Abstract

Jumlah kendaraan bermotor di Indonesia pada tahun 2014 mencapai 114.209.266. Salah satu dampak dari banyaknya penjualan kendaraan bermotor yaitu terjadi peningkatan penjualan spare parts. Jumlah permintaan spare parts yang tinggi mendorong CV.XYZ sebagai perusahaan spareparts bersaing untuk meningkatkan kualitas produknya dalam hal memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. Kalibrasi merupakan salah satu proses untuk mempertahankan fungsi alat ukur sebagaimana mestinya agar produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. ISO 9001:2015 merupakan standar yang dapat membantu perusahaan mencapai kepuasan pelanggan. Perancangan proses order kalibrasi alat ukur dibuat untuk memenuhi ISO 9001:2015 klausul 7.1.5. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini berupa profil, struktur organisasi, job description, data potensi risiko, proses bisnis aktual, dan objektif proses perusahaan. Requirement yang dikumpulkan merupakan requirement ISO 9001:2015 klausul 7.1.5, ISO/IEC 17025:2008 klausul 4.7.1.a mengenai pelayanan laboratorium kalibrasi kepada pelanggan, dan teori persyaratan kalibrasi. Data proses bisnis aktual dan requirement diolah sehingga didapatkan gap, sedangkan dari data potensi risiko didapatkan output berupa risk register. Selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan proses dan hasil rancangan proses kemudian diperbaiki menggunakan metode business process improvement pada tahap apply improvement technique. Usulan proses order kalibrasi alat ukur CV.XYZ dibuat dalam bentuk SOP. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan key performance indicators dan form sebagai rekaman.

Abstract

A concrete step to obtain information is to have a good management information system. For universities, one of the most important information is about alumni or graduate’s feedback. However, the actual management information system in several Bandung’s private university cannot provide the information desired by the department and the tracer studies response rate is far from good. Which means the tracer study process needs to be re-engineered. Thus, this research aims to redesign the business processes by analyzing the “As-Is”. This research found that a good tracer study system needs to build a good relationship with the alumni. So that, this research proposes the key success factor for the effectiveness of tracer studies in Bandung’s private universities. Since the response rate is one of the key indicators of tracer studies, supposed that in order to increasing the response rate. The universities should create good relationships with the alumni since they were in sophomore year with their guardian lecturer and thesis’ promotor. Thus, this reengineered process should be useful in order to increase the tracer studies process productivity that measured by response rate to supports national data collection and comparisons for better education curriculum evaluations.

Abstract

Dengan adanya penyempurnaan versi terbaru ISO 9001 yaitu ISO 9001:2008 menjadi ISO 9001:2015, mengharuskan setiap organisasi memperbaharui dokumen mutunya. Salah satu bentuk dokumen mutu yang diterapkan oleh salah satu organisasi di bidang pendidikan yaitu Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Beberapa perubahan yang juga terjadi di organisasi tersebut menyebabkan fungsi bisnis di dalamnya juga mengalami perubahan, salah satunya pada proses pelatihan untuk pegawai tenaga penunjang akademik (TPA). Proses pelatihan telah didokumentasikan dalam bentuk SOP berdasarkan ISO 9001:2008 serta perlunya dilakukan perbaikan proses dengan menggunakan metode Business Process Improvement (BPI). Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis gap antara requirement ISO 9001:2015 klausul 7.2 dan tahapan pelatihan, membuat risk register sebagai risk based thinking, serta analisis perbaikan proses menggunakan salah satu tahapan dalam metode BPI yaitu Apply Improvement Technique. Tersedia enam tools teknik perbaikan yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi aktivitas dari proses pelatihan aktual. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu rancangan SOP Pelatihan usulan yang terdiri dari 4 prosedur yaitu prosedur analisis kebutuhan pelatihan, prosedur perancangan pelatihan, prosedur pelaksanaan pelatihan dan prosedur evaluasi pelatihan. Rancangan usulan tersebut telah mempertimbangkan requirement ISO 9001:2015 dalam merancang proses, tentang kompetensi, dan pertimbangan risiko, telah mempertimbangkan tahapan pelatihan serta telah dilakukan improvement proses.

Abstract

The strength of the company's competitiveness is needed because the current industrial development is very rapid. It is necessary to maintain the quality and quantity of the products produced according to company standards.  One of the companies that must maintain the quality and quantity is PT. XYZ is a clay tile company. The classification of products used by this company to maintain good quality is three classes: good tile, white stone tile, and cracked tile. However, quality control based on classification still uses the traditional way by relying on sight.  It can increase errors and slow down the process. It can be overcome with artificial visual detectors. It is a result of the rapid development of automation. So to detect defects, this research can use image preprocessing, supervised learning algorithms, and measurement methods.  Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used in this study to perform classification, while feature extraction on clay tiles used the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) method. The algorithm is made using python, while for image retrieval, raspberry pi is used. The linear kernel on the SVM algorithm is used in this study. The conclusion in this study obtained 86.95% is the highest accuracy with a linear kernel. It takes 10.625 seconds to classify.

