Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh skill, sikap kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bidang pelayanan medik RSUD Haji Provinsi Jawa Timur. Software Smart PLS digunakan untuk metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 47 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skill dan sikap kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di bidang pelayanan medik RSUD Haji Provinsi Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik dimaksudkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan dasar setiap warga negara atas barang, jasa, dan pelayanan administratif yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis Inovasi Layanan Perizinan Berbasis E-Government SSW Alfa dalam upaya mewujudkan Smart City Kota Surabaya. Untuk mengumpulkan data, observasi dan dokumentasi digunakan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Kota Surabaya telah mengembangkan solusi inovatif bernama Surabaya Single Window Alfa, yaitu platform layanan perizinan berbasis elektronik untuk mengatasi masalah perizinan dan mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang prima, efektif, efisien, menyederhanakan dan mempercepat proses perizinan, meningkatkan kualitas, dan transparansi. Penambahan SSW Alfa menunjukkan komitmen Pemerintah Kota Surabaya untuk menjadi Smart City.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of knowledge sharing and competence on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Bangkalan through individual innovation capability. In this context, knowledge sharing and competence are considered crucial for creating good performance in schools. This research employs a quantitative method with the help of a questionnaire to collect data from a sample of 73 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results show that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, as does competence. Furthermore, knowledge sharing and competence also have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through individual innovation capability. These results indicate a mutually influential relationship between knowledge sharing, competence, individual innovation capability, and teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Bangkalan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of work experience, teamwork, and creativity on employee performance at PT Karya Kreasi Madani. In this case, work experience, teamwork, and creativity are considered important in improving employee performance. This research employs a quantitative approach by utilizing a questionnaire for data collection. The study's population consists of employees at PT Karya Kreasi Madani, with a sample size of 43 respondents. The data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings revealed that work experience positively and significantly impacts employee performance at PT Karya Kreasi Madani, as well as teamwork and creativity influence the employee performance of PT Karya Kreasi Madani. These findings indicate a relationship that mutually influences work experience, teamwork, creativity, and employee performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of talent management and knowledge management on the Innovative performance of teachers at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) YAA BUNAYYA Gresik. Teachers play a crucial role in determining the quality of educational resources, and their innovative performance is vital for advancing educational quality. Innovative performance involves the application of new practices and ideas to enhance education, which is heavily dependent on effective management strategies within the organization. Effective management to boost teachers' innovative performance includes the enhancement of both knowledge management and talent management. Knowledge management refers to the systematic processes of creating, acquiring, sharing, and utilizing knowledge to foster organizational learning and improve performance. When effectively implemented, it can lead to the generation of new ideas that drive innovation within educational institutions. On the other hand, talent management encompasses a range of human resource management activities aimed at processing and retaining the organization's human capital to maximize their output. This study uses a sample of 35 principals and teachers from SDIT YAA BUNAYYA Gresik, applying the census method for data collection. Path analysis, supported by Partial Least Square (PLS) software, is employed to analyze the data. The results reveal that both talent management and knowledge management have a positive and significant influence on teachers' innovation performance. These findings underscore the importance of talent management and knowledge management as key factors in enhancing teachers' innovation performance. For schools to optimize these aspects, they should focus on identifying, developing, and retaining teacher talent through systematic talent management processes. Additionally, schools should promote knowledge management practices, such as knowledge sharing, organizational learning, and the effective use of information technology. In conclusion, improving teachers' innovation performance can be achieved comprehensively through the strategic management of talent and knowledge.

