This study aims to determine the association between respondent characteristics and nurses’ burnout while in caring for covid-19 patients. This research used a correlation quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach.  The sampling technique used was a total sampling of 52 nurses who work at private hospitals in western Indonesia.  Data analysis was bivariate with the Pearson chi-square test.  The research questionnaire used a subjective questionnaire self-rating test from the industrial fatigue research committee Japan (IFRC). The chi-square test resulted that the variables were not related in caring for covid-19 patients, which is age (p-value = 0.414), gender (p-value = 0.404), education (p-value = 0.069), and marital status (p-value = 0.429). Burnout can occur from several factors such as workload, shift, and work environment. This result can imply for nurses to arrange a time to rest and better scheduling. Nursing managers can also reduce burnout by rewarding, motivating, foster a sense of community in the workplace, and creating a comfortable environment for nurses. Keywords: Burnout, Nurse, Fear, Stress Disorder, Post-Traumatic, Covid-19

In order to adopt this behaviour, communities are expected to have the knowledge and ability to improve their health. The health problems experienced by the partner group are the lack of enthusiasm among children to practice healthy habits such as washing their hands, eating healthy foods, and having their teeth checked by health workers. Therefore, the objective of this community service activity is to increase school-age children's knowledge about the importance of maintaining their own health. This programme was carried out in two stages, namely stage 1 dental health education, brushing teeth together and dental health checks. The second stage involved education on healthy eating and hand washing. The evaluation conducted by the PKM team consisted of motor skills and behavioural assessments, where children were assessed on their ability to brush their teeth properly, wash their hands in six steps correctly, and answer questions on the topics presented accurately. It is hoped that this activity will be sustainable and able to improve children's health. Keywords: School-aged Children, Children's Capabilities, Clean and Healthy Lifestyle Behaviour
