Abstract

This study aims to determine the policy of tourism development in reducing poverty.This research is a qualitative research. The research site is set in South Kalimantanwhich  includes all  tourist attractions  in South Kalimantan  in 13  regencies/cities.The focus of research is conducted at leading tourist attraction in South Kalimantan.The population of this research includes all Tourism Departments in South Kalimantanof 13 regencies/cities and community figures at the tourist attractions. The samplingtechniques use purposive sampling and snowball sampling. This is done because ofthe number of data sources did not give a satisfactory data, so the researchers foundthe others that can be used as the source of data (Sugiyono, 2007). The data collectionis conducted through interviews, observation, and study of documentation. The datathat has been obtained is analyzed by using interactive model of analysis which wasdeveloped by Miles and Huberman (1992). This interactive data analysis consists ofthree components; they are reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.Keywords: tourism, tourist attraction, multiplier effect, poverty

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pendapatan mustahik mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan dengan sebelum mustahik mendapatkan modal usaha bergulir dari BAZNAS Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan dengan rata-rata pendapatan mustahik sebelum ada dana bergulir adalah 1.738.846,15 rupiah dan rata rata pendapatan mustahik sesudah adanya dana bergulir adalah 1.964.615,38 rupiah atau sebesar 12,98%. Mustahik perempuan maupun mustahik laki-laki mengalami peningkatan pendapatan sesudah mereka mendapatkan modal usaha bergulir dari BAZNAS Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis data time series dari tahun 2011-2020. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh saham syariah, sukuk, reksadana syariah dan saham konvensional terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional di Indonesia. Berdasarkan tabel output SPSS “Anova” diketahui nilai signifikansi (Sig.) adalah sebesar 0,021. Karena nilai Sig. 0,021 < 0,05, maka sesuai dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji F dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Kemudian berdasarkan perbandingan nilai F hitung dan F tabel, diketahui nilai F hitung adalah 7,968. Karena nilai F hitung > F tabel 5,05, maka sebagaimana dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji F dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Dengan menggunakan software SPSS 20, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa saham syariah, sukuk dan reksadana syariah berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Sedangkan saham konvensional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Secara simultan, saham syariah, sukuk, reksadana syariah dan saham konvensional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional

Abstract

The objectives of the research are (1) To identify and map the application of Community Based Tourism (CBT) concept in Kuin Tourism Village and (2) to analyze the economic benefits created from the application of Community Based Tourism concept in Kuin Tourism Village. Types of research are descriptive quantitative and qualitative case studies. Methods of data collection is done by documentation and interviews. The results showed that the economic impacts derived from the application of Community Based Tourism in Kuin Tourism Village are direct impacts, indirect impacts, and follow-up impacts. The direct impacts are development of restaurant or shop business around the location of tourist attractions, employment, the development of vessel rental services and parking services. The indirect impacts are of the development of SMEs making river fish crackers, culinary business soto banjar, and handicrafts tanggui. The follow-up impacts are the better access road and the availability of a representative dock.