Abstract

The main task in the IHKP division is to deliver goods in the form of materials, semi-finished products, finished products, or even waste, from plant A to plant B in the consumer factory area, namely the PT XYZ factory. Based on the Traffic Accident Data from the IHKP Division, there were 18 major accidents that occurred in 2016-2020. In solving the above problems, the IHKP division carries out risk management only after the risk occurs. The IHKP Division does not yet have an effective risk prevention plan. In other words, the aim of this study was to design the system of risk management for the company's material handling services to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 based on ISO 31000:2018. In the first stage of the study, researchers conducted a gap analysis of the actual condition of the company and its requirements. In the second stage, the researcher makes a proposed business process design according to the gaps obtained. In the third stage, a business process improvement method was applied by the researchers to the proposed business. As a result, the proposed business process and the draft SOP are then verified to the company to ensure whether the proposal is in accordance with the company or not.

Abstract

Abstrak - Kondisi aktual pada perusahaan CV. XYZ yang merupakan supplier suku cadang dalam perusahaan komponen otomotif belum adanya standar yang mendukung dalam memahami kebutuhan dan harapan interested parties yang merupakan requirement terbaru dalam ISO 9001:2015 yang berada pada klausul 4.2. Selain itu perusahaan perlu mendapatkan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 dikarenakan tuntutan dari customer yang mensyaratkan perusahaan supplier harus mempunyai sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015, jika tidak maka customer akan memutuskan kerja sama dengan perusahaan supplier. Adapun interested parties yang dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah customer karena memiliki urgency yang tinggi berdasarkan kondisi aktual dan identifikasi stakeholder. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan penetapan kebutuhan dan harapan interested parties berdasarkan ISO 9001:2015 klausul 4.2. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini berupa data profil, struktur, deskripsi kerja, visi dan misi, data potensi resiko, proses bisnis eksisting, estimasi waktu proses , objektif proses dan requirement ISO 9001:2015 klausul 4.2. Data proses eksisting dan requirement diolah sehingga menghasilkan analisis gap dan usulan, sedangkan data potensi resiko dilakukan risk assesment yang menghasilkan output berupa risk register. Selain itu metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu SECI. Data yang diperoleh pada tahap socialization adalah proses bisnis eksisting dan objektif proses yang berasal dari tacit knowledge. Pada tahap externalization menghasilkan rancangan proses bisnis eksisting yang terdokumentasi. Pada tahap combination ditambahkan dengan analisis gap dan Key Performance Indicator (KPI), dan tahap internalization menghasilkan output usulan proses yang mempertimbangkan resiko yang sesuai dengan requirement ISO 9001:2015 berupa Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Penelitian ini menghasilkan output berupa Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Penetapan Kebutuhan dan Harapan Interested Parties CV. XYZ. Untuk mengefisienkan proses tersebut, dibuat aplikasi berbasis web yang terintegrasi dari mulai mengidentifikasi interested parties hingga perusahaan melakukan dokumentasi sebagai bahan monitoring dalam melakukan proses penetapan kebutuhan dan harapan interested parties. Abstract

PT ABC is a company that develops business and products in the electronics fields for industry and infrastructure. One of the products produced by PT ABC is E-KTP Reader. Basically, E-KTP Reader consists of two main parts, upper casing and lower casing. Based on observations, process time for each workstation is greater than a predetermined time by the company. The longest process time is in workstation to assemble lower casing. The observation time is 12, 3 minutes and the predetermined time is 5,5 minutes. Work environment is expected as the causes of the long process time. The components are placed in different table with working table. Then, the components for upper and lower casing are not separated and labeled. Motion study and the application of 5S are used to improve work environment. This improvement has been implemented for one times simulation and the process time succesfully reduced for about 249,5 seconds from 740,6 seconds to 491,1 seconds. Abstract

