Abstract

This study uses a qualitative analysis method with a descriptive approach. With the title Analysis of How to Teach Pjok Teachers on Increasing Student Interest in Learning and Discipline. The methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation with analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and data triangulation. The instrument in this research used an interview test sheet in the form of a questionnaire with the research subjects used, namely 4 teachers and students. The results of the analysis from this research are that good strategies used by corner teachers are able to increase students' interest in learning and discipline. This is because during the learning process interesting and systematic methods are used so that students' interest in learning and discipline can increase.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low skill of students' sprint techniques due to the lack of variety of learning media in PJOK subjects. To overcome this, cone media is used as a learning aid designed to train speed, agility, and coordination of motion. This study aims to determine the effect of using cone media on improving the sprint technique skills of class X students. The method used in this research is an experiment with a quantitative approach and a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study were all class X students of MAN Dompu as many as 177 people, with a sample of 30 students taken using random sampling. Data collection was done through sprint tests before and after treatment. The normality test results showed that the data were normally distributed (Sig.> 0.05), the homogeneity test showed that the data were homogeneous (Sig. > 0,05), and the t-test using independent sample t-test showed that the t-count value of -3.372 was greater than the t-table of 2.048 with a degree of freedom (df) of 28 significance 0.002 <0.05. Thus, there was a significant difference between the groups. Thus, there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. Thus, there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. These results prove that the use of cone media is effective in improving sprinting technique skills. Thus, cone media can be used as an alternative to interesting and effective learning media on sprint running material in PJOK learning.

Abstract

Long jump is an athletic sport that requires a combination of physical skills such as speed, strength, leg muscle explosive power and balance. To achieve optimal jumping distance, an athlete must master all these aspects well. However, in school learning, basic long jump techniques, especially in the throwing and landing phases, often become a challenge for students. Many students have not mastered this technique well, especially in terms of foot placement when pushing off and landing techniques. Based on observations made at SMA Negeri 1 WOJA on class XI MIPA 2 students, it was found that many students had not mastered the long jump technique well. Common mistakes include placing your feet incorrectly during the push-off and improper landing techniques, such as not bending your legs and not leaning your arms forward. This research aims to determine the influence of speed, leg muscle explosive power, and balance on students' long jump ability. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide a better understanding of the factors that influence long jump performance and provide recommendations for improving jumping technique and results. This type of research is pre-experimental with a quantitative approach, using a one group pretest-posttest design. Data analysis was carried out using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and Levene's test of homogeneity. The results of the analysis show a significant value for the pretest normality test of 0.065 and posttest of 0.159, as well as the homogeneity test of 0.016.
