Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the hangout lifestyle and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at the Gondang coffee retjeh shop. This study uses a quantitative method with a total sample of 96 respondents using incidental sampling technique. The data collection method uses an online questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the hangout lifestyle partially influences purchasing decisions (Sig 0.000 < 0.05, and tcount 5.928 > ttable 1.989) and word of mouth partially influences purchasing decisions (sig 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 4.909 > ttable 1.989). Hangout lifestyle and word of mouth simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at Gondang coffee retjeh shop (sig 0.000 <0.05 and fcount 202,354 > ftable 3.09).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Green Innovation on environmentally sensitive performance. Green Innovation includes the sub-dimensions of green product innovation and green process innovation, while environmentally sensitive performance. has two sub-dimensions as environmental performance and competitive adventage. The sample of this research is batik SMEs in East Java that apply Green Innovation. The sample size is 221 batik SMEs which was carried out by random sampling technique. The results of testing the hypothesis through the Pearson Correlation data analysis technique show that there is a significant relationship between green innovation and environmental performance. In addition, green innovation also affects environmental performance and competitive adventage. The effect of green innovation on environmental performance was found to be higher than competitive adventage. This study reveals that, batik SMEs that apply green innovation receive positive perceptions and opinions from various groups, especially consumers who are fanatical about batik products that have a high level of environmental concern.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction in the JDM PROJECT printing business. This study used a quantitative method with a total sample of 96 respondents using incidental sampling technique. The data collection method uses an online questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with data processing tools in the form of the IBM SPSS 21 program. The results show that product quality partially affects consumer satisfaction (Sig 0.000 <0.05, and t count 3.056 > t table 1.989) and price partially affect consumer satisfaction (sig 0.000 <0.05 and t count 6.192 > t table 1.989). Product quality and price simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction in the JDM PROJECT printing business (sig 0.000 <0.05 and f count 22.075 > f table 3.09).

Abstract

This empirical study tests the hypothesis using a questionnaire survey to explore the positive influence of green motives on green product innovation performance on environmentally friendly batik SMEs in East Java. This study examines instrumental, relational, and moral motives and reveals that motives instrumental is a stronger driver than moral motives, while relational motives have no significant effect. Interesting hypothesis test results in this research, sEmpirically, if studied, there is a lack of understanding among stakeholders in detail about environmentally friendly batik that meets standards, especially for communities living in batik SME centers. There is a lack of strong social legitimacy in the environment around batik SMEs. This causes the weakness of batik SMEs to gain competitiveness in national and international markets. However SMEs have a fairly high level of concern for the environment without the support of stakeholders. This study also determines that moral motives have a positive influence on environmentally friendly product innovation performance. This research suggests that environmentally friendly batik SMEs must continue to develop green products so that the business they run can be sustainable and balanced with environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Financial performance is an effort made by companies to measure their success in generating profits. This study aims to examine the impact of firm size, sales growth, and capital structure on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2023. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, with a population of 99 companies. The data used is quantitative, sourced from financial statements published on the official IDX website. The analytical technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that firm size does not affect financial performance; sales growth has a significant impact on financial performance; and capital structure has a significant impact on financial performance.

Abstract

UD. Mekar is a snack producer known for its popular brand “2Koki Ikan Tengiri,” renowned for its high-quality and savory mackerel fish crackers. Although operating as a home-based industry, UD. Mekar holds significant potential to reach broader markets. This community service initiative involved lectures, discussions, and Q&A sessions focusing on two crucial aspects: employee performance improvement and business risk analysis. The results indicate that employees demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm toward becoming professional workers, despite being in the home industry sector. However, their understanding of business risk remains limited to technical aspects, highlighting the need for broader risk awareness, including operational, financial, and marketing risks. This activity serves as an initial step toward formulating strategies for enhancing employee performance, implementing risk mitigation, and planning for continuous training. The strategic approach is expected to strengthen UD. Mekar's competitiveness and support the national market expansion of its products.

Abstract

Dalam dunia investasi, nilai perusahaan dianggap sebagai acuan penting yang memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan, sementara profitabilitas sering kali diposisikan sebagai faktor penentu utama dari nilai tersebut. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana profitabilitas berdampak pada nilai perusahaan dengan memperhatikan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel yang berpotensi memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Studi ini mengambil sampel dari perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks IDX Quality 30 selama periode 2021–2023. Metodologi yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), dengan total 60 data observasi dari 20 perusahaan yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwasannya ROA tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara ROE terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Ukuran perusahaan tidak memiliki efek moderasi terhadap hubungan ROA dengan nilai perusahaan, namun dapat memperlemah pengaruh ROE terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwasannya dampak profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan tidak bersifat mutlak dan bisa berubah tergantung pada kondisi internal perusahaan, seperti ukuran. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya memperkaya kajian literatur keuangan tetapi juga menyediakan masukan praktis bagi investor dan manajer dalam mengambil keputusan strategis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek literasi ekonomi dan modal berwirausaha pedagang kaki lima di kawasan lapangan merdeka kota Watampone Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data diatas bahwa aspek literasi para pedagang kaki lima dikawasan lapangan merdeka kota Watampone Sulawesi Selatan merupakan masih rendah dan hal tersebut yang menyebabkan usaha tidak berkembang signifikan, dengan asumsi bahwa pendidikan yang lebih baik akan memberikan pengetahuan para pedagang kaki lima dalam mengelola usaha. Sedangkan dalam hal modal kewirausahaan menunjukkan bahwa modal yang disiapkan masih rendah sehingga tidak dapat melakukan inovasi dalam berbisnis. Alasan utama yang paling banyak ditemukan karena sebagian besar tidak ingin melanjutkan pekerjaan dalam perusahaan.

Abstract

CSR is one of the company's initiatives as a form of responsibility in overcoming social disparities and environmental impacts arising from the company's operational activities. CSR disclosure is generally found in the company's sustainability report. The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is a relationship between GCG (with measurements of the audit committee and independent commissioners), liquidity, and company size with CSR disclosure at PT Pertamina (Persero). The data used are secondary data from the sustainability report of PT Pertamina (Persero) from 2018 to 2023 which are accessed through the company's website. The research method applied is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22 software for data analysis. The results of the study indicate that GCG, liquidity, and company size do not have a significant effect on CSR disclosure at PT Pertamina (Persero)
