Abstract

The purpose of this study is, (1) To find out how the characteristics of Grabbike drivers in Banjarmasin City. (2) To find out whether the type of service, frequency of delivery, and age influence the income of Grabbike drivers in Banjarmasin City. (3) To find out which factor is the most dominant influence on the income of Grabbike drivers in Banjarmasin City.This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods by collecting data using Primary Data. Independent variables or independent variables in this study include service type (x1), delivery frequency (x2), and age (x3), and the dependent variable or dependent variable in this study is Grab-bike Driver Income. This research was conducted in Banjarmasin City precisely in January 2020. The data collection method used purposive sampling combined with accidental sampling through questionnaires, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. Data Analysis Techniques use the form of econometrics by regressing existing variables using Multiple Linear Regression analysis, which will involve more than one predictor or independent variable and will also use the OLS method to test all independent variables on the dependent variable.The conclusions of this study are 1.a) Based on the age characteristics of the respondents, it shows that respondents aged between 21-30 years were the most dominant, as many as 16 respondents with a percentage of 53.33%. b) Based on the gender characteristics of the respondents, it shows that all respondents totaling 30 people are male with a percentage of 100%. c) Based on the respondents' education level characteristics, it shows that respondents who graduated from high school were the most dominant, as many as 24 people with a percentage of 80% 20 people with a percentage of 66.67%. e) Based on the table of income characteristics of respondents, it shows that respondents who earn more than 3 million are the most dominant, as many as 21 people with a percentage of 70%. 2. The delivery frequency variable has a positive and significant effect on the income of grab bike drivers in Banjarmasin. In contrast, the service type and age variables do not have a positive and not significant effect on the income of grab bike drivers in Banjarmasin. 3. The delivery frequency variable has the most dominant influence on the income of grab bike drivers in Banjarmasin City.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the internal and external factors of right cascade reservoir tourism development in the Banjar district, and (2) develop the right cascade reservoir area in the Banjar district. There were six respondents in this study who were considered influential in determining village spending in Kayu Bawang Village, used in data processing using the SWOT method. The research results show that the development of the most appropriate strategy is the S-O strategy (1) Increase Tourist Perception to visit this tourism object because this tourism location is very strategic and has beautiful natural scenery and cold air. (2) Optimizing the role of the POKDARWIS (Tourism Awareness Group) of the Culture and Tourism Office of the Banjar District to promote these attractions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the number of visits and the economic value of the Tahura Sultan Adam tourism object. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews with a questionnaire. The data were processed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, and the consumer surplus formulae. From the research, it is known that the characteristics and perceptions of visitors vary widely, consisting of age, regional origin, gender, marital status, education level, occupation, total income, type of vehicle, number of groups, information about tourist attractions, tourist attractions, motivation, additional facilities, security, officer services, accessibility, cleanliness, air pollution, admission tickets, and willingness to pay. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis models. From the research results, three factors significantly affect the number of visits to Tahura Sultan Adam, namely income, travel costs, and length of travel. From the calculation, results can be seen in surplus-value consumer travel cost method individual visitation Rp 179 153 and subsequently obtained the economic value of Rp 17,610,381,594 annually

Abstract

This study aims to determine the state of Kalsel tourism during covid-19 and the strategic plan of the Kalsel Tourism Office in recovering the tourism industry, identify the driving and inhibiting factors in the tourism recovery process, and determine the right strategy for recovery. Researchers used descriptive methods and swot analysis using eight respondents. The results of the study show that covid-19 has an impact on the tourism sector, but in the first quarter of 2020, there was a teacher haul event attended by millions of people, and the realization of visits reached 100%. The tourism Office carries out several strategies by promoting tourism, conducting events with health protocols, and providing support to destinations, industries, and tourism actors. In addition, the CHSE program is also implemented. The strategy obtained from identifying the driving and inhibiting factors is to maximize your funds for health protocols and conduct events with standardized health protocols.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic paralyzed all walks of life including the Jaya Rezeki Family Income Improvement Business (UPPKS) business group. In facing the new normal, a special strategy is needed in developing the UPPKS so that it survives. One of them is through innovation in flavor variants, new processed variations, making product packaging attractive and creating less contact so that the UPPKS economy can survive and grow. UPPKS Jaya Rezeki, which is located in Antar Jaya Village in Marabahan District, Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan Province, is one of those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Some of the problems found at UPPKS Jaya Rezeki consist of aspects of the variant flavor of kalakai chips, there is only one flavor variant, namely the original flavor of kalakai chips, aspects of processed kalakai variations where there is only one processed product of kalakai which has economic value, namely kalakai chips and there are no new innovations in variations. processed kalakai, aspects of product packaging that are able to maintain the quality of processed kalakai products and are attractive, and aspects of marketing technology where marketing and sales of UPPKS Jaya Rezeki are still done manually. The service team provides solutions to the problems faced, several solutions are offered, namely: 1) adding variants of the flavor of kalakai chips, including lime leaf kalakai chips, spicy kalakai chips, anchovies kalakai chips, and rebon prawn kalakai chips, 2) making product packaging which maintains the durability of product quality, is practical and attracts buyers, 3) makers of online payment systems to create less contact payments. Keywords: PKM, Kalakai chips, local vegetables, wetlands, Antar Jaya Village