Abstract

The success of marketing all business products is closely related to how to overcome marketing obstacles. One is the use of digital tools. In other words, there are many challenges that digital marketing tools can identify and solve. For this reason, the researchers have studied data from many international publication journals that discuss the study of marketing agricultural products in various contexts. Furthermore, the researchers examine by involving a data analysis system, rigorous evaluation of the data, and extracting the digests relevant to the formulation of this study's questions. Based on the discussion of the study data, the researchers believe that our findings are valid and reliable. The researchers succeeded in identifying the challenges of marketing agricultural products in developing countries, including the crisis of human resources operating digitally, so that they are often wrong in marketing applications, are reluctant to innovate, and lack professional marketing ideas. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out (1) What is the role of purun woven handicrafts to improve the community's economy in Kampung Purun (2) supporting and inhibiting factors of community efforts in Kampung Purun in improving the economy through the craft of purun plants.The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach—interview, Observation, and Documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis uses data triangulation.The results of research and discussion conducted on improving the community's economy through the study of purun woven craft in Kampung Purun, Banjarbaru City, then it can be concluded as follows: the role of purun woven handicrafts to improve the community's economy, which is to have great potential in absorbing labor and having the ability to utilize local raw materials. At the same time, the supporting factors and obstacles to the efforts of the community in Kampung Purun in improving the economy through the cultivation of purun plants are supporting factors, namely: The availability of sufficient raw materials, the availability of labor, the availability of sufficient capital, the smooth marketing system, the strategic and favorable geographical location. At the same time, the inhibiting factors are Lack of working capital, inadequate infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how factors influencing income such as business capital variables, education level, working hours, and business length affect the income of floating market traders in the Siring Tendean Tourism Area, Banjarmasin City. Data collection techniques using questionnaire techniques and interviews with a sample of respondents in the study totaling 40 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach that is the data presented in tabulations. The percentage of answers calculated from each of these categories is processed based on research needs and then presented according to findings in the field.The results showed that the variables of business capital, education level, working hours, and business length simultaneously had a significant effect on the income of the floating market traders in the Siring Tendean Tourism Area, Banjarmasin. The magnitude of the effect is 71.9%, and then the remaining 28.1% is explained by variables not mentioned in the study. From these results, working hours are the most dominant variable affecting the income of floating market traders in the Siring Tendean Tourism Area, Banjarmasin City

Abstract

This Research was conducted to find out how he economic impact of tourism on the economic development of local communities and how the role of the community towards the existence of religius tourism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative.The results of analiysis in the study can be obtained that the direct, indirect and follow-up economic felt by local communities. Dicert economic impacts include rental shops, clothing stores, dining places and parking. The indirect economic impact include transportation and lodging services. The following impacts include road access and the potensial for the other religious tourism. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out: (1) To analyze the willingness of tourists to pay (Willingness to Pay) in Bukit Matang Kaladan Tourism (2) To find out whether factors of education, income, number of family members and travel costs affect travel value (Willingness to Pay) Bukit Matang Kaladan Tourism. (3) To find out the most dominant factors influencing the willingness of tourists to pay (Willingness to Pay) towards the Bukit Matang Kaladan attraction.The analytical method used is the Willingness to Pay (WTP) and Regression approach with research variables namely education, income, number of family members and travel costs. The data source is primary data obtained through direct interviews with Bukit Matang Kaladan tourists according to criteria using a questionnaire.The results of calculations using the Willingness to Pay (WTP) and Regression Approach method show the average willingness to pay is Rp 11,260. If there is an increase in quality, the average amount that is willing to be added by respondents is Rp. 7,760 so that the average willingness to pay respondents to travel to Bukit Matang Kaladan is Rp. 19,020. Significant variables in this study are education, income and travel cost and the insignificant variable is the number of family members. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the development strategy of Janju Village Colorful Village attractions in increasing people's income. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. While the technique for analyzing data is a SWOT analysis. The tourism development strategies obtained are: (1) Improving the quality of barcode scanners by utilizing the location of strategic tourism objects and the use of information technology. (2) Increasing the presence of tourism conscious groups by utilizing strategic locations. (3) The government supports increasing tourism promotion for tourism development. Tourism activities give direct results or indirect results for the surrounding community in the Colorful Village attractions, namely: (1) for the community will open jobs. (2) for the community will open opportunities for employment that is not directly related to the tourism sector.(3) For villages it will increase the source of village income. (4) infrastructure development. Suggestions that can be submitted for this study are: (1) Tourism management managers improve the quality of barcode scanners by bringing up a variety of tourist attractions offered on tourism objects, not just showing maps of tourist attractions.(2) The Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism disseminated to the community and young people in Janju Village to actively participate in the Tourism Awareness Group to improve the development of Colorful Village tourism objects.(3) The importance of the tourism sector to the regions makes the government aware of the importance of the sector, the government can support tourism sector activities by giving funds through the use of budget allocation funds.
