Abstract

ABSTRAKDengan semakin tingginya mobilitas dan perpindahan manusia dari satu tempat ketempat lain serta sedang ramainya isu tentang Pemanasan global yang diakibatkan oleh Polusi dan efek gas rumah kaca sehingga memerlukan terobosan untuk mengurangi bahan untuk pendingin yang tidak menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan. Salah satu solusi adalah dengan menggunakan Elemen termoelektrik (Peltier) sebagai komponen utama untuk mendinginkan. Perancangan Pendingin menggunakan Peltier serta desain kotak untuk minuman portable. Dan ada beberapa bahan pendukung untuk membuang panas dan serta mengalirkan dingin dari peltier ke dalam kotak tempat minuman yang akan didinginkan. Sistem pendingin termoelektrik ini memiliki kapasitas pendinginan yang terbatas karena kemampuan dari material modul termoelektrik dan juga heatsink yang digunakan. Dalam Tugas akhir ini akan membahas mengenai perancangan pendingin minuman portable menggunakan efek peltier berbasis raspberry Pi dan control suhu menggunakan DHT11 dengan output digital yang bisa terbaca dengan monitor LCD terhubung dengan Raspberry Pi. Suhu dingin yang dihasilkan termoelektrik juga dapat diatur batas suhunya sesuai kapasitas pendinginnya.Kata kunci : Termoelektrik, Raspberry, DHT11,PeltierABSTRACTWith the increasing mobility and movement of people from one place to another and the ongoing issue of global warming caused by pollution and the effects of greenhouse gases, breakthroughs are needed to reduce cooling materials that do not cause environmental damage. One solution is to use a thermoelectric element (Peltier) as the main component for cooling.Cooling design using Peltier and box design for portable drinks. And there are several supporting materials to dissipate heat and also channel cold from the peltier into the box where the drinks will be cooled. This thermoelectric cooling system has a limited cooling capacity due to the capabilities of the thermoelectric module material and also the heatsink used.In this final assignment, we will discuss the design of a portable beverage cooler using a Raspberry Pi-based Peltier effect and temperature control using DHT11 with digital output that can be read with an LCD monitor connected to the Raspberry Pi. The cold temperature produced by thermoelectrics can also be set at a temperature limit according to the cooling capacity.Keywords: Thermoelectric, Raspberry, DHT11, Peltier

Abstract

Kualitas produk merupakan faktor kunci dalam industri manufaktur. Salah satu industri manufaktur yang berkomitmen terhadap peningkatan kualitas produk adalah PT.TII (PT. Toso Industry Indonesia). Saat ini perusahaan menghadapi permasalahan tingkatcacat pada produk bracket yang melebihi standar yang ditetapkan yaitu 2%. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan penelitian dengan metode yang dapat mengurangi tingkat cacat pada produk bracket. Six Sigma adalah metode yangberfokus pada pengendalian kualitas dengan tujuan mencapai cacat sekecil mungkin, sementara FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) merupakan teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi potensi kegagalan dalam prosesproduksi. kombinasi Six Sigma dan FMEA dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam pengendalian kualitas dan peningkatan proses produksi di industri manufaktur bracket. Analisis data dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve,Control) dari Six Sigma yang mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor penyebab cacat. Selanjutnya, FMEA diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi risiko dan prioritas perbaikan yangdiperlukan. Usulan perbaikan diberikan sebagai upaya untuk penurunan jumlah cacat pada produk braket.Kata kunci: Cacat produk, Six Sigma, FMEA

Abstract

Industri Pakaian merupakan industri yang memiliki karakteristik volatilitas tinggi dansulit untuk diprediksi. Banyak industri pakaian yang sering mengalami kelebihan stokpakaian jadi yang pada akhirnya merugi karena dijual dengan harga diskon. Artikel inimembahas aplikasi Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy metode Mamdani dengan tujuan untukmemprediksi jumlah produksi pakaian dalam industri pakaian. Metode inferensi fuzzyMamdani digunakan untuk menangani kondisi industri pakaian yang volatilitasnyatinggi, permintaan yang tidak stabil dan kompleksitas dalam proses prediksi produksipakaian. Studi ini menguraikan langkah-langkah implementasi sistem inferensi fuzzyMamdani, diantaranya adalah pembentukan himpunan fuzzy untuk variabel input danoutput, aplikasi fungsi implikasi, komposisi aturan inferensi fuzzy dan defuzzyfikasi.Penerapan Fuzzy metode mamdani ini menggunakan bantuan software MATLAB.Data produksi pakaian yang diperoleh dari industri pakaian digunakan untuk melatihdan menguji model fuzzy. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem inferensifuzzy metode Mamdani mampu memberikan prediksi jumlah produksi pakaian dengantingkat akurasi 6,22% yang berarti memuaskan. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa penerapan sistem inferensi fuzzy metode Mamdani dapat menjadi alat yangberguna dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait produksi pakaian di industrikreatif fesyenKata kunci: Inferensi Fuzzy , Metode Mamdani, Prediksi, Produksi Pakaian

Abstract

Inventory control is critical because the inability to overcome inventory problems causes unpreparedness to meet consumer demand. MSMEs Bekawan Agro Coconut Sugar, independently around 35% -70%, cannot meet consumers' demand for coconut sugar, so an inventory control model is needed. Inventory control models must integrate with demand forecasting as an inventory control input. This study aims to integrate the demand fore­casting model with the inventory control model. The method used for demand forecasting is ARIMA. The inventory control model uses a modi­fied EOQ hybrid method because coconut sugar products have a shelf life; they also use coconut sap as raw material, which must be processed to prevent fermentation. The research results show that demand forecasting for one year ahead is a total of 10,310.82 Kilograms with an economic lot size of 120 Kilograms and a reorder point when the inventory position is 30 Kilograms. Daily production of 30 kilograms requires 210 litres of coconut sap/per day. The amount of sap needed requires 105 coconut trees / per day. Arrival time of coconut sugar at the storage warehouse every five days. The resulting model can be a solution for sustainable MSMEs.

