Abstract

Latar belakang : Kesehatan merupakan faktor penting dalam kehidupan. Lingkungan dan pola hidup masyarakat yang kurang sehat membuat masyarakat rentan terhadap penyakit, salah satunya ISPA. Dalam meminimalkan komplikasi dari ISPA diperlukan Pengetahuan, Kualitas Interaksi, Dukungan Keluarga, dan Sikap sehingga pasien patuh menjalani pengobatannya. Tujuan penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Pengetahuan, Kualitas Interaksi, Dukungan Keluarga, dan Sikap dengan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi obat pada penderita ISPA di Puskesmas Ngaglik I Sleman Februari 2017. Metode penelitian: Desain penelitian ini adalah correlational dengan pendekatan cross sectional dilakukan di Puskesmas Ngaglik I Sleman tanggal 27 Februari-05 Maret 2017. Jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling sehingga mendapatkan 81 responden. Alat ukur menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian : Analisis bivariate dengan uji Spearman Rank dan anilasa multivariate menggunakan analisis Regresi Logistic Ordinal menunjukkan kualitas interaksi mempunyai peluang dan pegaruh paling tinggi terhadap kepatuhan minum obat dengan nilai signifkasi sebesar 0,01. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan secara bersama-sama antara pengetahuan, kualitas interaksi, dukungan keluarga, dan sikap dengan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi obat ISPA di puskesmas Ngaglik I Sleman. Saran : Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti tentang peranan tenaga kesehatan dengan tingkat kepatuhan pasien mengkonsumsi obat ISPA Kata kunci : pengetahuan, kualitas interaksi, dukungan keluarga, sikap, kepatuhan mengkonsumsi obat, ISPA

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Bertambahnya masalah gangguan jiwa diperlukan peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan terutama keperawatan. Penanganan gangguan jiwa diperlukan sikap caring yaitu memberikan perhatian terhadap seseorang. Salah satu cerminan sikap caring adalah berkomunikasi dengan baik. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Persepsi, Motivasi, dan Gaya kepemimpinan Dengan Sikap Caring Perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Jawa Tengah 2018. Metode Penelitian : Desain penelitian ini adalah correlation dengan pendekatan cross sectional dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Jawa Tengah tanggal 11 Mei 2018 – 4 Juni 2018. Jumlah sampel menggunakan Tehnik Purposive sampling yaitu 70 responden. Alat ukur kuesioner. Analisis bivariate menggunakan uji Somers’d. Hasil Penelitian : Persepsi p-value<? (0,035<0,05), Motivasi p-value>? (0,080>0,05), gaya Kepemimpinan p-value<? (0,043<0,05) dan analisa multivariat menggunakan analisis Regresi Berganda 4 Variabel, tidak terdapat hubungan secara partial maupun simultan antara persepsi, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan dengan sikap caring. Kesimpulan :Terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dengan sikap caring perawat, tidak ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan sikap caring perawat, ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan sikap caring perawat di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Jawa Tengah. Saran : Hasil penelitian bagi Stikes Bethesda, dapat dijadikan refrensi tambahan tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap caring perawat. Kata Kunci : persepsi, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, caring ABSTRACT Background : Caring is giving attention to others. One reflection of caring is to maintain good communication. In mental nursing, maintaining a good communication is a key of successful mental nursing care practice. Caring can be influenced by nurses, in terms of perception and motivation and it can also be influenced by unit manager’s leadership style. Objective : To know the correlation between perception, motivation and leadership style with caring attitude of nurses in RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Central Java in 2018. Method : It was a correlation research with cross sectional approach done in RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Central Java in 11th May – 4th June 2018. The sample was 70 respondents taken with total sampling technique. Data was collected with questionnaire. Analysis was done with Kendall’s Tau test. Result : The result shows df 3, p-value > ? (0,388>0,05), (0,170>0,05), (0,725>0,05) and multivariate analysis with 4 variable multiple regression shows there is no correlation either partially or simultaneously between perception, motivation, leadership style to caring attitude. Conslusion: There is no correlation between perception, motivation and leadership style with caring attitude of nurses in RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Central Java in 2018. Suggestion : This research can be an additional reference about factors that influence caring attitude of nurses. Keyword : perception, motivation, leadership style, caring