Abstract

In the era of globalization with the integration of economies, politics, and cultures between countries, Civil Servants (PNS) must adapt to an increasingly complex and dynamic work environment. One of the most noticeable impacts of globalization is the increasing demand for more efficient, responsive, and transparent public services. This study aims to determine the influence of Work Ethic, Integrity, Supervision, and Communication on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation in East Java Province. This research employs a quantitative research type, with variable measurement using a Likert scale. The sample resulting in a sample of 83 employees. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that Work Ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Integrity has a positive and significant effect on performance, Supervision has a positive but not significant effect on performance, and Communication has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of intellectual capital, organizational culture, and individual diversity on the performance of members of the East Java Regional Police Directorate of Narcotics. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 to assess responses. The sampling technique applied is proportional sampling, with a sample size of 65 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that intellectual capital, organizational culture, and individual diversity positively and significantly affect performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the influence  of employee engagement, relational capital, and competitive advantage on employee performance at the Leo Shoe Industry House in Mojokerto. The population in this study were 40 employees of the Leo Shoe Industry House in Mojokerto. The sampling technique in this study uses saturated sampling technique or census sampling, where all members of the population are sampled. The data set consists of two types: primary data, which is obtaioned from respondents answers to the questionnaire. And secondary data, which is sourced from internal data of the Leo Shoe Industry House in Mojokerto. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique. The results showed 1) Employee engagement (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a path coeffisient value of 0,288 and a p-values of 0,007. 2) Relational capital (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a path coefficient value of 0,447 and a p-values of 0,000. 3) Competitive advantage (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a path coefficient value of 0,291 and a p-values of 0,006.

Abstract

Kelurahan Penjaringan Sari adalah tempat pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa Bina Desa Wirausaha MBKM UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur dalam fokus kewirausahaan dan ekonomi kreatif. Mahasiswa Bina Desa menemukan banyak potensi UMKM Penjaringan Sari untuk dikembangkan. Namun, mahasiswa Bina Desa menemukan permasalahan bahwa para pelaku UMKM belum bisa beradaptasi dengan perubahan ke era digital dan cenderung merasa cukup dengan kondisi saat ini. Tujuan adanya Program Bina Desa Wirausaha diharapkan dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM untuk beradaptasi dan memiliki jika kewirausahaan yang unggul untuk siap bersaing diberbagai situasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, sosialisasi, dan pendampigan berkelanjutan yang akan membantu para pelaku UMKM dapat memaksimalkan potensi yang sudah ada sebelumnya dan menggali potensi baru dengan berbagai inovasi. Dari hasil kegiatan dan pengabdian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Bina Desa Wirausaha MBKM UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur adalah para pelaku UMKM menjadi memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya pemanfaatan branding, digital marketing, dan networking untuk menunjang penjualan produknya sehingga memiliki jangkauan yang lebih luas, serta yang paling penting adalah para pelaku UMKM memiliki mental berwirausaha unggul yang meningkatkan motivasi dalam berwirausaha.

Abstract

Di era pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi berbasis internet membawa pengaruh pada pola konsumsi masyarakat dalam melakukan kegiatan usaha. Saat ini masyarakat telah bertransformasi menggunakan platform online karena dinilai lebih praktis dan mudah. Hal ini tentu saja harus diperhatikan oleh seluruh pelaku usaha untuk segera mempromosikan produknya dengan memanfaatkan strategi digital marketing agar dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar. Namun, masih banyak ditemui para pelaku usaha yang belum terbiasa menggunakan media online untuk berjualan, salah satunya yaitu para UMKM yang ada di wilayah Kelurahan Penjaringan Sari. Maka dari itu, dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan pengetahuan serta pelatihan mengenai penerapan digital marketing kepada para UMKM yang ada di Kelurahan Penjaringan Sari. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berfokus pada sosialisasi dan penyuluhan terkait penggunaan media sosial Instagram dan e-commerce Go-Food. Metode yang digunakan untuk menjalankan kegiatan ini yaitu observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan praktik secara langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Penjaringan Sari yang belum memanfaatkan peluang digital marketing. Oleh karena itu tujuan diadakannya sosialisasi dan pelatihan efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan para pelaku UMKM dalam penggunaan media sosial Instagram dan e-commerce Go-Food sebagai pemasaran digital untuk terus mengembangkan usahanya.
