Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan Google Classroom dikalangan mahasiswa untuk belajar. Sampel data dari penelitian diambil dari responden yang mengisi kuisoiner dari Google Classroom yang telah dipersiapkan. Kemudian pengujian validitas data dari hasil kuisioner ini menggunakan software smart-PLS, yang mana data hasil software tersebut akan digunakan sebagai pengukuran tingkat penerimaan Google Classroom di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Mulawarman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerimaan platform belajar online Google Classroom diterima dengan baik oleh mahasiswa, terbukti dari manfaat, kemudahan, penerimaan, penggunaan dan dalam situasi asli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh rasio Earning per Share (EPS) dan Return on Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham perusahaan makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode kuartalan tahun 2020-2021 di masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan nilai perusahaan yaitu rasio Price to Book Value (PBV) sebagai variabel moderasi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu laporan keuangan Q1 hingga Q3, laporan tahunan perusahaan makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia, serta historis harga saham perusahaan. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 76 perusahaan dan 19 sampel perusahaan dengan 152 sampel laporan keuangan. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Analysis Regression (MRA) dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio EPS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, rasio ROE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, rasio PBV tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan EPS dan harga saham, dan rasio PBV mampu memoderasi hubungan ROE dan harga saham dengan efek memperkuat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility  and  good  corporate  governance  towards  the  firm's  value,  and  to  test profitability in moderating the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure and good corporate governance towards the firm's value. The research method used is multiple linear regression method for the first model and absolute residual value test for the second model with moderating variabel. Classical assumption test in this research consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorellacy test. The result of this research shows that corporate social responsibility effects the firm's  value  insignificantly and good corporate governance negatively  effects the firm's value whilst profitability is not a moderating variable in the connection between corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance with firm's value. It is caused by some factors including investor’s consideration before doing some investment in the go publiccompanies which is various and doesn’t consider the corporate social responsibility or good corporate governance from the company. Key Words        :   Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Firm's Value, Profitability.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of financial leverage, company size and sales volatility which is proxied by Agency Theory. The populations in this study are trading, service and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total sample of 42 companies. The analysis of the study uses multiple regressions. We find several results showed that financial leverage and company size had a positive and significant effect on earnings persistence. Furthermore, sales volatility had a positive but not significant effect on earning persistence. Moreover, the study suggests adding other variables that are closely related to earnings persistence. It also suggests increasing the period of years, samples and objects of research in addition to trading companies, services and investments in order to obtain better results.

Abstract

We are working on a research design that explores the experiences of Accounting Lecturers throughout Indonesia, how they experience learning online in the field of Accounting. Accounting has its characteristics in the learning process. Accounting is a combination of deepening thinking intelligence, use of mathematical logic, and expertise in preparing financial reports. We use a Qualitative paradigm with a Complex Phenomenology approach, combining in-depth interviews to gather information on several informants while distributing survey questionnaires. The results show various problems that arise in online learning. We have examined high-stress levels separately what triggers stress and what are the factors that can relieve stress. The contribution of this work is certainly useful for universities to design accounting learning systems to reduce various weaknesses and problems that arise.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini guna dapat mengidentifikasi hasil belajar siswa yangdiajarkan dengan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan MinatBelajar. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian eksperimen, masalah pada penelitian iniyakni minimnya hasil belajar proses bisnis siswa kelas X MPLB pada matapelajaran Dasar-dasar Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis. Penelitian inidilakukan di SMK Swasta Budi Agung Medan yang berlokasi di Jl. PlatinaRaya No.7 Rengas Pulau Kec. Medan Marelan, dengan jumlah populasi 78 danjumlah sampel yaitu 26 orang sebanyak 1 kelas. Instrumen yang dipakai gunadapat mengidentifikasi hasil belajar siswa ialah tes berbentuk pilihan bergandasejumlah 25 soal yang setelah di uji validitas menjadi 20 soal, kemudian diujireliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran juga uji daya beda tes. Teknik analisis data yangdipakai yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis dengan memakairumus uji t. penelitian ini dibuat hanya di kelas eksperimen dengan penerapanModel pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Minat Belajar.

