Abstract

Sistem Informasi Rencana Umum Pengadaan (SIRUP) Lokal is a web-based application utilized by the Government of Central Java Province for procurement planning of goods and services. Of course, evaluation is needed to measure the usability level of the SIRUP Lokal and as input for future development purposes. The respondents of this research are active users of SIRUP Lokal, totaling 100 people. This research is quantitative in nature with descriptive analysis. Data collection is done through questionnaires. Data processing and analysis utilize statistical tools, namely SPSS. The results of this research indicate that SIRUP Lokal is perceived to be highly beneficial for users, especially 1) The system’s performance is considered superior, excelent, and well-received by users 2) Users tend to recommend the system to others.

Abstract

The study titled "The Influence of System and Service Quality on User Satisfaction of Silalapbaja Website" aims to evaluate the impact of each independent variable on the dependent variable. There were 51 respondents involved in this research, with data analysis conducted using SPSS version 25. The results indicate that System and Service Quality significantly influence User Satisfaction, as evidenced by the significant value of Fhitung = 0.000 < 0.05. From the t-test, System and Service Quality variables partially affect User Satisfaction, while Information Quality does not have a significant partial effect. For instance, the significant values of thitung X1 = 0.000 < 0.05 and X3 = 0.49 < 0.05, whereas X2 = 0.094 > 0.05. The variables that significantly influence are System Quality with a Standardized Coefficients Beta of 0.552 and Service Quality of 0.220. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that System, Information, and Service Quality contribute to 59% of User Satisfaction, while other factors beyond this study affect 41%. Therefore, it is recommended for the developers of the Silalapbaja Website to prioritize improvements in System and Service Quality to enhance User Satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang pesat menuntut masyarakat untuk memiliki literasi digital yang memadahi agar tidak tertinggal dalam mengikuki perkembangan zaman. Khususnya kelompok usia tua, seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam mendapatkan pemahaman dan akses pelatihan terkait teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi digital para orang tua melalui pelatihan yang interaktif dengan pendekatan learning by doing. Metode penyampaian materi dalam pelatihan adalah ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi langsung, praktik mandiri, dan pendampingan kelompok. Jumlah peserta pelatihan ada 30 orang tua dengan tingkat literasi digital yang umumnya masih rendah. Hasil evaluasi setelah pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hal penguasaan teknologi dasar dimana 90% peserta sudah dapat berkomunikasi dengan smartphone, 80% mampu melakukan pencarian informasi secara online, dan 75% telah aware akan pentingnya keamanan digital. Respon peserta pelatihan sangat positif, dengan 95% menyatakan kegiatan ini bermanfaat dan perlu latihan lebih lanjut. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi digital peserta tetapi juga membuka wawasan tentang pentingnya literasi digital di era modern. Untuk keberlanjutan kegiatan ini, direkomendasikan program lanjutan yang lebih mendalam tentang literasi digital.

Abstract

Pembelajaran pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) sangat penting dalam mengembangkan landasan kognitif dan kreativitas anak. Namun, pembelajaran di PAUD masih didominasi oleh pendekatan tradisional yang kurang menumbuhkan daya imajinasi dan rasa ingin tahu anak. Kendala tersebut diatasi melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui metode pembelajaran berbasis STEAM (Sains, Teknologi, Rekayasa, Seni, dan Matematika) bagi siswa PAUD. Pendekatan metode ini menggunakan media loose part yang fleksibel, aplikatif, dan menyenangkan. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk melibatkan guru-guru PAUD Tunas Bangsa Manyaran di Kota Semarang. Strategi pelaksanaannya meliputi pengadaan materi loose part, pemasangan film pembelajaran pada perangkat digital, pemberian pelatihan intensif kepada lima orang guru, dan pendampingan praktik di kelas. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan yang signifikan  dalam pemahaman dan kompetensi instruktur dalam merancang pembelajaran integratif berbasis STEAM. Guru dapat memadukan teknologi informasi dan perangkat lunak lepas untuk menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan kreatif. Kegiatan ini juga merangsang keinginan anak-anak untuk lebih terlibat dalam menemukan dan mengembangkan makna pembelajaran melalui kegiatan terstruktur. Singkatnya, strategi ini efektif dan dapat ditiru di sekolah PAUD lain untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan berbasis lingkungan dan teknologi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how student perceptions and the effectiveness of the use of a Learning Management System (LMS) influence learning outcomes, with learning motivation as a mediating variable. The approach used was quantitative with an explanatory method. The study involved 125 students of the Accounting Study Program in Semarang City who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, then the data were processed with validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, and mediation tests with the Sobel test using SPSS version 25.0. The results of the analysis showed that both student perceptions and LMS effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on learning motivation. Meanwhile, student perceptions were not found to have a significant effect on learning outcomes, while LMS effectiveness was shown to have a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, learning motivation played a role as a significant mediating variable in the relationship between perceptions and LMS effectiveness with student learning outcomes. Overall, the results of the study indicate that positive student perceptions of LMS and LMS effectiveness in learning can increase learning motivation, which ultimately can support the achievement of better learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training effectiveness and self-efficacy on the job readiness of Indonesian migrant worker candidates (CPMI), with family support as a moderating variable. The background of this research is based on the importance of job readiness for CPMI to enhance their competitiveness in the international labor market and the role of training in shaping participants' competencies and self-confidence. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected from training participants at Overseas Training Centers (LPK-LN) using a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS statistical techniques. The study involved 148 respondents, the majority of whom were female. The results indicate that training effectiveness and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on the job readiness of CPMI. Furthermore, family support is proven to moderate the relationship between training effectiveness and job readiness, meaning that the higher the family support, the stronger the impact of training on participants' job readiness. This research provides implications for LPK-LN and other stakeholders in improving the effectiveness of training while considering psychological and social factors, such as self-efficacy and family support, in preparing competent and job-ready migrant workers.
