Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembelajaran media youtube pada mata pelajaran akuntansi keuangan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 1 Pontianak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 10 orang, 2 guru yaitu wali kelas dan guru mata pelajaran, 8 peserta didik yaitu 4 rangking tertinggi dikelas dan 4 rangking terendah dikelas. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan 3 tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian (1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran media youtube pada mata pelajaran akuntansi keuangan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 1 Pontianak sebagai berikut: membuka pembelajaran, menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, menutup pembelajaran. (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran media youtube pada mata pelajaran akuntansi keuangan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 1 Pontianak sebagai berikut: faktor pendukungnya media visual sederhana, bervariasi dan waktu dan daya liput luas serta faktor penghambatnya kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, keterbatasan fasilitas sekolah dan terbatas ruang waktu.Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Youtube, Akuntansi Keuangan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing and multimedia strategiesused to increase sales turnover of Asus brand products at the MenaraComputer Pontianak store. The research method used is descriptivewith a case study research form. The data sources for this study were10 shop owners, shop employees and customers of the MenaraComputer Pontianak store who had bought Asus brand products. Theresults of the study show that the marketing strategy used is 9P,namely product, price, promotions, place, process, people, physicalevidence, payment and packaging. Various kinds of multimedia thathave been used, namely print media such as magazines andbrochures, electronic media such as television, outdoor media such asbillboards, banners, posters and neon boxes, bottom line media suchas exhibitions and digital media such as websites, sms, marketplace,shopee and tokopedia as well as social media whatsapp, instagram,youtube and facebook. Based on the results of the study, the salesturnover of Asus brand products in 2019 and 2022 has increased anddecreased or fluctuated every month.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the students’ learning independence in economics subject in the eleventh grade of social 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Teriak, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan. The research employed descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The data source for this study were the mentioned students and the data were from observations and interviews with the students and the teachers in XI grade of social 1. The results showed that student learning independence was seen from the indicators that were good, namely student confidence in learning in class, student activity in learning in class, student discipline in learning in class, as well as student learning responsibilities in class is good. However, there are findings of problems in student responsibilities in carrying out assignments, there are still the same results of assignments and indications that students work together, and there are students who go to school while working. Students also pay their friends to do the tasks given by the teacher. This can be done to prevent cheating in carrying out assignments, namely by informing students that if there is a task that is done the result is the same, then a value of 0 will be given to the value of the assignment and on a class cleaning picket if they are not responsible for carrying out their duties, they can be given a penalty in the form of cleaning the school environment.
