The development of technology, especially the internet, is beneficial in any case, including work. Despite the many benefits of the internet, its widespread use in the workplace has inadvertently formed a new pattern of deviant behavior called cyberloafing. This study aimed to analyze the effect of role ambiguity and organizational justice on job stress and cyberloafing. The research method used is quantitative by using a questionnaire for data collection. A sample of 104 respondents was taken by accidental sampling technique. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire in the form of a google form distributed through social media, email, and others. The data analysis technique of this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart-PLS software as an analytical tool. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of work ambiguity and organizational justice affect work stress. Role ambiguity and organizational justice were also found to influence cyberloafing behavior. However, this study did not support the research hypothesis about job stress mediating the effect of role ambiguity and organizational justice on cyberloafing.

This research is a quantitative research with the number of respondents as many as 90 MSME owners who are determined using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique of this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that intrinsic motivation and ICT knowledge had a significant positive effect on the digitalization readiness of culinary SMEs in Salatiga City. However, the role of age, education level and gender has not been proven as a moderator of the influence of intrinsic motivation, ICT knowledge of MSME owners on MSME digitalization readiness.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the communication processes that flow up, down, horizontally, and diagonally on Campaign.com in order to identify the reasons for communication process barriers and solutions for how to solve problems. This study employs a qualitative research methodology that combines descriptive and exploratory research methodologies. Semi-structured interviews conducted via Internet communication channels were used to obtain data. Three Campaign.com employees participated in this study. This research concluded that the communication process on Campaign.com, which depends on online communication media such as Slack, E-mail, G-Meet, and WhatsApp, is running well, but less effectively. Campaign.com employees communicate about their work or tasks upwards, downwards, horizontally, and diagonally, together with personal check-ins and talking to encourage employee connection. Campaign.com employees frequently experience communication problems as a result of ineffective communication. Nonetheless, Campaign.com employees understand what is causing the obstacles they are experiencing and have strategies prepared for solving problems. As a result, less effective communication may be conquered and a better communication process can be developed.

Abstract

In today’s dynamic organizational landscape, fostering agility within teams is critical for maintaining competitive advantage. This study explores the impact of Holism Connectedness on Agile Teamwork Quality, with a focus on the mediating roles of Alignment of Goals and Objectives and Dynamics of Shared Appreciation. Drawing on systems theory, the research posits that holistic connectedness enhances team agility by aligning individual efforts with collective goals and promoting a culture of mutual recognition. Data from 272 faculty members at private universities reveal that Holism Connectedness positively affects Agile Teamwork Quality, with significant partial mediation through goal alignment and shared appreciation. Teams with well-aligned goals demonstrate stronger coordination and adaptability, while those with robust shared appreciation dynamics foster trust and psychological safety, driving better collaboration and innovation. These findings suggest that organizations seeking to enhance agility should focus on cultivating both holistic connectedness and supportive team cultures. By ensuring goal alignment and fostering shared appreciation, leaders can create teams that are more responsive, collaborative, and high performing. This study contributes to the literature on team dynamics and offers practical insights for building agile, cohesive teams in rapidly evolving environments.