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pendidikan keperawatan bertujuan mempersiapkan mahasiswa keperawatan untuk menjadi lulusan yang mampu memberikan pelayanan keperawatan yang profesional dan berkualitas, termasuk dalam praktik klinik pelayanan mahasiswa kepada pasien. Clinical Instructor (CI)/ pembimbing klinik mempunyai peran yang penting dalam proses pembimbingan mahasiswa keperawatan. Khususnya bagi mahasiswa keperawatan yang sedang menjalani program pendidikan profesi ners. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik clinical instructor dengan Indeks Prestasi Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Profesi Ners. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan design deskriptif korelasi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling sejumah 55 responden. Hasil: karakteristik Clinical Instructor paling banyak adalah dalam kategori sangat baik dengan jumlah 52 responden (94,54%) dan sebagian besar pesponden memperolah IPK kategori Cumlaude dengan jumlah 52 responden (94,54%). Uji Analisis Bivariate Kendal Tau menunjukkan bahwa hasil p-value = 0,672 > ? = 0,05. Kesimpulan: tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara karakteristik Clinical Instructor dengan nilai Indeks Prestasi Komuliatif Mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Ners. Saran: Penelitian lebih jauh tentang topik ini dengan metode kualitatif mungkin dapat dilakukan untuk semakin memperkaya pengetahuan. Abstract

Background:Nursing services in the hospital is one of the determinants factors of quality care. Nurses are not only responsible for the nursing implementations but also for a comprehensive patients care. Survey on the implementation of nursing care has shown a less accordance with the real implementation, and nurse job satisfaction survey has reported that 16.25% of them are not satisfied with their job. Methods:This study was using cross sectional approach population. 73 nurses with Diploma degree were included as respondents. The questionnaire, documentation, and observation were used in this study. Data analyzed with Logistic Regression. Results: In terms of motivation wald coefficient was 4,811 ( p=0,028 ) Discipline wald coefficient was 4.537, (p=0.033). Conclusion:Based on the result, there is an effect of discipline, on the nursing performance in terms of nursing care delivery.

Abstract

ABSTRACT An overview of an Aniexty of Patient’s Family in  Emergency Room of Panti Rini Hospital Yogyakarta in June 2020. Background : Anxiety is an uncertain and spreading concern related to feeling of uncertainty and helplessness. The use of the word “Emergency” can effect the fearness and worriness on patient and family. The patient’s family can adapt with the situation dan often ask for the information about the intervention and prognosis. Objective:  To know the level of anxiety in patient’s family in Emergency Room. Research Method :  This was a quantitative research with descriptive non experimental method. The sample was 39  patient’s family taken with non  probability accidental sampling that was started in 08-21 June 2020 in Emergency Room of Panti Rini Hospital Yogyakarta.Result :  The result of this research shows 38 respondents (97,4) experience moderate anxiety in state anxiety, and 33 respondents (84,6 %) experience moderate anxiety in trait anxiety.  Conclusion :  Based on the data analysis in this research, it can be concluded that the level of anxiety in  patient’s family in Emergency Room Panti Rini  Hospital Yogyakarta in June 2020  are most of the 38 respondents (97,4) experienced the moderate anxiety in state anxiety and 33 ( 84,6%) experienced moderate anxiety in trait anxiety. Suggestion: This research can be used as an information about the anxiety of patient’s family in Emergency Room of Panti Rini Hospital Yogyakarta and increase the nursing services as a motivation in giving the service to the patient and family.   Key word: Anxiety, Patient’s family in Emergency Room.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit salah satu faktor penentu kualitas pelayanan, perawat bertanggung jawab terhadap klien secara holistik. Survey pelaksanaan Asuhan keperawatan pada pendokumentasian kurang sesuai dengan pelaksanaan tindakan, dan survey tentang kepuasan kerja perawat ada 16,25 % mengatakan tidak puas. Metode: Survey, cross sectional, populasi perawat pelaksana, sampel 73 orang, DI keperawatan, pengumpulan data dengan Angket, dokumentasi dan observasi, analisa data dengan regressi logistic. Hasilnya : Disiplin koefisien wald 4,537 signifikansi 0,033 sehingga terdapat pengaruh antara disiplin dengan kinerja perawat, variabel Penghargaan koefisien wald 5,640, signifikansi 0,018 sehingga terdapat pengaruh variabel penghargaan dengan kinerja perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan. Kesimpulan: Disiplin, dan penghargaan berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan kinerja perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Covid 19 menyebabkan kritis kesehatan global dengan meningkatnya jumlah orang yang terinfeksi dan meninggal setiap hari. Perawat berisiko lebih tinggi terinfeksi, beban kerja perawat yang kompleks dimana tingginya lonjakan jumlah pasien. Perawat bekerja dengan kewaspadaan yang lebih dari sebelumnya dan harus menggunakan alat pelindung diri berlapis sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan yang berlaku. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan tingkat stress perawat masa pandemi COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Myria Palembang Sumatera Selatan tahun 2021. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini perawat ruang Asisi Rumah Sakit Myria Palembang Sumatera Selatan yang berjumlah 30 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis bivariat menggunakan spearman rank. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil uji statistik Spearman Rank didapatkan nilai p-value (0,001) < ? (0,05) yang berarti ada hubungan beban kerja dengan tingkat stress perawat masa pandemi COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Myria Palembang Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2021 dengan tingkat keeratan kuat yaitu Correlation Coefficient (C) = 0,557. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan beban kerja dengan tingkat stress masa pandemi COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Myria Palembang Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2021. Abstract

