Abstract

Nowadays, the development of information technology was growing rapidly especially in this globalization era. The use of computers can help the human activity in many areas of life, especially in the field of information technology. Makmur Jaya  store is a store that specialized in trading operations that is still done manually. By designing an information system of inventory and sales, is expected to reduce the problems that exist. Systems analysis and design that used in this research is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Database design of the system is using a SQL Server 2008 and the design of applications is using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2010 and reports design is using Crystal Report 13. The results of the research is an information system of inventory and sales which includes the purchase, purchase returns , repayment of debt, sales and sales returns, resulting in a report purchases, purchase returns, debt maturities, sales and sales returns. In conclusion, the proposed system can help Makmur Jaya store in reducing the problems that exist and can improve efficiency and effectiveness in supporting operational activities of the company. Keywords: Design System, Information System, Inventory, Sales

Abstract

Traffic violations are still common in the society. Traffic violation occurred due to lack of consciousness and obedience to the Society for orderly traffic so it is considered ordinary and habitual if allowed to continue. One of the traffic violation that often occurs in society is the vehicle driver breaking or crossing the traffic light when the red light is on. To overcome this problem, an application is built that can detect traffic light violation using OpenCV. In designing this traffic violation monitoring application, the author uses descriptive research design, While the data collection method used were literature study which includes scientific books, Scientific papers, scientific journals, thesis, and published sources in various media. The system analysis technique used is object oriented technique with modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML). Application design technique used Python programming language and OpenCV library, as well as database design used MySQL. This research resulted in an application of traffic violation monitoring by using OpenCV. With this application, it is expected to reduce the rate of traffic light violations. Based on research conducted, it is concluded that the built-in application can detect violations that occur at the traffic light using the OpenCV library. Keywords: Violation, Traffic Light, OpenCV

Abstract

Information systems are important for the organization or to support business activities. Without the technology and information systems, problems will arise in the data processing and reporting process. The problems experienced by PO Hera are the slow processing of data and reporting every month. The design of the study was a descriptive research design. Data collection methods used are interview methods, documentation studies and literature studies. System analysis and design techniques are object oriented techniques. The modeling tool is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). System design applications used are database design with Microsoft Access 2010 and application design with Microsoft Visual Basic. Net 2010 and design reports with Crystal Report 13. This research was made to issue information and sales systems that contain purchase transactions, purchase returns, sales, return on sales, repayment, maturity. Make purchase, repurchase, sales, resale, item preparation, repayment, maturity, bestselling, chart sales. The conclusion of the results of this study is a system that has been used to process data in the context and help the process that has been made by making more effective reports. Suggestions from the authors with the proposed system are human resources, always backing up the database and providing electricity supply for electronic devices and data due to the influence of electricity. Keywords: Analysis, Design, Information System, Inventory, Sales

Abstract

Tour guide is a profession in the field of tourism. Tour guides are responsible for accompanying tourists and providing directions and guidance to tourists. The tour guide must be able to explain the ins and outs of the places visited during the tour. Tour guides contain things that can guide visitors in exploring the entire area of tourist attractions and providing information about rides. Tourist guides are considered important because they are the reference for visitors in traveling at tourist sites. Tourism is everything related to tourism, including entrepreneurs of tourist objects and attractions and related businesses in that field. While traveling is a travel activity or part of these activities which is carried out voluntarily and temporarily to enjoy tourist objects and attractions. West Kalimantan is one of the tourist areas that has a variety of interesting tours. Most tourists visit West Kalimantan to see the natural and preserved culture and tourist attractions. Therefore, an Android-based application is designed to introduce these various tourist attractions to users, so new and appropriate innovations are needed to be better understood. So that users know some tourist attractions in West Kalimantan. This is the background for designing an application with the title "Designing an Android-Based Tourist Guide Application in West Kalimantan". The result of the research is to create an Android-based tourist guide application in West Kalimantan, which is expected to be able to provide convenience for users to find out tour guides and tourist information for West Kalimantan. The conclusion obtained by the author is that this application can display logins, registers, location of tourist attractions, show tour guides, verified status of tour guides and display detailed tour guide information.  Keywords: Apps, tour guides, Android, smartphones

Abstract

The presence of an inventory and sales information system at PO Hoki Abadi aims to assist store performance in managing valid data and information. However, at present, it creates many problems that are difficult to solve in the manufacture of reports that are specifically printed manually. The number of customers who came, made the employees at the store overwhelmed with the manual workings of the system. Therefore, the success or failure of a Hoki Abadi PO in managing data and information will greatly affect the accuracy of the data generated. The form of research and data collection methods used by the author are interviews, observations and literature studies. The author uses analysis techniques and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling using Star UML, in designing this information system the author uses Visual Basic .Net 2010 programming language, Crystal Report, SQL Server 2008 as a database. This research produces an inventory and sales information system that is expected to facilitate service and speed up the data processing process so that the decision-making process is faster and more precise and can improve the company's performance in its operations. The design of this inventory and sales information system is expected to help facilitate activities in managing data and information available at the PO Hoki Abadi store. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) terhadap konsep literasi digital, kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI), dan kecerdasan bisnis (Business Intelligence/BI), di mana sebagian besar siswa masih berperan sebagai pengguna teknologi tanpa memahami prinsip kerja dan pemanfaatannya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan sosialisasi literasi digital serta pelatihan AI dan Business Intelligence yang mengombinasikan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik langsung. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 175 siswa SMA Santu Petrus Kota Pontianak dalam dua sesi paralel, yaitu penyampaian materi literasi digital di aula serta praktik analisis data sederhana berbasis AI dan BI di laboratorium komputer menggunakan perangkat lunak MATLAB. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu memahami konsep dasar literasi digital, AI, dan BI serta mengikuti proses analisis data sederhana dengan baik. Tingkat partisipasi aktif dalam diskusi, praktik, dan kuis interaktif menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan motivasi siswa terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam memperkenalkan pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis data serta mendorong kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan di era digital.
