Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang peran kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 28 kepala sekolah pada Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah se-DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa kepala sekolah dapat mengelola sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru dengan model dan strategi yang dibangun dalam rangkan mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. dimensi atau indikator kepemimpinan instruksional yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja mengajar guru adalah mengembangkan misi dan tujuan peningkatan kurikulum sekolah, pengembangan komunitas belajar profesional, mengembangkan lingkungan kerja dan mempromosikan iklim pembelajaran akademik.

Abstract

Student interaction in learning activities shows a lack of cooperation, mutual taunting between students, not listening during group work, and not standing in line to collect assignments. This situation shows the low social competence of the students. The local wisdom of  umma kalada among the Loura aborigines contains the value of social skills as a guide to help students who still have low social skills. The research aimed to improve the social skills of Class IVa SDK Bali Loura students by implementing the local wisdom of  umma kalada. Qualitative research with class action research methods is used as the research design. Action research was carried out according to the spiral model of Kemmis and Taggart in three cycles, with the cycle phases consisting of planning, implementation of the action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques through observation, learning outcomes tests and interviews. The data is analyzed to obtain individual and classic completeness scores. Results showed that social skills increased from Cycles I to III in terms of knowledge, attitudes and skills, and psychomorphically. It was concluded that the students' social skills were improved through the application of  umma kalada's local wisdom. Interaksi siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran menunjukkan kurangnya kerja sama, saling mengejek antar siswa, tidak saling mendengarkan saat kerja kelompok dan tidak mengantri saat mengumpulkan tugas. Situasi tersebut menunjukkan rendahnya keterampilan sosial siswa. Kearifan lokal  umma kalada pada masyarakat adat Loura mengandung nilai keterampilan sosial sebagai pedoman dalam membantu siswa yang masih rendah keterampilan sosial. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa kelas IVa SDK Bali Loura dengan mengimplementasikan kearifan lokal  umma kalada. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan kelas. Penelitian tindakan dilakukan menggunakan model spiral dari Kemmis dan Taggart sebanyak tiga siklus, dengan tahapan siklus berpua perencanaan (plan), pelaksanaan tindakan (act), pengamatan (observe), dan refleksi (reflect). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, Tes hasil belajar dan wawancara. Data dianalis untuk mendapatkan nilai ketuntasan individual dan klasikal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan sosial baik dari aspek pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan atau spikomorik dari siklus I hingga III. Dengan demikian disimpulkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan sosial siswa dengan munggunakan kearifan lokal  umma kalada.

Abstract

Public awareness is one of the most important parts of a city development process. This awareness is part of the form of public response to a policy. One of them is the use of bus transportation. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of public awareness in using public transportation services, especially DAMRI buses. Also, to find out the role of the Bandung branch of the DAMRI branch. The research is motivated by the level of congestion that is increasing every year, and the use of city buses as public transportation in the city of Bandung is decreasing. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study method, and data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results showed that the level of public awareness in the use of public transportation services in Bandung was still lacking because the awareness that arises from each person can change according to his conditions and environment. Lack of public understanding of facility utilization, also the lack of attractiveness of service providers is one of the factors influencing the use of public transportation. This requires the role and encouragement of various parties, namely the City Government, City and Provincial Transportation Office, Bandung Branch of Perum DAMRI, the community, and other parties together, as an effort to raise public awareness of the use of public transportation services in Bandung

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena persaingan yang semakin tinggi antara perguruan tinggi negeri dan perguruan tinggi swasta pasca perubahan status menjadi BHMN yang kemudian berubah menjadi BLU. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan prinsip-prinsip good university governance terhadap citra serta implikasinya pada peningkatan keunggulan bersaing perguruan tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode explanatory survey. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling systematic random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaam, observasi, dan angket. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program Lisrel. Hasil penelitian dan temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penerapan Good University Governance pada Perguruan Tinggi Negeri yang berstatus BHMN di Jawa Barat masih rendah, (2) Gambaran mengenai citra perguruan tinggi negeri berstatus BHMN di Jawa Barat yang terdiri dari reputation, personality, ethics/value dan corporate identity dinilai masih kurang baik, (3) Gambaran mengenai keunggulan bersaing Perguruan Tinggi negeri berstatus BHMN di Jawa Barat yang terdiri dari dimensi superior asset, superior capabilities dan superior control dinilai lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan Perguruan Tinggi lainnya, (4) Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan Good University Governance yang diterapkan oleh masing-masing perguruan tinggi yang terdiri dari dimensi participation, rule of law, transparency, responsiveness, consensus oriented, equity inclusiveness, effectivenessefficiency serta accountability,berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra yang meliputi dimensi reputation, personality, ethics/value dan corporate identity, (5) Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan Good university Governance yang diterapkan oleh masing-masing perguruan tinggi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, (6) Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Citra berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing.  This research is motivated by the phenomenon of higher competition between public universities and private universities post-change status to BHMN which then turned into a BLU. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the application of the principles of good university governance and its implications on the image of the increase in the college 's competitive advantage. This research is descriptive and explanatory survey verification method. The sample size in this study were 400 respondents drawn using systematic random sampling technique sampling. Data was collected through kepustakaam study, observation , and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is Structural Equation Model ( SEM ) with Lisrel program. The results of the research and findings of the study indicate that (1) Application of Good University Governance in the Public Universities in West Java BHMN status is low, (2) A description of the image of the state university status in West Java BHMN consisting of reputation , personality , ethics / values and corporate identity still unwell, (3) A description of the country 's competitive advantage status BHMN universities in West Java which consists of superior asset dimensions , superior capabilities and superior control was rated lower than other universities, (4) this study showed that the application of the Good University Governance implemented by each college consists of dimensions participation, rule of law, transparency, responsiveness, consensus oriented, equity and inclusiveness, effectiveness and efficiency and accountability , positive and significant effect on the image which includes the dimensions of reputation , personality, ethics/values and corporate identity, (5) this study shows that the implementation of good university governance applied by each college and a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, (6) this study shows that the positive and significant impact image to excellence compete.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the infrastructure development of vocational education programs and the role of leadership and management in accordance with the demands of the workforce. The research applied qualitative method and was conducted at a state Polytechnic in Bandung with participants from the leadership, Study Programs, lecturers and instructors. The results of the study indicated that infrastructure development and the role of leadership and management had been carried out well to meet the needs of the workforce. However, management in the program of recruiting educators from industries and cooperation with other parties in the development of facilities needed an improvement.