Abstract

Mengetahui bagaimana siswa yang menerima pembelajaran berdasarkan Model Pembelajaran Small Group Discussion dan Reward Giving menjadi tujuan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimen, permasalahannya adalah guru belum menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang kreatif dan aktif atau menerapkan reward secara konsisten sehingga berdampak pada hasil belajar Office Basics siswa kelas X MPLB. Penelitian yang dilakukan di SMK Negeri 7 Medan ini berjumlah 35 anak yang dipilih sebagai sampel dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 211 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest siswa adalah 60,9 Sedangkan ratarata nilai posttest siswa adalah 75. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatannya mencapai 23%. Data pretest dan posttest mempunyai data yang berdistribusi teratur, sesuai perhitungan normalitas nilai pretest Lhitung < Ltabel, atau 0,125 < 0,150, nilai posttest Lhitung < Ltabel atau 0,117 < 0,15. Pada taraf signifikansi 95%, uji homogen menghasilkan data dengan fhitung sebesar 1,4137 dan ftabel sebesar 1,89. Artinya data pretest dan postes homogen atau mempunyai varian yang sama, jika fhitung < ftabel yaitu 1,4137 < 1,89. Dengan thitung masing-masing sebesar 18,86 dan ttabel sebesar 1,668 maka data tersebut digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Karena thitung > ttabel atau 18,86>1,668 pada taraf signifikansi 95%, dan dk = n1 + n2 – 2 = 36+36- 2 = 70, maka ditetapkan Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar; Model Pembelajaran Small Group Discussion; Pembelajaran Reward.

Abstract

This writing aims to investigate the significant role of mobile applications in transforming the paradigm of business and consumer services in the context of the digital era. The primary focus is on the impact of mobile applications on the business strategies of companies and the consumer experience. The research reveals how the adoption of mobile applications can enhance the operational efficiency of companies, accelerate responses to market changes, and establish more direct interactions with consumers. The study's findings indicate that consumers experience smoother interactions, improved service accessibility, and the formation of stronger loyalty through mobile applications. The conclusion of this study underscores the importance of a deep understanding of the crucial role of mobile applications in shaping the future of responsive, efficient, and innovative business and consumer services.

Abstract

The use of technology not only enhances people's desire to purchase products but also serves as a communication tool that aids customers in fulfilling their needs. One highly beneficial digital technology for marketing is Augmented Reality (AR). AR elevates competitive advantages. However, there are several challenges impeding the adoption of AR technology. Therefore, it is crucial to identify both the difficulties and opportunities in marketing that leverage AR. The objective of this research is to provide an overview of the various challenges and opportunities presented by AR technology to garner attention in marketing communication and to evaluate the future prospects of this technology. A systematic qualitative literature review was conducted on eight publications from 2018 to 2020. This study identified two challenges and four prospects for AR technology in this context.

Abstract

This research explores the change in interest in listening to Radio rather than Podcasts and assesses what factors support the change in interest in listening. The research was conducted to understand how technological developments such as digital audio platforms, and the integration of social media platforms affect the distribution of audio content such as podcasts. The researchers analyzed how these platforms affect audience, user engagement and monetization of audio content. Explored consumer behavior, listening habits, and audience preferences especially within Generation Z in relation to radio and podcasts. Researchers studied how factors such as content type, delivery style, and speed of access influence interest in listening to podcasts and online radio stations. Explore the extent to which the availability of digital audio content such as podcasts and online radio affects listener satisfaction. Researchers studied the factors that influence content selection, suitability to audience interests and listeners' response to the content presented. The trend of commodities with different purposes coming together to produce a single, multipurpose good or service is known as technological convergence, and it is a growing phenomenon that is changing the commercial landscape. Recent technological advancements have come to the attention of all human beings. The pursuit of convergence is accelerating market transformation and the creation of innovative products and services for increasingly perceptive and discerning customers. It is from this Media Convergence that research was conducted to investigate the impact of recent technologies such as on-demand audio, streaming platforms, and podcast monetization on the radio and podcast industry as a whole.