ABSTRACT Farmers' Behavior on the Empowerment and Development of Animal Agribusiness The Empowerment and Development of Agribusiness at Lembaga Mandiri yang Mengakar di Masyarakat (LM3) is a government program to make agriculture resilient, increasing added value and competitiveness of products, and improving the welfare of farmers. This study aims to assess the behavior of farmers towards the empowerment and development of agribusiness farms in LM3. The location of the study is determined by using purposive and retrieval methods performed by the method of census respondents. Measurement data using a Likert scale and tabulated based on predetermined criteria. Further data analysis descriptive. By using descriptive analysis, it was found that the farmers behavior of the program in the category of middle, by achieving a score of 54.61%. This is due to a lack of seriousness of both parties in implementing program. Therefore, it is suggested that the monitoring of each month from the Department of Animal Husbandry and sustainable development of the program. Abstract

Abstract Farmers Perception on the Quality of Field Agricultural Extension Services (A Case in Subak of Durentaluh, Belimbing Village, Pupuan Sub-district, Tabanan Regency) Extension services can be a means of effective policies to promote agricultural development in a situation where farmers are not able to achieve their goals. Extension activities in agricultural development act as a bridge that connects between the practice run by farmers and their knowledge and technology that are always evolving. The purpose of this study was to analyze the farmers' perceptions of the service quality of the PPL and to analyze the obstacles encountered by the PPL in carrying out their duties in Subak of Durentaluh, Belimbing Village, Pupuan Sub-district, Tabanan Regency. This study used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of farmers' perceptions of the service quality of PPL in Subak of Durentaluh in Belimbing Village was of good category, by achieving an average score of 4.15 (82.90% of the maximum score).The constraints faced the PPL in implementing the basic tasks were most dominantly concerned with technical aspects. Extension tools owned are extremely minimal, only using white board, markers, and print out materials. It is expected that the PPL is able and selective to encourage farmers to apply appropriate innovations in order to prove the recommended innovation successful if applied. It is necessary to have attention from the government to provide the availability of supporting facilities to make the extension services more optimal.

Abstract

The role of social capital in the Werdi Gopala Farmer Group has not been maximally carried out in developing the network of plant formalin marketing, so it needs to be studied by using trust, social network, social norm, and cooperation. The purpose was to determine the role of social capital in building a marketing network of formalin of lamtoro plant and to find out the obstacles encountered in plant formalin market. This research was conducted in the Pucaksari Village, Busungbiu Sub-District, Buleleng Regency, Bali. The findings showed that the role of social capital in establishing farmer group-based marketing network of plant formalin in the case of Werdi Gopala Farmer Group of Pucaksari Village is classified in the medium category. The role of each indicator of social capital is the role of trust classified in good category. The role of social networks is categorized very poor. The role of social norms is classified as moderate category. The role of cooperation is classified as moderate category. The main obstacle faced by the farmer group in marketing plant formalin is technical aspect which covers condition of equipment that is not productive. The second constraint is from the economic aspect which includes the lack of capital to purchase the equipment used to produce plant formalin, and the absence of plant formalin marketing from the farmer group. Suggestions that can be given is that by improving social network by coaching farmer group to use printed media and social media to market formalin plant assisted by the agricultural extension or students in their community service in Pucaksari Village, increasing cooperation with company in agriculture, adding equipments to produce formalin plant and increasing the capital by submitting a proposal to the government to get equipments or capital aids.
