Abstract

Angka kejadian influenza masih cukup tinggi, dengan kejadian 21.5 per 100 000 pada balita usia 0 sampai 4 tahun dan 9.1 per 100 000 pada anak usia 5 sampai 17 tahun. Studi surveilans influenza tahun 2003-2007 di Indonesia terdapat 21.030 laporan kasus dengan manifestasi klinis seperti influenza. Dari jumlah kasus tersebut, 4.236 (20.1persen) di antaranya terbukti terinfeksi virus influenza. Kelompok usia terbanyak penderita influenza adalah kelompok anak usia sekolah. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah adanya pemahaman siswa terkait virus influenza san cara pencegahan penularannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dengan metoda story telling terkait virus influenza ini dilakukan pada hari Senin, 9 Januari 2023 pukul 09.00 WIB – 12.00 WIB. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini diikuti oleh 56 orang siswa. Terjadi peningkatan presentase pengetahuan siswa sebesar 36 persen, yaitu dai 46 persen menjadi 82 persen setelah diberikan informasi. Disimpulkan pemberian informasi menganai virus Influenza dan cara pencegahannya menggunakan metoda story telling sangat tepat pada siswa SDIT Adzkia 2, terlihat terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa yang dibuktikan dengan kemampuan siswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh pemateri The incidence of influenza is still quite high, with an incidence of 21.5 per 100 000 in children aged 0 to 4 years and 9.1 per 100 000 in children aged 5 to 17 years. In the 2003-2007 influenza surveillance study in Indonesia, there were 21,030 case reports with influenza-like clinical manifestations. Of these cases, 4,236 (20.1 percent) were proven to be infected with the influenza virus. The largest age group suffering from influenza is school-aged children. The outcome of this activity is students' understanding of the influenza virus and how to prevent its transmission. Implementation of community service activities using the story telling method related to the influenza virus will be carried out on Monday, January 9 2023 at 09.00 WIB – 12.00 WIB. This outreach activity was attended by 56 students. There was an increase in the percentage of students' knowledge by 36 percent, namely from 46 percent to 82 percent after being given the information. It was concluded that providing information about the Influenza virus and how to prevent it using the story telling method was very appropriate for SDIT Adzkia 2 students. It was seen that there was an increase in students' knowledge as evidenced by the students' ability to answer questions given by the presenter.

Abstract

Garbage is a serious problem that needs more attention. Household waste is the biggest contributor to the waste problem, especially municipal solid waste due to population density. The purpose of writing this article is to see the relationship between the role of officers, attitudes and behavior of household waste management in the city of Padang. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional type, with 100 respondents. Research variables are the role of officers, attitudes and behavior of waste management. Research instruments using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square Test. The results showed less than half of the people had bad behavior (46%) in household waste management. More than half of the people said that officers had no role (54%) and lacked attitude (5%) in waste management. there is a meaningful relationship between the role of the officer (p-value 0.005) on community behavior in household waste management. There is no significant relationship between attitudes (p-value 0.124) on community behavior in household waste management. there is a meaningful relationship between the role of officers on community behavior in household waste management. There is no meaningful relationship between attitudes towards community behavior in household waste management.

Abstract

Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2018 menyatakan bahwa proporsi terbesar masalah gigi di Indonesia adalah gigi rusak/berlubang/sakit yaitu sebesar 45,3%. Masalah kesehatan mulut yang mayoritas dialami penduduk Indonesia adalah gusi bengkak dan/atau keluar bisul (abses) sebesar 14%. Sumatera Barat, dari 93,7%, masyarakat yang telah menyikat gigi dua kali sehari, hanya 1,4%  yang sudah melakukannya di waktu yang benar. Tujuan kegiatan pegabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam berperilaku menggosok gigi dengan benar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap pertama melakukan survei lapangan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Tahap kedua, didiskusikan dengan guru untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih mendalam mengenai permasalahan yang sudah teridentifikasi dan menentuka prioritas masalah. Tahap ketiga, menawarkan beberapa solusi kepada pihak sekolah. Tahap keempat, bersama guru melakukan simulasi sikat gigi yang benar dilapangan sekolah. Tahap kelima, melakukan evaluasi untuk mengukur keberhasilan pelaksanaan simulasi yang telah dilakukan. Hasil kegiatan ini terlihat terjadi peningkatan presentase keterampilan siswa sebesar 57%, yaitu dai 32% menjadi 89%. Disimpulkan terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan siswa setelah dilakukan simulasi gosok gigi yang benar. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini terlihat dari respon siswa pada saat menguji cobakan cara menyikat gigi saat sebelumdan setelah dilakukan simulasi.

Abstract

The transition from the K13 curriculum to the independent curriculum is an effort made by the government to improve the curriculum based on developments in science and technology. The initial implementation of the independent curriculum was carried out by the driving school. In the Payakumbuh City education office there are 10 elementary school level driving schools in 2023 that have passed the selection. Before becoming driving schools, these 10 schools had implemented an independent curriculum independently. By becoming a driving school in Payakumbuh City, the independent curriculum has been revised and refined starting from KOSP, teaching modules, the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Module (P5) and matters related to the independent curriculum.

