Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the internal factors that are strengths and weaknesses in the development of Tabanio Beach tourism in Tanah Laut Regency, (2) find out external factors that are opportunities and threats in the development of Tabanio Beach tourism in Tanah Laut Regency and (3) strategies development of Tabanio Beach tourism object in Tanah Laut Regency. Seven respondents responded that they had an influence and played an essential role in developing Tabanio Beach tourism objects. The results of the survey show the condition of the Tabanio Beach tourist attraction in the New Normal Era; the resulting development strategy that is most appropriate to the situation is the S-O strategy (1) Improving and maintaining the quality of the natural beauty of the tourist attraction to make tourists comfortable with the cool air when visiting with family while holidaying. (2) Increasing Government support and the role of POKDARWIS (Tourism Awareness Group) in adding new tourist attractions at Tabanio Beach tourist attraction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the creative economic potential that can be developed at the Kotabaru Siring Laut Park, (2) the potential attractions that can be developed at the Siring Laut Park tourism object in Kotabaru Regency, (3) what internal factors are the strengths and weaknesses in the development of sea siring tourism in Kotabaru district, (4) what external factors are the opportunities and threats to the development of sea siring tourism in Kotabaru district and (5) what is the strategy in developing the right siring sea park tourism in Kotabaru Regency. The results showed that development of the most appropriate strategy was the S-O strategy (1) Increasing culinary tourism attractions is one of the proper steps that the government must take because many tourists who visit with their families not only enjoy the beauty of the tour but one of the reasons they visit is to enjoy various kinds of dishes are provided that can be enjoyed when with family, (2) maintain and increase the perception of tourists to visit this tourist attraction because the tourist location is very strategic and easy to reach and has a comfortable atmosphere with beautiful panoramas.

Abstract

The research tests whether the magnitude is significant simultaneously and the most dominant variable number of tourist visits, hotel occupancy rates, length of stay of tourist to the economic growth of South Kalimantan period 2002-2016. The research data used is secondary data, which collects data through the publication of the Central Statistics Agency of South Kalimantan Province. The technique used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis techniques. Bases on the research obtained results that the number of tourist visits, hotel occupancy rates, and length of stay of tourists simultaneously influences economic growth. The most dominant variable is the number of tourist visits. At the same time, the variable length of stay of tourists is not significant to economic growth. The results of variable testing regression were carried out through SPSS version 20.