Abstract

This research is driven by the necessity for effective and high-quality maintenance systems capable of fulfilling rigorous equipment maintenance standards. The purpose of this study was to identify potential failures in an air knocker, evaluate the risk of failure through the Fuzzy FMEA approach, and optimize decision-making using the AHP method. This study was based on theories related to maintenance, Fuzzy FMEA, and AHP. The research methodologies employed comprised a literature review, data analysis, and the application of Expert Choice software to compute weights and ratings according to pertinent criteria. The results showed that the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methods was effective in identifying potential failures, evaluating risks more accurately, and prioritizing optimal corrective actions in the maintenance system. This study suggests that the integration of Fuzzy FMEA and AHP methods can improve risk management and decision-making in maintenance systems. This strategy assists organizations in mitigating the risk of failure, enhancing efficiency, and more effectively addressing process requirements. This methodology enables a more comprehensive examination of risk variables and the efficient management of uncertainties, as well as the decision-making process for assessing the risks associated with air knocker operations.

Abstract

Indonesia is the world’s largest coconut producer, with Indragiri Hilir being one of its major coconut-producing regencies. Despite the extensive coconut plantations in the region, the development of the coconut agroindustry remains underdeveloped. Coconut oil, a high-demand product in international markets, represents a significant opportunity for agroindustrial growth. Effective agroindustrial development requires accurate determination of raw material needs to plan production capacity and ensure efficient operation. Forecasting demand is a critical first step in this process, as it can enhance efficiency, reduce unnecessary raw material stockpiling, and minimise waste. This study aimed to forecast the demand for coconut oil, which is a crucial step for determining raw material requirements in the development of the coconut oil agroindustry. The research integrated ARIMA and mass balance methods. The findings indicated that coconut oil demand was projected to reach 556,749 tons per year from 2025 to 2030, with a corresponding raw material requirement of 4,259,130 tons per year. This study provides valuable insights for both farmer and agroindustry stakeholders in advancing the development of the coconut oil agroindustry. Abstract

Pemilihan dosen teladan merupakan salah satu bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan oleh pimpinan perguruan tinggi terhadap kinerja dosen yang unggul. Proses pemilihan dosen teladan memerlukan penilaian yang cermat dan objektif terhadap berbagai kriteria kinerja dosen. Dalam penelitian ini kriteria kinerja yang digunakan mengacu pada laporan kinerja dosen (LKD) yang terdiri dari bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, serta penilaian perilaku kinerja dosen oleh atasan. Artikel ini mengusulkan pendekatan terintegrasi menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan seleksi dosen teladan. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot dari setiap kriteria evaluasi. Selanjutnya, metode SAW diterapkan untuk menghitung nilai total dari setiap dosen dan menghasilkan peringkat. Berdasarkan hasil pembobotan kriteria menggunakan metode AHP diperoleh bobot kriteria Pendidikan (0.36), Penelitian (0.06), Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (0.05), Penunjang (0.03), Kedisiplinan (0.10), Kerjasama (0.13), Adaptif (0.08), dan Loyalitas (0.19). Bobot kriteria tersebut digunakan dalam metode SAW untuk menghitung nilai akhir dari masing-masing alternatif dosen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa alternatif A3 memiliki nilai tertinggi (0.910) diikuti oleh nilai tertinggi berikutnya yaitu A5 (0.884), dan A4 (0.855). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi AHP dan SAW dapat memberikan hasil yang sistematis, objektif, dan transparan dalam proses pemilihan dosen teladan

Abstract

PT. Braja Mukti Cakra (BMC) is a manufacturing company specialising in engine components, clutches, brakes, axles, and undercarriages for cars and trucks. PT. BMC has 57 process lines, and three of these process lines do not meet the production target based on data from the Production Department for January to August 2022—namely, the Fly Wheel line process, Pressure Plate 2/1, and Pressure Plate 1/1. After calculating the effectiveness value using Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE), there are still many ORE values below 85% or not optimal, and some are in the range of 40% to 60%, indicating the need for further improvement. After being explained using a fishbone diagram, there are four causal factors: humans, machines, materials, and method/tool designs. When the cause of the problem is known, a 5W + 1H analysis is conducted to identify and address the root causes of the issues that arise. So that the performance of the production process in the three is more effective

Abstract

Sunflower agro-industry can potentially be a raw material for vegetable oil from seeds. In Indonesia, sunflower is a vegetable oil that is produced very limitedly. However, inventory planning is needed in the sunflower agro-industry's supply chain system to maximize this potential. At the same time, the sunflower agro-industry does not yet have a formal production and inventory planning system. Production activities are carried out based on the owner's intuition or orders received by the marketing department. The sunflower agro-industry supply chains consist of upstream, midstream, and downstream, but this research focused on the upstream and midstream segments. The upstream supply chain consists of sunflower seeds. Meanwhile, the midstream supply chain consists of sunflower cooking oil with 250 ml, 500 ml, and 1 liter packaging. This research aims to design the inventory planning by determining the economic order quantity using the single order quantity (SOQ) method, safety stock, number of orders, and reorder points. The results obtained in this study are the economic order, number of safety stock, number of orders, reorder points, and reorder points graph for sunflower agro-industry supply chains in 6 months. The upstream stage exhibits higher inventory requirements compared to the midstream. This may be caused by the need to buffer against higher variability in raw material availability. While the midstream inventory planning focuses on maintaining minimal safety stock due to predictable demand.
