanded Program in Immunization vaccine should be given. First dose of hepatitis B vaccine was mostly given in the first 12 hours after birth (90% GPs and 74% pediatricians). Oral polio vaccine was mostly given shortly before hospital discharge (65% of GPs and 81% pediatricians) while the DTwP-HB-Hib vaccine were given by 27% of GPs and 21% of pediatricians to >75% patients. Pneumococcal, rotavirus, hepatitis A, typhoid, and influenza vaccines were provided by less than 25% GPs and pediatricians, except for the influenza vaccine which was provided by 31% pediatricians. MMR vaccine was given to >75% patients by 16% of GPs and 29% of pediatricians. This pilot survey of immunization practice in private setting might be the first study in Indonesia that this can be considered as a preliminary report of immunization in private setting. Further studies need to be done, especially regarding problems in immunization in private practices. Key words: Attitude, general practitioners, immunization practice, private setting, pediatriciansGambaran Praktek Imunisasi Dokter Umum dan Dokter Spesialis Anak di Praktek SwastaRiset Kesehatan Dasar 2013 melaporkan bahwa cakupan imunisasi Indonesia masih rendah (59,2%). Sikap dan praktik imunisasi dokter merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui sikap dokter dan cakupan imunisasi di praktik swasta. Penelitian potong lintang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner tentang sikap dan praktik imunisasi kepada responden, yaitu 29 dokter umum (DU) dan 65 dokter spesialis anak (DA) pada bulan November 2014. Mayoritas responden berpendapat bahwa vaksin program pengembangan imunisasi harus diberikan. Vaksin hepatitis B dosis I mayoritas diberikan dalam 12 jam setelah lahir (90% oleh DU dan 74% oleh DA). Vaksin polio oral mayoritas diberikan sebelum pulang perawatan (65% oleh DU dan 81% oleh DA), Vaksin DTwP-HB-Hib diberikan oleh 27% DU dan 21% DA kepada ?75% pasien. Penggunaan vaksin pneumokokus, rotavirus, hepatitis A, tifoid dan influenza pada >75% pasien adalah kurang dari 25%, kecuali vaksin influenza, yaitu 31% digunakan oleh DA. Pemberian vaksin MMR pada >75% pasien dilakukan oleh 16% DU dan 29% DA.  Penelitian imunisasi pada praktik swasta ini mungkin  merupakan laporan yang pertama dipublikasi di Indonesia. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengetahui hambatan imunisasi di praktik swasta.Kata kunci: Cakupan imunisasi, dokter,  imunisasi, praktik, spesialis

Abstract

Problem: Is there any influence of exercise backhand drive groundstrokes with Modified method Two On One and methods Rhythm Drill on the ability backhand groundstrokes drive? Which drive backhand groundstrokes exercise is better between method Modified Two On One with Rhythm Drill on the ability backhand groundstrokes drive?This type of quantitative research with the experimental method. The research sample Club men's tennis player Phapros 2016 amounted to 10 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. data analysis using paried sample t test using SPSS version 16.Research outputs obtained: 1) The value t, -3965, 0.017 significance value of &lt;0.05 and t value 3.000, 0.040 significance value &lt;0.05 then there are differences in the effects of exercise backhand drive groundstrokes with Modified method Two On One and methods Rhythm Drill on the ability backhand drive groundstrokes in tennis club Phapros Semarang 2016; 2) the mean of the experimental group of 22,800 is greater than the control group mean of 18,700, exercise training methods backhand groundstrokes drive two on one groundstrokes better than Rhythm Drill training methods on the ability of tennis on a tennis backhand drive Clubs son Phapros Semarang 2016.Concluded there are significant practice backhand groundstrokes drive using Modified Two On One and methods Rhythm Drill in men's tennis player Phapros Clubs Year 2016.