Abstract

The high risk of earthquakes and tsunamis in several regions of Indonesia, with the majority of victims being children due to a lack of disaster mitigation knowledge and the scarcity of disaster mitigation learning media. This research aims to determine the validity level of the MINAPAMIMI Fairy Tale Book in enhancing the knowledge and attitudes of elementary school students. This study addresses the limitations of learning media for schools in improving earthquake and tsunami disaster mitigation among elementary school students. The subjects of this research are elementary school students in Padang City, utilizing the Research and Development (R&D) method with the IDI design model. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires and analyzed descriptively based on validation score sheets; the product is validated by three experts. The validity results will be tested using the Aiken V formula. The research findings indicate that the MINAPAMIMI Fairy Tale Book is deemed valid with an average Aiken V score of 0.82 and can be utilized to enhance the knowledge and attitudes of disaster mitigation among elementary school students. Therefore, it is recommended for elementary schools in earthquake and tsunami-prone areas to utilize the MINAPAMIMI Fairy Tale Book for enhancing disaster mitigation.

Abstract

At this time education must be able to follow the development of technology and times, it’s run quickly. Education can prepare graduates with skills that the needs of the business world and the times. Education must be able to prepare graduates with high competitiveness. That’s why the educational institutions must use technology digital in lesson activities. The aims of the research is to know the transformation of digital learning in education at Elementary School Number 12 Koto Tinggi. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. The sample of this research is the teachers in Elementary School Number 12 Koto Tinggi. Data collection was done through interviews and observations. The research results indicate the impact of digital learning transformation in education at Elementary School Number 12 Koto Tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Education in 21st century must be able to produce the next generation that have critical thinking skill to solve their problem in the daily life. Knowledge and technology develop quickly, that why the government make changes in education. One of the changes that the government do is adjust curriculum with the progress of time. The changes of curriculum requires teacher to prepare teaching activities that suitable with student’s needs. At this time, we need generation that have critical thinking, independent, creative, and can fulfill their own daily life. Because of that, the teacher must be able to prepare teaching material to support curriculum, student’s need. The teaching material model RADEC one of the way to improve students critical thinking. It’s support the students participate active in the class activities. The purpose of the research is to develop IPAS teaching material integrated model RADEC to improve student’s critical thinking. The research is research dan development (R&D). The steps of development is 4-D model, the steps are define, design, develop, dan disseminate. The research get quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative is gotten from observations and interview. On the other hand, qualitative data is gotten form students responses, teachers responses, validator, learning outcomes, critical thinking students skill. Abstract

The MIT-SAQU Dar-El-Iman school has never received a visit and monitoring from the local health center, so there are still students who seem not to comply with the health protocol. The activity is carried out in 2 stages, the first is to conduct gymnastic training for teachers with the aim that this exercise can still be used later. second, conducting gymnastic training for students, to create students' enjoyment in doing gymnastics which indirectly increases their knowledge about COVID-19 from the lyrics of gymnastic songs and improves student fitness after doing gymnastics. Activities are carried out on Saturday, 13 and 20 January 2022, 08:00 – 12:00 WIB in the field. As a result of this activity, 6 students were appointed as healthy gymnastics cadres, there was an increase in students' knowledge about healthy gymnastics to increase body immunity and concentration and healthy gymnastic activities began to be routinely carried out in schools after being given counseling. Implementation of this activity is very important in cultivating fitness which can increase student immunity so that it is not easy to contract disease.

Abstract

The concept of education in the Merdeka Curriculum, based on the philosophy of K.H. Dewantara, emphasizes that all inherent potentials in children should be nurtured to achieve the highest safety and happiness as human beings. Education must accommodate all the diverse needs of children through a learning process known as differentiated instruction. The research problem addressed in this article is the attitude of educators towards differentiated instruction. Therefore, the aim of this article is to explore educators' attitudes regarding differentiated instruction. The research method employed includes in-depth interviews with educators from various backgrounds and direct observations in the classroom, involving 26 teacher respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's techniques, which include: Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion/Verification. Data validity was ensured through Source Triangulation. The research findings indicate that a transformation in attitude occurs through educators' deep understanding of the diverse learning needs of children, acceptance of differences, and the ability to adapt to teaching strategies. Survey results reveal that 46% of respondents do not yet understand students' learning styles, 57.1% do not comprehend the interests of students they teach, and 78.6% of educators do not understand students' readiness to learn. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that many teachers have not yet implemented differentiated instruction and believe that uniform teaching methods are more effective than differentiated instruction.The implications of this study suggest the need for ongoing support for educators' professional development and systematic training related to changes in curriculum paradigms. In conclusion, transforming educators' attitudes is a crucial foundation for creating a learning environment that significantly supports the advancement of all students.