Abstrak SMK Telkom Bandung merupakan salah satu kejuruan yang terletak di Jl.Radio Palasari Dayeuh Kolot, Bandung yang mempunyai tiga Program Studi Keahlian diantaranya Teknik Jaringan Akses Telekomunikasi, Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, dan Multimedia. SMK Telkom Bandung adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom yang dibangun langsung oleh BOD PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia,Tbk dan juga menjadi pilar utama dalam penyediaan tenaga lapangan yang siap pakai. SMK Telkom Bandung sudah menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 dengan suplemen ISO 9004:2000, ISO 14000 dan ISO 16000 secara konsisten.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran kelas X Program Studi Keahlian Multimedia di SMK Telkom Bandung dilihat dari penguasaan materi, kemahiran guru dalam mengajar, perilaku guru sehari-hari, dan hubungan sosial dengan peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dan melakukan perancangan alat ukur dengan dua tipe kuesioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Program Studi Keahlian Multimedia yang berjumlah 32 orang. Rancangan alat ukur berdasarkan pada klausul 7.2 ISO 9001:2015 tentang kompetensi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Kata kunci : Kinerja guru, ISO 9001:2015, Alat ukur. Abstract Telkom Bandung vocational high school is one of the vocations on Jl.Radio Palasari Dayeuh Kolot, Bandung which has three skills study programs such as Telecommunication Access Network Engineering, Computer and Network Engineering, and Multimedia. Telkom Bandung covational high school is one of education institute of Telkom Education Foundation which is built directly by BOD PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk and alsoe become the main pillar in providing ready field workers. SMK Telkom has implemented ISO 9001:2008 quality management system with ISO 9004:2000, ISO 14000 and ISO 16000 supplement consistently. The aims of this research is to determine the performance of grade 10th teachers on Multimedia Expertise Studies Program at Telkom Bandung Vocational High School viewed by the mastery of the material, teacher proficiency in teaching, teachers behaviors, and social relationships with students.. This research is a descriptive using quantitative approach and designing measuring instrument with two types of questionnaires. Subjects in this study are Multimedia Expertise Studies Program which amounted to 32 people. The design of the measuring instrument based on clause 7.2 ISO 9001:2015 on compentence. Abstract

PT. ABC produces one of their electronic equipment, known as E-KTP Reader. In the production of E- KTP Reader, there are so many defect products which found at final assembly process. The main defect that usually occurs in the product are touchscreen display cracks, casing broken caused by bolt pierced, and mounting’s bolts holes broken. Based on the information of the company in Operation Process Chart, there is only one inspection that implemented in whole process, which is at the end of the stage. According to the observation of taking 100 samples, PT. ABC produce 44 defect products and 56 passed products. A new scheme of inspection stage scenario is needed to help the company to reduce their defect products. It is necessary for the analysis of the assembly process of these products in order to design a most efficient modified inspections scenario to improve the existing scenario, which is intended to minimize the defects. There are four stages in final assembly process of E-KTP Reader. The scenarios are made from three combinations. By calculating and comparison the expectation cost which is consist of cost of useless inspection and cost of rework for saving, the most efficient inspection combination can be chosen. After being compared, then PT. ABC will have a new inspection scenario stage and new Operation Process Chart to be implemented for their next project. Based on the comparison of inspection cost for each scenario, the most efficient one is combination 2, which spends cost of useless Rp 21.000,- and cost of rework for saving Rp 13.350,-. So, PT. ABC only needs to spend Rp 34.350,- as the total inspection cost for defect products. Although PT. ABC has already have solution, does not mean they forget about some prevention method to support the inspection activity. There are several prevention solved method to avoid the occurrence of defect type on their product during final assembly process, which is related to increase the ability of work and also the operator’s skill. Abstract

PT Trengginas Jaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan dari Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom yang berdiri sejak tahun 2012. PT. Trengginas jaya telah menerapkan ISO 9001:2015 mengenai sistem manajemen mutu, untuk meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan dalam proses bisnisnya. Namun, perusahaan belum memiliki sistem kerja pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan yang efektif dan yang telah terdokumentasi dengan baik. oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem kerja pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan yang efektif untuk diterapkan di perusahaan khususnya pada unit pengelolaan tenaga cleaning service guna melakukan pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan yang lebih baik dan membantu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode perancangan proses BPM V.03 yaitu dengan melakukan pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan kemudian melakukan pengolahan data dan melakukan perancangan alat ukur yang menggunakan dimensi dari service quality dan melakukan pembobotan dimensi serta menguji alat ukur yang dirancang. Selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan cara pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan dan melakukan rancangan sistem kerja pengukuran kepuasan usulan yang kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan kegunaan dan efektifitas rancangan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem pengukuran yang dirancang lebih efektif dan memenuhi klausul ISO. Selain itu, alat ukur yang dirancang juga reliabel dengan angka koefisien korelatif sebesar 0.982, dimana angka tersebut melebihi 0.7 sehingga dapat dikatakan reliabel dan angka terkecil dalam hasil uji validitas (r hitung) sebesar 0.514 dimana angka tersebut melebihi r tabel yaitu sebesar 0.468 sehingga valid untuk digunakan.