Abstract

The research aims to find out how the form of community participation in the tourism object of Pulau Pinus II, tourism development strategies, and the application of CBT by tourism development strategies. Researchers used descriptive methods and swot analysis using six respondents who were considered to have an important and influential role in the tourism object of Pulau Pinus II.The study results showed community participation in the form of guarding retribution tickets, ship transportation, cleaning, managing annual activities, and making souvenirs. The development strategy created is the S-O strategy; first, Creating new attractions or rides to optimize the potential of the natural beauty of tourism objects so that more tourists want to visit, not only during holidays. Second,by Promoting through social media or making banners to increase the potential of domestic or foreign tourists to visit and find out about tourism objects, the application of CBT can be done is to involve community participation in decision-making and empowering the community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan e-commerce di bidang fashion terhadap peningkatan laba usaha mikro di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara dengan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 orang yaitu 18 orang yang menggunakan e-commerce dan 18 orang yang tidak menggunakan e-commerce. Metode analisis data dengan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif. Setelah data terkumpul, selanjutnya data akan dianalisis dengan aplikasi yaitu SPSS 22. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi variabel dummy untuk menentukan hubungan antara variabel bebas dan terikat. Hasil yang diperoleh menggunakan SPSS dengan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis dapat disimpulkan melalui uji F dan uji T bahwa modal usaha, lama usaha dan penggunaan e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap laba usaha di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara dan secara parsial, lama usaha tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba usaha di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara dan Laba usaha penggunaan e-commerce di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara lebih besar dari pada non e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Analyze how the potential of culinary tourism in District Hulu Sungai Tengah and, (2) Analyze the factors internal and external development of culinary tourism-based community in District Hulu Sungai Tengah.Respondents in this study there are 5 that is, those that affect the development of tourism in District Hulu Sungai Tengah and the culinary businesses. This study using SWOT Analysis.The results showed (1) the potential of culinary tourism in District Hulu Sungai Tengah has good potential. such as the development of typical culinary apam, lam cakes, apam barenda, layer cakes, balikuhai, pakasam, gangan humbut, bingka barandam, potato bingka, ring cakes, wadai sari india, become potential culinary tourism in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The strategy of the Development of culinary tourism in District Hulu Sungai Tengah is the most appropriate strategies S-O that (2) the Development of culinary cuisine in District Hulu Sungai Tengah so many tourist who are interested in and conduct training to culinary businesses.

Abstract

This study aims :(1) to determine the potential advantages of the hill Matangkaladan tourist attraction in the new average era. (2) To analyze the strategies that must be carried out to increase the number of tourist visits to the hill Matang Kaladan tourist attraction in the new average era. In this study, six respondents were considered to have an influence and role in developing the Matangkaladan Hill tourist attraction. The results of this study indicate that the potential advantages of the tourist attraction of Matang Kaladan are its beautiful natural scenery and complete facilities. The strategy that was produced in this study was the S-O. (1) strategy continues to maintain the unique and attractive natural beauty and hold attractions to increase tourist visits with easy-to-reach locations of the CHSE program to improve the safety and comfort of visitors during the COVID-19 period 19. (2) Increasing the achievement of leading tourism is capital to compete with other leading tourism throughout Indonesia through extensive social media and implementing the CHSE program to ebecome a leading tourist in the Covid-19 period.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the internal factors that are strengths and weaknesses in the development of Tabanio Beach tourism in Tanah Laut Regency, (2) find out external factors that are opportunities and threats in the development of Tabanio Beach tourism in Tanah Laut Regency and (3) strategies development of Tabanio Beach tourism object in Tanah Laut Regency. Seven respondents responded that they had an influence and played an essential role in developing Tabanio Beach tourism objects. The results of the survey show the condition of the Tabanio Beach tourist attraction in the New Normal Era; the resulting development strategy that is most appropriate to the situation is the S-O strategy (1) Improving and maintaining the quality of the natural beauty of the tourist attraction to make tourists comfortable with the cool air when visiting with family while holidaying. (2) Increasing Government support and the role of POKDARWIS (Tourism Awareness Group) in adding new tourist attractions at Tabanio Beach tourist attraction.