Abstract

This Research was conducted to find out how he economic impact of tourism onthe economic development of local communities and how the role of the communitytowards the existence of religius tourism. The research method used is descriptivequalitative.The results of analiysis in the study can be obtained that the direct, indirect andfollow-up economic felt by local communities. Dicert economic impacts include rentalshops, clothing stores, dining places and parking. The indirect economic impact includetransportation and lodging services. The following impacts include road access and thepotensial for the other religious tourism. The role of the community towards theexistence of religious tourism is the involvement of the community in terms of regionalcleanliness, calm and religious activities carried out long ago.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how the form of community participation in the tourism object of Pulau Pinus II, tourism development strategies, and the application of CBT by tourism development strategies. Researchers used descriptive methods and swot analysis using six respondents who were considered to have an important and influential role in the tourism object of Pulau Pinus II.The study results showed community participation in the form of guarding retribution tickets, ship transportation, cleaning, managing annual activities, and making souvenirs. The development strategy created is the S-O strategy; first, Creating new attractions or rides to optimize the potential of the natural beauty of tourism objects so that more tourists want to visit, not only during holidays. Second,by Promoting through social media or making banners to increase the potential of domestic or foreign tourists to visit and find out about tourism objects, the application of CBT can be done is to involve community participation in decision-making and empowering the community.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out: (1) To analyze the willingness oftourists to pay (Willingness to Pay) in Bukit Matang Kaladan Tourism (2) To find outwhether factors of education, income, number of family members, and travel costs affecttravel value (Willingness to Pay) Bukit Matang Kaladan Tourism. (3) To find out themost dominant factors influencing tourists' willingness to pay (Willingness to Pay)towards the Bukit Matang Kaladan attraction.The analytical method used is the Willingness to Pay (WTP) and Regressionapproach with research variables: education, income, number of family members, andtravel costs. According to the criteria using a questionnaire, the data source is primarydata obtained through direct interviews with Bukit Matang Kaladan tourists.The calculations using the Willingness to Pay (WTP) and Regression Approachmethod show the average willingness to pay is Rp 11,260. If there is an increase inquality, the average amount that is willing to be added by respondents is Rp. 7,760. Theaverage willingness to pay respondents to travel to Bukit Matang Kaladan is Rp. 19,020.This study's significant variables are education, income and travel cost, and theinsignificant variable is the number of family members. At the same time, the mostdominant factor in this study is travel costs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the development strategy of Janju Village Colorful Village attractions in increasing people's income. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. While the technique for analyzing data is a SWOT analysis. The tourism development strategies obtained are: (1) Improving the quality of barcode scanners by utilizing the location of strategic tourism objects and the use of information technology. (2) Increasing the presence of tourism conscious groups by utilizing strategic locations. (3) The government supports increasing tourism promotion for tourism development. Tourism activities give direct results or indirect results for the surrounding community in the Colorful Village attractions, namely: (1) for the community will open jobs. (2) for the community will open opportunities for employment that is not directly related to the tourism sector.(3) For villages it will increase the source of village income. (4) infrastructure development. Suggestions that can be submitted for this study are: (1) Tourism management managers improve the quality of barcode scanners by bringing up a variety of tourist attractions offered on tourism objects, not just showing maps of tourist attractions.(2) The Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism disseminated to the community and young people in Janju Village to actively participate in the Tourism Awareness Group to improve the development of Colorful Village tourism objects.(3) The importance of the tourism sector to the regions makes the government aware of the importance of the sector, the government can support tourism sector activities by giving funds through the use of budget allocation funds.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the internal and external factors of right cascadereservoir tourism development in the Banjar district, and (2) develop the right cascadereservoir area in the Banjar district. There were six respondents in this study who wereconsidered influential in determining village spending in Kayu Bawang Village, used in dataprocessing using the SWOT method. The research results show that the development of themost appropriate strategy is the S-O strategy (1) Increase Tourist Perception to visit thistourism object because this tourism location is very strategic and has beautiful naturalscenery and cold air. (2) Optimizing the role of the POKDARWIS (Tourism AwarenessGroup) of the Culture and Tourism Office of the Banjar District to promote these attractions.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Analyze how the potential of culinary tourism in District Hulu Sungai Tengah and, (2) Analyze the factors internal and external development of culinary tourism-based community in District Hulu Sungai Tengah.Respondents in this study there are 5 that is, those that affect the development of tourism in District Hulu Sungai Tengah and the culinary businesses. This study using SWOT Analysis. The results showed (1) the potential of culinary tourism in District Hulu Sungai Tengah has good potential. such as the development of typical culinary apam, lam cakes, apam barenda, layer cakes, balikuhai, pakasam, gangan humbut, bingka barandam, potato bingka, ring cakes, wadai sari india, become potential culinary tourism in Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The strategy of the Development of culinary tourism in District Hulu Sungai Tengah is the most appropriate strategies S-O that (2) the Development of culinary cuisine in District Hulu Sungai Tengah so many tourist who are interested in and conduct training to culinary businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the number of visits and the economic value of the Tahura Sultan Adam tourism object. Data collection techniques are observation and interviews with a questionnaire. The data were processed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, and the consumer surplus formulae. From the research, it is known that the characteristics and perceptions of visitors vary widely, consisting of age, regional origin, gender, marital status, education level, occupation, total income, type of vehicle, number of groups, information about tourist attractions, tourist attractions, motivation, additional facilities, security, officer services, accessibility, cleanliness, air pollution, admission tickets, and willingness to pay. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis models. From the research results, three factors significantly affect the number of visits to Tahura Sultan Adam, namely income, travel costs, and length of travel. From the calculation, results can be seen in surplus-value consumer travel cost method individual visitation Rp 179 153 and subsequently obtained the economic value of Rp 17,610,381,594 annually
